In the induction open plan kitchen, refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, dishes/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee machine, toaster, kettle and juicer are provided.



-Check-in its done at our office located at Avenida del Mediterraneo 66, local 2, trade name BenidormBooking, right in front of the Casino.

-Credit card details, will be required as damage deposit, or 200€ instead.

-Check-in from 16:30h (high season can be delayed at 6:00 p.m.)

Wonderful September stay

Beautiful beach front apartment, we love staying here. The new minimum 5 day stay meant we had to book for longer than we were able to stay, let them know via email and on the check in form that we were arriving a day later than the check in but still got a call asking where we were the night before.

Location is perfect, room has everything you need. Supermarket underneath and good bars/restaurants nearby Washer door broke but due to being Christmas it wasn't fixed during our 10 day stay but that was just an unfortunate incident

Great location, right on the beach with secure parking

Great location, right on the beach with secure parking. Very clean and has all the amenities you might need. The building 'concierge' was very friendly and should I have had a problem I would not hesitate in asking for assistance Not much hot water and the overhead shower spilled over onto the bathroom floor, making it very wet. Had to use towels on the floor to stop from slipping.

Stunning views, modern, clean and comfortable. I will definitely return.

Comfortable beds. Very modern and clean apartment. Amazing view. Only having one key could be a problem but it wasn’t an issue for us. An earlier check in time would be appreciated.

Great for adults / not so much young family.

The apartment was spot on. Amazing view. Air-con in all rooms, good facilities, good sized balcony, good pool onsite. Can hear above neighbour walking around. Wouldn’t recommend for kids as the balcony is high and windows open easily.

Home from home but with an exceptional view

Apartment was spotlessly clean and well equipped. Very comfortable with exceptional views from the balcony especially with the canopy shielding you from the hot sun. Very quiet in the bedrooms for sleeping as they are situated at the back. Wi-fi worked great and a huge bonus with the Supermarket just outside the apartment which had lots of british products available. Ideal situation beside the beach and lots of restaurants close by. Lovely swimming pool at the back and a special mention for John, the concierge, very friendly and helpful.

Perfect location with stunning views but problems with some of the facilities caused small issues.

The location of the apartment was excellent with stunning sea views. It was also really good for the size of our party of 3 guests and it was excellent to have two bathrooms. The shower in the master bedroom leaked and we had to put towels down on the floor to mop up the water. There was also a smell of stagnant water which permeated into the bedroom area. The plug in the kitchen sink did not fit so we could not keep water in to wash up etc. There was also a rack missing from the bottom section of the dishwasher so we were unable to use it for plates etc. The holder in the shower of the centre bathroom fell off the wall when we put the shower gel in and on examination the screws has perished in the wall so we could not reattach it.

Benidorm como en casa y en familia.

Me gusta su ubicación y las instalaciones en general. Simplemente algún problema con la puerta de frigorífico que ya estaba mal el.otro año. La puerta del baño no cierra bien. Prefiero no tener botella de vino de recibimiento porque nunca la tomo ... y tener un poco mas de utensilios de cocina. Falta algún cuchillo que corte mejor...algún bol para desayunar tomar fruta... solo hay uno grande de ensalada. Algún mantel. Solo hay dos pequeños de plástico. Alguna cosa mas de menaje.
