Our beautiful offers an exceptional place to stay for a group traveling together to Mexico City and wanting to stay together in one of the most exclusive Suburbs. You’ll be in upscale Lomas de Tecamachalco, where you’ll find a blend of tranquility and city convenience. Plus, everything you could possibly need is built right into our home, including FUN!

For those who love to cook and eat at home, you’ll be happy to hear about the spacious and fully equipped kitchen. It has everything needed to prepare meals, including essential extras like a coffee maker (and some coffee and filters to get you started) and a blender if you enjoy mixed drinks, protein shakes or smoothies.

You’ll have indoor and outdoor dining tables to choose from. The big indoor dining room has a table for 10 with plush cushioned seating. There’s another table downstairs in a covered area next to the open-air patio courtyard and another large outdoor dining table on the covered patio in the backyard. On that patio, you’ll also find a big charcoal BBQ grill to enjoy a cookout. Awesome large manicured garden.

You’ll have built-in fun inside too! There’s an arcade room with video games and a foosball table, and the big living room with wall-mounted Smart TV and giant sofa also has a billiards room. There’s a ping pong table in the home too. The big living room is truly the best spot in the house for coming together and enjoying a good time – whether playing or relaxing and movie watching.

When it’s time to rest and retire for the night, there are seven great rooms to choose from, plus five full bathrooms and a half bath. The home can comfortably sleep 20 guests!

Exclusive access to the home, except for the owner's locked closets. If they are locked, they must stay locked. Please do not try to open them.

There are 2 ways to access the home. It is on a hill, so the main entrance through the garage leads to the 2nd floor. The entrance from the street enters onto the ground floor, from here, you need to climb stairs up to the living area and bedrooms.

The Neighborhood:
Upscale Lomas de Tecamachalco is ideal for travelers seeking a chic, secure environment with proximity to the city. Bosques de las Lomas, Santa Fe, Interlomas and Polanco are a short drive away.

Getting Around:
The property is about 23 km | 14 miles from the Aeropuerto Internacional Benito Juarez (MEX).

If driving, there are 2 parking spaces in the garage and free parking on the street. Private car services, rideshare companies like Uber and DiDi, and authorized taxis are also available.

This property is not pet-friendly, but exceptions may be approved upon request with a fee and deposit refundable upon check-out.

- Travelers must be at least 18 years old to book.
- Guests will be asked to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation. All access instructions for the property will be provided on the check-in date, following the completion of the rental agreement online.
- Guests might be required to present an official ID at check-in or during the stay.
- Depending on the booking site to make the reservation, a security deposit might be required, refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.
- No more guests than those listed on the reservation are allowed. The home is listed to accommodate 16+ guests but has a capacity of 30. Guests 17 to 23 are an additional 500 MXN per guest per night. Guests 24 to 30+, an additional 350 MXN per night per guest.
- Guests will need to climb stairs on, in and around the property. It’s a three-story home.
- Please be mindful of water consumption as there is a critical water shortage in Mexico City. The property is equipped with a boiler. To ensure hot water availability for all guests, we kindly request that showers be taken in a staggered manner rather than simultaneously.
- The gas alarms are very sensitive. Remember to close the stove and keep a window slightly open.
- No smoking of any kind inside the home! You may use the terrace and a proper ashtray, but smoke outdoors only! Drug use and illegal activity on the premises are also strictly prohibited. Smoking marijuana is also strictly prohibited. Failure to comply results in a 500 USD fine.
- No parties, events, or excessive noise after 10 pm. Please respect the neighbors.
- Please do not attempt to open any locked doors or closets. If found locked, they must remain locked for the duration of your stay.
- We offer a starter kit with coffee, tea bags, sugar, and toilet paper. Please note that these items are not replenished when they run out.
- Cleaning service is available at an extra cost. Let us know in advance to book it.
- There is a cleaning fee of 40 USD for use of either the BBQ grill or the fireplace.
- There are outdoor security cameras for safety and security. There is no guard.
- Guests are responsible for damages that occur or extra cleaning costs as a result of their stay.
