The house was amazingly beautiful and clean when we arrived. My family enjoyed the pool and we were also able to rent a grill for our stay. What made the stay a 10/10 was our Host and his communication he responded in a timely manner whenever we communicated whether it was a question or extending our stay he was professional, polite and friendly we felt right at home. Thank you so much and I look forward to booking again in the future

My friends and I had an amazing week getaway at this lovely home in Davenport. This was my second time staying in Davenport and it's slowly becoming one of my favorite places to vacation in Florida. The house is exactly as pictured and it provided us with all of the comforts we needed for our stay. The pool and game room were our specific highlights and we had more than enough room to fit all of us comfortably. The home provides you with every cooking utensil and apparatus necessary if you plan on cooking, however for health reasons they don't keep or provide spices and cooking items so plan accordingly to meet your desired needs. Outside of a few bugs in the pool (which you can't run from in Florida), the house was more than excellent and we would love to go back if time allows us. Highly recommend this space for anyone who's looking for a quiet getaway that's an arms length distance away from all the fun Orlando and the other nearby cities can provide.

Thank you so much for the wonderful review! We’re delighted to hear that you and your friends had such an amazing week and enjoyed the villa. It’s great to know the pool and games room were particular highlights and that the home gave you plenty of space and everything you needed for a comfortable stay. We really appreciate your understanding about the occasional Florida bugs, unfortunately, they’re one thing we can’t always keep away! It was a pleasure having you stay with us, and we’d love to welcome you back to Davenport again in the future. Thanks again for the recommendation!

Great way to relax and close to lots of attractions!

Our favorite part was THE POOL! Temperature was fantastic (we did pay for the pool to be heated, which I recommend this time of year). Having a large kitchen was wonderful for food preparation, and the area around the house is very quiet!

Excellent large family holiday home

We stayed at the property for two weeks and everything was as expected with no issues. The place is very well fitted throughout. It is also close to the main routes in the area and ideal for the main attractions around Orlando. Being close to the I4, we found it was great for getting down to Clearwater to see our friends. We would definitely recommend.

Home was just as expected...very spacious, great layout, open floor plan, wonderful pool area, great game room...all in all, a perfect home for our family vacation. Had a great time in spite of COVID-19 issues shutting down beaches and businesses during our stay. Would not hesitate to come back!
