This property is ideally located for a relaxing holiday close to the beach.Great space around the house to enjoy and a very nice pool. The host is very helpful and easy to get on with. All in all a lovely house

We had a lovely stay in La Azohia. Estefania was super welcoming and helpful. The house is in a great location with fantastic outdoor space. Plenty of room for us and our 5 children. The house is private and secure with all facilities required to be self-sufficient. We would definitely use this house again if visiting the area. Thank you Estefania.

Relaxing Holiday

Our stay was relaxing, quiet and very private. In easy reach of the beach, local shops, beach bars and local transport, everyone was so friendly and helpful, Estefania and her family were a joy to deal with.

Relaxing Villa

Fabulous holiday

The villa was excellent with everything you could need and more. Close to beautiful beaches. Bars, restaurants and shops. The host was friendly and helpful there if you needed her.

A beautiful home away from home

We had a fantastic week in this very well appointed villa. With four adults and two small children, we had everything we needed, including a beautiful shady garden and private pool. The owner was very helpful throughout booking and our stay. We want to go back next year!

Gorgeous House in an amazing setting

would have given this 100 stars if i could truly lovely house the pictures does not do this house justice! the terrace and outside gardens are wonderful. the are is peaceful very short walk to beach and restaurants. the owner was so helpful and so lovely would highly recommend and hope to come back

Peaceful luxury

Large house, lovely private pool, minutes away from beach. Very well equipped with lots of towels, extra sheets, delph . Only thing missing in the kitchen was a kettle.

Lovely villa

6 of us had a great stay at this lovely villa. Bedrooms were really comfortable with plenty of storage. Kitchen had all the cooking utensils you could want. It was all exactly as the photos portrayed. Loved all the varied seating, especially the big table on the terrace. Plenty of towels to use. Beach was only a few minutes walk away. We will be returning hopefully next year!

Great holiday in lovely villa next to the beach

We loved the villa. It was large, clean and very well equipped. The terraces, the pool, and the garden with plenty of shade from huge pine trees were fantastic. The house is located in a quiet Spanish village, so ideal if want to relax and enjoy the Spanish life. There is a small supermarket in the village for bread and other primary needs, a car is highly recommended for shopping and sightseeing. The owner was very responsive to our email inquiries and she is very kind. We highly recommend this villa. Thank you for the lovely holiday. We'd love to come back.

Excellent well-equipped villa so close to the sea

This is now the second time we have stayed at this house. It is very spacious with room for 8, although we were only 5 plus dog. A lovely location less than 100 metres from one of La Azohia's beaches. Such a well-equipped house with everything you would need. The terrace is huge and is well furnished with tables, chairs, sunloungers etc. We had one small problem with the electrical system which was resolved within 2 or 3 hours. We are already looking forward to staying here again in 2016.

An excellent and well-equipped house

we rented this large house in La Azohia in December 2014 for one week. There were 5 of us, and the house is large enough for 8. Plenty of living space both indoors and outside. As it was winter we did not have access to the swimming pool but as the beach is less than 100 metres from the house this was not a problem. The house is very well equipped, I cannot think of any item that was missing. A very large kitchen with every possible piece of equipment. Everything went very well with booking, payment, deposit return etc. I highly recommend this property and I would be very happy to rent it again in future. I genuinely could find no fault with the house at all.

Property 869510 review

This property is true to its description with regards to location, layout, facilities etc. The owner was prompt with all email correspondence and answered all our queries as it was our first visit to the area. The property is well maintained, immaculately clean with great facilities. It is set in a quiet residential area, 100 metres from the beach but with the bonus of your own pool which is cleaned twice a week, along with gardeners that are discreet and friendly. The house internally has well proportioned rooms, facilities are home from home, excellent and the outside areas are second to none. I would thoroughly recommend this property to friends and family alike. The house is situated just far enough away from the beach, so it is very quiet and private, but within a 5 - 10 min walk to local amenities the sea front, bars and restaurants. La Azhoia is a very beautiful Spanish village which has kept its character and predominately Spanish in population. The surrounding area is picturesque with local markets in different villages daily. There are various water sporting activities up and down the coast from Sub Aqua Diving (diving Schools), snorkelling, boat trips, Sea kayaks and clean stony and sandy beaches suitable for families. There is easy access from local airports and I would recommend car hire to enable travel further afield. I would give the property and owner a 5* rating.

Nous sommes très ravi de ce séjour passé dans cette villa. Le cadre de la maison est juste magnifique. Nous avons pu profiter de la piscine tous les jours. La plage est accessible à 5 minutes à pied. Beaucoup d'activités autour. Si vous hésitez, et bien nous vous recommandons cette location à 1000%. Estefania est super, très gentille et agréable les commerces pour faire les courses ne sont pas loin, des restaurants en bord de plage etc...Merci encore Estefania

Magnifica casa con todo equipamiento y comodidades. Numerosas estancias a cual más acogedora. Piscina perfecta y la anfitriona encantadora. Hemos disfrutado mucho y ojalá podamos repetir.

Decepción por la limpieza de la estancia

Nos llevamos una gran decepción por la limpieza de la casa. La primera tarde la tuvimos que dedicar a comprar productos de limpieza para limpiar sobre todo baños y cocina. En los baños nos extrañó que hay carteles para no tirar el papel higiénico al WC estando además uno de ellos prácticamente atascado habiendo mal olor por toda la casa. En la cocina salían hormigas hasta de dentro de los muebles, no pudiendo dejar alimentos abiertos en ningún sitio. Salían cucarachas de cualquier lado por lo que tuvimos que gastar varios botes de insecticida para intentar mantenerlas a raya. Si ibas al baño por la noche las veías corretar por cualquier lado. Además las ventanas no tienen mosquiteras por lo que si las abrias los mosquitos te freian por las noches. Por tal motivo pasamos calor por las noches en dos de las habitaciones que no disponían de aire acondicionado. Una pena pq el chalet está bien situado y la parcela que tiene con la piscina están muy bien, sin duda lo mejor de la estancia allí. la piscina casa y los exteriores

Desconexion y tranquilidad. Un lujo mediterraneo.

Ya conocía la zona de San Gines/ La Azohia desde hace muchos años por lo que tenía claro lo que buscaba alejado del bullicio de otras zonas de playa y en este alojamiento lo hemos encontrado junto con el resto de mi familia. Piscina, barbacoa, espacio para una buena lectura bajo un pino, paseos por la playa, silencio, buena compañía, tranquilidad, desconexión y mucha amabilidad por parte de la propietaria.

Muy buen sitio!! Recomendado!!

Hemos pasado una semana con amigos y nuestros niños (2 & 10años) La casa está muy bien y cómoda. Estefanía es una anfitriona estupenda y dispuesta a ayudar para cualquier cosa. Hay un caminito justo al lado que da así a la playa. Es un encanto para pasar tiempo en familia y con los niños. Lo recomiendo!!
