Stayed before in this apartment and everything was great ,location, cleanliness, comfy. The shower!! Shower door was hard to slide along and water stopped and trickled out half during a shower. But apart from that everything else was spot on.

Dear Sarah, thank you for your review! It's great to know that you've been back to the same apartment, we hope that it already feels a little bit like home. We will check the sliding door in the shower, to see what it needs to run smoothly, and also the issue with the water flow... Thank you for telling us. That said, we are looking forward to seeing you back soon. All the best.

Love the apartment

It was within 7minutes of the venues I was goin to. The apartments was beautiful I dint like the that I had to pick up and drop of keys at the office that was a good walk away. I stayed with friends the last night and dropped keys off a day early because it was an early pick up and would have had to drop them off about 5am to get to my pick up for the airport . This was the only down side

Ideal for all your needs. Would return.

Location is ideal for most. Situated just off the strip. Panorama giving sunrise and sunset views. Plenty of places to eat and drink, mobility shop across the street if required. Having to collect keys on an evening. Not always a safe option when you are pensioners. Very basic and tired pots and pans. Needs a complete new set. Some look 10+ years old.

Look forward ro coming back tk the apartment

Amazing location. Strip right on your door step. Apartment was so well equipped, though didn't have a hair dryer so I bought and left on there. There was quite a lot of noise coming from the nightclubs near by. Although it was fiesta and music was louder than usual. Would not put us off booking again

Dear James, it is great that you had a nice stay in Torre Mar and we are very happy for that. Our office for check in and key collection is next to Benidorm's main avenue, not more than 10 minutes away from the apartment. We understand, though, that the first time it can be a little bit confusing, but we are always keen to give directions and help. It's been a pleasure and we hope to see you back soon.

Apartment was very nice and modern, Not happy with on line check in and key collection !

On line check in was a nightmare and key collection from Euroloix office was unsatisfactory ! Reception staff in office not very helpful. When we arrived at their office they would not give us the apartment key until such time as they were advised the room was ready. We had to go away and return later for the key. Could have given us the key on the first visit.
Svar fra VrboOwner den 10. jul. 2023
Dear Adrian, thank you for your comments. We are sorry that you couldn't get the keys as soon as you wished, but please note that the check in time is 16.30. We have no problem in letting you in if the property is ready before, but in this case there was someone checking out the same day at 11.00. We want to deliver the apartment in the best conditions and this is something that takes a bit of work, of cleaning and sometimes also repairing. Best regards

Me gustó mucho
