Two living rooms. Beautiful spacious deck with phenomenal views- perfect place for coffee in the morning before starting the day! Spacious- light-filled & the perfect retreat with lovely coastal decor.

Rich w/ amenities such as AC, WiFi, fitness room, pickle ball courts/ tennis courts, walking paths. Linens and towels included. Partial week/weekends only is available. Relax & unwind in this tranquil space. LESS than 3 miles from gorgeous beaches! Rare 4 bedroom with views in highly sought -after, peaceful Bayville Shores Community. A great location, just a short drive to the beach, in a quiet community. As an extended family of 9 traveling, we felt the property was perfect for our vacation needs. The amenities are fantastic - pool, gym, playground, etc. This communication, cleanliness and overall feel of the house was fantastic. We would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful home. Lovely decor, spacious, and well-stocked. Lots of natural light. Beautiful water view with lots of wildlife. Community pool is large and clean with many chairs and umbrellas. 8 minute drive to 142 Street and the beach! The owner is great to communicate with. We are already looking forward to 2027!

We fell in love with this spot because of the phenomenal views of the bay filled with all kinds of wildlife and it's proximity to the beach, local restaurants and all that Fenwick, Bethany or OC have to offer. A true relaxing refuge!

この宿泊施設の特徴

Amazing views, spotless, 4 spacious bedrooms and enough room to accommodate 10 guests comfortable(one pull out bed). We have lots of space for family and friends to hang out- a glorious deck overlooking the bay and minutes to Fenwick State Park beach! Lots of amenities and all included- outdoor pool with bay views, fitness center with water views, pickleball and tennis courts and lovely walking trays. Minutes away from the lively hub-bub of restaurants/shops/beaches but a sanctuary to come home to after a full day!
