✔Living Room - smart TV and cable, gas fireplace
✔Kitchen with essentials including crock pot, insta pot, air fryer, tea kettle, toaster, blender and coffee maker, there is a also a TV with cable
✔Kitchen table seats 4
✔Patio with seating
✔Hot Tub in the community that guests can use (shared)
✔Heat is baseboard heating and controlled by the nest thermostat
✔Washer/ Dryer in unit

You can walk to Lake Dillon. You can rent paddle boards and kayaks, even a pontoon boat! (check out Dillon Marina Boat Rentals)
The rec path is also right there to enjoy a bike ride or stroll.
There are views of Gray's and Torrey's Peak.
Getting Around:
Most of our guests bring cars on their mountain journeys.
