Hi Steve, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We're so glad to hear you enjoyed the convenient location and found the home to be clean and well-suited for your family's stay. We appreciate your feedback regarding the home's layout and gathering spaces. We understand that the common areas may have felt smaller than expected for a larger group, and we'll keep your comments in mind as future updates to the home are considered. We also strive to provide accurate listing photos and descriptions so guests can have a clear understanding of the home's layout, features, and surroundings prior to booking. We also understand that the warm temperatures made your stay less comfortable. While this home does not offer air conditioning, as noted in the listing, we recognize that summer weather can still be challenging. To help keep guests comfortable, fans are provided in every bedroom and living space. We appreciate you sharing your experience, as feedback like yours helps set expectations for future guests. Thank you again for your thoughtful review. We truly appreciate your feedback, and we hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back and deliver the five-star experience we strive to provide for every guest. All the best, The Outpost Crew
