Thanks for choosing to stay with us and your overall postive review. We do visit twice a year and keep on top of maintaining the property to a high standard so unsure what areas need attention. In our communications nothing had been highlighted as an area for updating , so please let us know in more detail so we address and can ensure our guests experience remains 5 star at all times. Many thanks for your business . Lee and Jan Owners The Haven Legacy Park

Thanks for the 5 star review Wendy. Good to hear you had a lovely stay after we managed to accommodate you last minute booking (unfortunately you were let down by another party) It's been a while since we had a review on here as most of our recent bookings have come directly through a Google search, so its fantastic to see our VRBO guests are loving the new decor upgrades we did in May 22. We appreciate your business and look forward to having you stay with us again on your next trip to the Orlando area. Lee and Jan Owners The Haven Legacy Park

Good to here you and your large party had a great time staying with us. Based on your comments we have asked management team to organise some additional towels for the kitchen. Not sure whats missing from the kitchen other than the cloths you mention, dishwasher is also available for those in large parties that prefer to use. Gaming equipment issue wasn't highlighted at the time of your stay as would would have had someone attend to resolve. Now getting checked tomorrow at change over to check what is required to get working as it should. Many thanks for choosing to stay with us. Lee and Jan

Hi Cheryl. Great to hear you enjoyed your stay with us recently. Good to see our guests are back enjoying the property to our high standard after the AC issue that was raised in last review. Its always disappointing as owners when our guests have less than a 5 star experience during their stay. We encourage all guest to report issues they may find to the management team at the time of discovery to resolve as quickly as possible. On this occasion this was not the case as only the missing face cloths were bought up during the stay. If these problems had been highlight most could have been resolved straight away. To address the points raised. The king bedroom downstairs is not advertised as a Master Bedroom, this is situated upstairs. Shower door not shutting, leaking and bath panel coming away are maintenance issues that have now been reported to resolve . Toaster is being replaced. Blinds, a service call is being booked to asses extent of damage and fix, we will arrange replacements where required. Window cleaner is being chased after recent storm which also dislodged the shutter on the front of the house (its back up already) The games room equipment is being checked, we ask guests not to mess with it but some do moving stuff around and cable connection issues are then left for others to discover as in this case. Cleaning issues you have raised have been reported to cleaning company to ensure these are not missed going forward. Bathmats are being assessed and replaced if required. You mention a king size mattress needs replacing so we are having the 2 checked and will take action if this is the case. The wash cloths you mention where in the property ready to go out as we had just ordered new ones from Amazon (this was the only issue that was reported whilst on site to the management team) you didn't mention at the time a problem with the other towels . They are being reviewed based on you feedback now and any found in poor condition will be replaced as a matter of urgency. We will of course review all the issues raised to ensure our future guests don't experience the problems you encountered. Thanks for your business and we hope you enjoyed the many other positive aspects of our house you didn't mention above. Lee and Jan. Owners The Haven legacy Park and The Haven Aviana Resort .

"WOW" that's some fantastic feedback Paul 😆. Great to hear you appreciate the efforts we go to for our guests. Hope to have you stay with us again next time you are in the area. Lee and Jan
