Absolute beachfront with sensational views Private and serene.
Everything you need is here. The kitchen is stocked with all the needed utensils, and entertaining platters are at the ready. Spill out through the double glazed, floor to ceiling sliding doors and bask in the Kapiti sunshine while enjoying the views
Your own Private beach access off the deck . There is a king bed in the master bedroom and super king in the alcove off the lounge. Sometimes the sofa bed may sleep an extra, but privacy from the alcove bedroom is limited.

Stunning view

We loved the view of the ocean and Kapiti Island, and the access straight onto the beach- it really made our holiday. One bedroom is a studio, open to the living space, which we adapted to. Friendly hosts. The addition of a hairdryer and coffee plunger would have been useful for us.

Relaxing by the sea

Modern, well set-up, down a few steps to Raumati Beach. Quiet and relaxing, with the sound of the waves, what could be better

Loved it

A great property. Lovely view, and nice to hear the sea, when the doors were open. Worked well with our 90 year old mother who had a walker. She needed a bit of assistance over some loose gravel on the driveway, but managed everything else by herself. She took her own shower chair for the wet-room style shower.
