Welcome to our brand new, architecturally designed Airbnb property, centrally located and less than a minute’s walk to the beach. This stunning 210 square metre home boasts 4 spacious double bedrooms and 3 modern bathrooms, making it the perfect retreat for families or groups of friends looking to enjoy a seaside getaway. Open plan living, dining and large balcony on the top floor. First floor has 4 spacious, sun filled double bedrooms, each with wardrobes and one with full ensuite. All bedrooms have comfy queen beds with luxury linen. Also the main bathroom is on this floor. The ground floor has a grand entrance and large bedroom, with doors opening out to a courtyard, and full ensuite. An elevator and staircase connects all 3 floors. Kitchen has brand new appliances, including dishwasher, coffee machine, soda stream, video intercom and heat pump. Large 8 seater Carrera marble dining table, and super comfortable designer corner lounge suite. Large stone benchtop with bar stools makes for great entertaining. Located in the heart of Paraparaumu Beach, with great restaurants, cafes, bakeries wine tasting and takeaways. A skate park at the end of the road, and Kapiti's Saturday markets is literally on the doorstep. A reformer pilates studio in the complex.

Perfect!

My family and I had the loveliest stay here before traveling onwards in NZ for a family wedding. The apartment is spotless and stocked with everything you need. The beds were very comfy and location is excellent - within walking distance from beach and local cafes/pubs/groceries. Loved our stay and hope to be back - thank you!

Don’t hesitate to book this place!

We were 5 adults and 1 child visiting family who live in Waikenae Beach. Our 5 adults include 30-40 years of age who like the local nightlife, the walkable location to several bars and restaurants plus the great playground for the 6 year old was wonderful! This place is perfect, the views, the layout, the perfectly equipped kitchen, the location, the safety all of it was perfect. We arrived to a sparkling clean home, the ground level room with bathroom was perfect for my youngest son who doesn’t enjoy a 5am wake up call from his niece. The middle level was fantastic for my older son, his wife and 6 year old daughter, Mimi and grandpa don’t mind the visits from the 6 year old. The top layer had a wonderful layout, the comfy couch that everyone could fit on, the patio with the gorgeous views and the wonderful kitchen complete with everything you need to cook including spices, oils and more. Communication was excellent, in our excitement, we did not read the well written black binder of info and our hosts graciously answered every question ever though all the info was in the black book!! My husband and I have already discussed renting it for longer on our next trip to see my in-laws. Fabulous, do not hesitate, just book it. P.s. we loved the burger place, Rays pies and fries, 180 degree cafe for breakfasts, the lovely pharmacy with the sweetest staff and the bottle-O who helped my DIL and I try countless NZ wines! Moby Dickens for kids is adorable!
