**Traveling with a larger group or unavailable for your dates?** We host

several nearby Salt Lake City homes that may be available for the same trip,

including three homes within about a 5-minute walk of each other and a larger

luxury estate about a 5-minute drive away. This setup can work well for

wedding groups, family reunions, ski trips, and multi-family stays needing

more bedrooms, beds, parking, or shared gathering space. Availability varies

by date, so please inquire if you would like details on our other listings.

services, shopping or stocking of fridges, Chefs, catering, babysitting, extra

**House Standards (Zero Tolerance)**



We are located in one of the most exclusive, secluded and prestigious streets

on the Olympus Cove area. All our Neighbors loves the privacy and the quiet

area. Therefore: The quiet time by law is 10 pm to 7 am. **This is NOT a place

for loud Parties of any kind of Unlawful Activities.** The use of drugs of any

kind or vaping, including marijuana, is not permitted anywhere on the

property, indoors or outdoors. **Events are NOT allowed.** Unauthorized

gatherings or **violation of these rules will result in a minimum fine of

$10,000,** plus any additional charges imposed by local authorities **and

termination of your stay**. The maximum occupancy is mandatory to be respected

as well as fulfilling the Eagle House rules.

Our stay was excellent from start to finish. Communication was great the entire time and the place was very clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The quiet neighborhood and beautiful scenery made it especially relaxing. It was also an easy drive to all the locations we wanted to visit, which made everything convenient.One of the most thoughtful touches was the cake provided on our last night. Such a kind gesture and a great way to end the trip. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to others.

We came to SLC for our son’s graduation from the U as a group of 12 and this home was PERFECT! The family room and kitchen were both very spacious and comfortable, the 7 bedrooms were all very comfortable and well appointed. The backyard space was sooooo nice and the jacuzzi truly was massive. Roger the owner was very kind and accommodating and even delivered a personalized cake to congratulate our son on this milestone accomplishment. We are so grateful for our stay and will definitely be back for a winter vacation as well!

Excellent property… just as described and pictured. The owner was very responsive and helpful!!!! Be mindful of the rules, and considerate of the neighbors.The hot tub was probably our favorite part! And the backyard is beautiful and spacious.

Nice Large house for a Large Group

Family snowboarding and skiing trip for winter break was possible because of this fine accommodation. Plenty of cooking utensils and entertainment options at the house. Lots of flexibility with the house floor plan. The group really enjoyed the oversized hot tub. Minor quibble: expired food was left at the house and was placed the rubbish.

From start to the end the manager - Roger was on top of any questions or minor concerns and ALL were handled immediately.I would suggest that they have a user guide for TV's and Hot Tub.

Thankful Thanksgiving

Our family stayed at this terrific home over Thanksgiving and it was perfect for us - plenty of room - 7 bedrooms, big kitchen and living room. Great outdoor space - nice yard and hot tub. Terrific location - beautiful views, 20 minutes to the airport, 20 minutes to the heart of downtown SLC and 30 minutes to park city! We will be back! Thank you!!!

Family gathering for a funeral

Couldn’t have asked for a more perfect place. Plenty of room for the whole family. Management was quick to assist when needed. Family managed to lock themselves out of keypad and management had them back in under 10 minutes. Thankful they was so quick to help as I was in another state. Made me feel at ease that my mom was well taken care off. Thank you again. We will be back!!!

Lovely, quiet home!

We are a family group of 22 with a wide age range. We started out adventure in Yellowstone N.P., then to Kemmerer,Wy to hunt fossils, finally arriving in Salt Lake City. Everyone loved the home, the beds, the large open kitchen and the giant TV. The area was very for visiting Snowbird and the Aquarium while dodging traffic further into the City. Everyone was comfortable and well rested.

This was the absolute perfect spot for our ski getaway! Location is prime for multiple ski resorts, there are plenty of comfortable beds, bathrooms, and lounging space, the hot tub was HUGE and a nice treat after skiing all day, and the host was communicative and went above and beyond in their hosting duties. Overall 10/10 experience and we are so grateful for the opportunity to stay here!The only SMALL suggestions I would have are it would be nice to have some spare towels specifically for the hot tub instead of our shower towels (not an issue at all but a small suggestion). Also some suggestions for the property management company Red Awning (totally unrelated to the reservation really). Red Awning sent multiple lengthy messages with the same instructions several times, which was a bit overwhelming (I think these may have been autogenerated and can be simplified without losing any of the instructions). Red Awning also recently had a security breach which resulted in me getting several spam messages on WhatsApp about my reservation - which was a bit concerning and I hope the company has made changes to improve their database security and protect their customer information. When I flagged the suspicious messages to the company they did respond right away and VRBO has confirmed they are working on it.Overall, again, this was the best weekend and a wonderful location and we hope to do it again soon!

Ideal location for visiting Mill Creek

We stayed here as group of 13 friends who were visiting from out-of-town to attend another friend's wedding. We chose this location due to its proximity to Mill Creek, where the wedding was held. The property was clean and well-managed, and the appliances were nice. The owner stopped by to deliver a basket of fruit which was a nice touch. The check-out process was reasonable and procedures for it were communicated well.A few minor pieces of constructive criticism:- the bedroom I stayed in had a puncture in the drywall- the downstairs bathroom is really tiny and cramped- the property did have an iron & ironing board, which was appreciated, but we didn't see it in the listing

Beautiful home with plenty of space

The house, which is in a mature neighborhood against the mountain, has been remodeled and is modern and up to date. There were plenty of rooms and beds for everyone in our group. The big swim spa/hot tub was nice to relax in in the evenings. The big couch in the living room has space for everyone. The area is central to lots of stuff in salt lake City and the general East bench and Sugarhouse/Holladay area. My only critique would be that the Internet was slow and the Wi-Fi network struggled through our stay. Overall a very nice place to stay in salt lake.
