Hi Macie, Thank you for providing your feedback. We understand how frustrating it is to leave something behind, and we truly regret that we weren’t able to locate the items in question. Our team always performs a thorough search of the home during departure cleans so that any items left behind can be reported and returned. When you reached out a few days after your departure, reporting the missing items, we returned to the home that same day to conduct a second search, but unfortunately, nothing was found. We want to assure you that our housekeeping staff are highly trusted professionals who handle guest belongings with care and integrity, and we have never experienced any issues with theft. Should any of your items turn up, we will absolutely let you know right away. Best, The Outpost Team

Hi Margaret, Thank you very much to take the time to pass along this feedback! We only wish we had known during your stay, as we could have quickly addressed most of these items. We would have gladly brought you more coffee filters and a new hairdryer, as well as looked at the locks and faucet you are referring to. We will certainly pass along your feedback regarding the mirrors to the homeowner! We hope to host you again so that we can provide the seamless experience we strive to give all of our guests. Cheers, The Outpost Crew
