We are pleased to hear that you enjoyed the location and, in particular, being right on the boardwalk and being able to enjoy the sea views and sounds throughout your stay. Regarding the toilet seat in the main bathroom, we have already attended to this and resolved the issue, as it was indeed slightly loose. We sincerely apologise for the inconvenience and, of course, for any concern this may have caused during your stay. As for the air conditioning, it had been checked recently and, as part of our regular maintenance, we also periodically clean and disinfect the filters. We are nevertheless sorry to hear that you experienced an unpleasant smell and that you felt it was not working as it should. Had we been made aware of this during your stay, we would have been very happy to send a technician as a matter of urgency to check what was happening,alternatively provide a fan if that would have been your preference. We are glad that you otherwise enjoyed the property and its wonderful location, and we hope that these points did not prevent you from considering staying with us again in the future. Étant donné qu’il s’agit d’un appartement indépendant et non d’un service hôtelier, le changement de draps et de serviettes n’est pas automatique pendant le séjour. Cependant, pour plus de confort, nous proposons cette prestation en option, sur simple demande, moyennant un petit supplément. Cette demande peut être faite à l’avance ou directement sur place, notre bureau se trouvant au sein même de l’urbanisation.
