Englewood Beach ligger på den smukke Manasota Key, en barriereø beliggende ca. 40 minutter syd for Sarasota og 90 minutter nord for Napoli. Manasota Key tilbyder et behageligt og afslappende miljø, der er i modsætning til højhuset og travlheden i Floridas østkyst.

Vores Live Oak Landings ejerlejlighed ligger kun en kort gåtur over gaden fra en af Floridas mest uberørte strande og beliggende på Lemon Bay. Restauranter, strandbarer med live underholdning og dagligvarebutikker er også kun en kort gåtur fra ejerlejligheden. Sportfiskeri, båd- og kajakudlejning, jetski og cykeludlejning er alle tilgængelige, mindre end en kilometer væk. Teatre, større shoppingmuligheder og god mad kan alle findes inden for 20 minutters kørsel til Venedig eller Port Charlotte. Der er en Walmart, købmandsforretninger, restauranter og andre lokale shoppingmuligheder inden for få minutter fra enheden.

Sameiet er fuldt udstyret med alle hjemmets bekvemmeligheder og holdes i fremragende stand. Der er endda en lille dumbwaiter til hjælp med din bagage og dagligvarer. En stor carport og garage tilbyder masser af plads til dit udstyr. Der er cykler, fiskeredskaber, strandstole, parasoller, legetøj til børn, kølere, en strandvogn til at bringe dine ting til stranden og andre nyttige ting i garagen.

Comfortable, spacious, well equipped and nicely located

Live Oaks #22 has a peek-a-boo view of Lemon Bay and is across the street from Englewood beach. Short walk to fish, beach, restaurants and bars. The 2/2 condo is fully equipped to do any these activities or stay in and cook or picnic at the pool.

Disappointed !!

We recently booked for 31 night stay & left after 5 nights! Place is 24 years old & needs repairs & updating! Our suggestions to any one who wants to rent this condo, should view it first to form your opinions, as we left with a very sour taste in our mouth!! Sad that our vacation we had looked forward to was ended due to condo's conditions.

In 20 years of renting, we have always received 5 Star overall ratings from our tenants. The party who rented just prior to you, rated the condo 5 stars and are anxious to return. Yes the complex is 25 yrs old, however it is constantly updated by our Association, as is our unit. We live only 40 minutes and we are always willing to respond immediately to any issue that may arise. We allowed a 50% refund, which was far beyond our cancellation policy. As, this guest states, it is always a good idea to see the property in person, whenever possible, especially for the 2025 season, as Manasota Key is still recovering from hurricanes Helene & Milton.

February on the Key

The location of this condo is perfect! The public beach is still closed due to hurricane damage but we still had access and also a short drive to several other beaches. The heated pool was very nice too! Many nice restaurants a short drive away and several bars within walking distance.The only downfall was not being able to use a grill. We love to grill so it was a bit disappointing. It seems like there could be a community grill at the pool for use.Jay is a wonderful host and very quick to respond to any questions we had. It was nice to have a garage and an extra parking space for visitors. The condo was very well appointed with everything we needed for our stay. We hope to return! Thanks Jay!

This was our first visit to Live Oaks Landing and Manasota Key. We were pleasently surprised with the entire experiance. Unit 22 was clean, nicely furnished, comfortable, very spacious (biggest condo we ever rented) plenty of extra's too many to mention. Covered parking was wonderful, pool area was clean and relaxing, both shade and sun GREAT view of Lemon Bay. The outside liani had a beatufiul view of Lemon Bay area. The owner was very attentive, we e-mail from time to time and he always responded same day. Best fo all you dont need a car, you can walk to the beach and resturants. Great place to walk for exercise, most beautiful scenery we ever had on a vacation, less than 2 miles from shopping. Perfect location for a vacation. We will return.

