Indulge in an unforgettable escape at our tranquil seaside sanctuary. Our home offers panoramic ocean views and breathtaking sunsets, setting the stage for romance and relaxation. Whether you're lounging on the private balcony, hand in hand with your loved one, or savoring a glass of wine by the fireplace as the sun dips below the horizon, every moment is infused with magic and serenity. Let the rhythm of the waves and the warmth of the sun create the perfect stage for your romantic getaway. Relax in your private space pool overlooking the ocean

Enjoy the ocean panorama from Kapiti Island and islands of the Marlborough Sounds south to Mana Island and the rugged hills of Pukerua Bay. Minimal city lights make for great star gazing and the moon setting over the ocean is a real treat.

You’ll have direct access down the steps to our safe beach. It’s great for swimming in the warm season. It’s perfect for long walks any time of the year!

Dine out at one of our great local cafes or restaurants – just 1.5km to Raumati Beach village and under a kilometre to Raumati South village. Or stay in and use the fully featured kitchen. If a classic beachside barbecue is more your thing, just let us know – we’ll make the Webber available for you.

Terms & Cancellations

A deposit of 40% of the total is required to secure your reservation. The balance remaining is due 30 days prior to check-in. Services and incidentals (damage or breakages) are then due within seven days of your departure unless otherwise arranged. If payment has not been made for the balance of the accommodation at 30 days before check in, this will be charged to the credit card on file.

Cancellations within 90 days of arrival: the full deposit is refunded.

Cancellations between 90 and 42 days of arrival: the deposit is refunded less 10%.

Bookings cancelled within 42 days of arrival: 100% of deposit is charged.

Great location and beautifully appointed home. Stunning view and very easy access to the beach. Wonderfully hosted by Marcelle and Michael who had sent numerous pre-arrival messages to ensure that we could find the address and be comfortable.

A Lovely Getaway

Such a lovely place to stay. You can sit on the back balcony looking straight out to sea for hours, and watch the most beautiful sunset. The fire was wonderful, and the accomodation was very warm and cozy. Beautifully done open kitchen and lounge, and comfy bed. Highly recommend.

Work gettaway

This is such a beautiful spot, easy to find and great location. We were staying for a work strategy session and the ocean views, outdoor options away from the wind gave us many break out spaces. We enjoyed the beautiful decor - very tastefully done, with lovely linen which is always appreciated. Michael was very acommodating of our extra requests, nothing was a problem. And very quick to reply. I can highly recommend!

Short weekend away

We were pleasantly surprised by the location, the view, and finding out that Rosetta Cafe was only 2 doors down (a must visit). Communication with Michael was good, I tend to ask a lot of things :) The apartment has everything you need. The bed is really comfortable. Would definitely stay again.

Michael was warm and welcoming. This is now the fourth place we are staying at during our trip from North to South island, so I am comparing to what we have experienced so far. It is by far the most expensive, but the least clean. There are lovely views. However, some basic amenities would have made us feel more at home! E.g. sugar, tea, coffee, some milk, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, a small bin in the bathroom. We had to go out to buy these items which was tiring after a long trip. We found the floor quite dirty, e.g. many crumbs on the floor, sauce marks on the floor, hairs. We had communicated early on to ask if we could check in early at 3pm rather than 4pm and were informed this would be ok. Other than this the place is nice. I don't feel it is worth the price given that is was not as clean as what I would expect for the price tag.

Stunning spot

We loved everything about this very cool apartment. Absolutely beautiful. It was warm (includes a fire), elevated with breathtaking views of Mana Island, the South Island and Kapiti + beautiful decks, cosy sofa and beds, private access to the beach + close proximity to the local cafes. We've stayed in seven different houses in Raumati over the years and this was my favourite!

Fabulous for rejuvenating by the sea

We so enjoyed our stay - superb location with stunning views and private beach access, and the wood burner made things cosy even when the weather got a bit dramatic and wintery. Michael is a friendly and welcoming host and as an unexpected bonus there is a great cafe almost next door. Thanks heaps!