Great condo

Because of a death in the family, we were only able to stay 3 weeks of our 4 week reservation. This was a very well -stocked condo with a great location. Our big disappointment was the lack of the pool heater because a part had not been shipped. Consequently, it was impossible to swim. I’m not sure when a new dock will be built because many residents are still focusing on returning to their condos because of the recent hurricane. Shark tooth hunting was great, but fishing, not so much. With the hurricane and recent red tide, maybe our timing was not so great. The owner was easy to work with.

Thank you for renting with us and for your review. We are sad for your loss of a family member, and that you had to depart a bit early. This was a very challenging time for vacationers, as hurricane Ian had a big impact on the area. I’m sorry our pool was unable to be heated, but in reality January is our coldest month and generally there are few days that heaters can raise swim temps above 70. Happy to hear you enjoyed the shark’s teeth hunting. Our beach is well known for this activity. The docks are contracted and scheduled to be replaced, but have been delayed, due to Ian. We hope you’ll be able to join us again sometime, after the area has fully recovered. March, April and May are always beautiful months in our area, as well as fall months. Thanks again for being with us! You were wonderful tenants!

Manasota Key is the place to stay! Beaches, bars & restaurants, biking & walking. Condo is nice, right size & features. All Good! Owner responds quickly, like when I locked myself out of garage LOL

Quality, value, location... everything you need!

My family of four, including 2 small children, had a fantastic stay!! We found the condo in clean condition and it far exceeded our expectations. This location is perfect! Steps away from a salt water pool, 2 minute walk from beautiful Gulf waters, and less than 5 minutes to walk to local restaurants and convenience store. We were very satisfied with the property and all the amenities. The dumb waiter was extremely helpful and my 2 year old was amazed by it. The master closet is so large, we used it as the toddler’s room. :) Additionally, the small sun room made the perfect office for my husband to work remotely. The owner, Jay, responded almost immediately to all of my messages and was eager to help answer questions we had. We took advantage of the boogie board, fishing pole, and bikes left in the garage. It was a blessing to not have to pack those large items in our van! My husband took up “shark teeth hunting” as a new hobby during our stay and we now have over 300! The other beaches in the area are also incredible and we especially enjoyed the diversity of shells and sand. We quickly realized why this area is often referred to as a Hidden Gem. This has truly been a most memorable month for our family and we will forever hold Manasota Key and Live Oak in our hearts. We hope to make this an annual tradition.

Vacation seeker

We have stayed in Unit 22 the past two years and have already booked it for March next year. The unit is very clean and roomy. It is within walking distance to the beach and restaurants. Great location. The owners live nearby and are very willing and prompt to correct any problem that you might experience with the unit. We have had friends and family come and spend a day or two with us and they all liked the unit very much. Would recommend very highly.

Great area, nice condo

Stayed the month of Feb. 2012 and am planning on Feb/Mar 2013. Condo has been maintained in good condition and pool area (which is convenient to the condo) is peaceful and in great condition. The location is key in my return, quiet, yet close to all the amenities you need. Being from the western NY area I am looking forward to next winter in Manasota Key.

What a great condo! Well kept and comfortable. The decor is wonderfull. We really enjoyed the roof top deck. The view of Lemon Bay is beautiful. The beach is just a few minutes away. What a nice area, you will love it. Call me if you have questions.

We are originally from central New Jersey. In 2004 we visited Charlotte County, Florida and loved the area, the beaches and it's spectacular weather, so much, that we decided to relocate to the area. A year after we moved to the area, our children visited and loved the area so much, that they also moved to the area. We know you'll love the condo, the area and the people here, as well!

We chose this spectacular location for it's comfortable size and convenient location. Our complex is located on Lemon Bay and it is only steps across the street from Englewood Beach, which is one of the prettiest beaches in all of Florida. Walk to 5+ restaurants with entertainment, as well as 2 convenience stores, or just enjoy a nice sunset stroll on the beach and collect shark's teeth! Throw in a fishing line from our dock and catch your dinner, then take a dip in our heated pool. You'll love the peaceful serenity of Live Oak Landings. There is nothing like it for fun and relaxation.
