This Light and Bright condo is a great getaway. It offers the BEST breezes being it's on the 2nd floor and is Furnished with Shabby Chic Coastal design. One will enjoy the Bright White Kitchen Cabinetry, recessed lighting, Palm Paddle Ceiling Fans, BEAUTIFUL window treatments quality MAPLE laminate flooring in the Kitchen, Living and Bonus areas, carpet in the Master Bedroom, Plantation Shutters and a newer Bathroom vanity. Overnight Guest will feel at home in the Bonus area complete in their rarely used Murphy Bed. Bring your boat, kayak and favorite beverage and lounge year-round by the heated pool or take a stroll to the public beach. Includes Boat parking, Kayak racks, HEATED pool, fishing, and fish cleaning table. This waterfront Community is located on the bay side of Manasota Key, an ENCHANTED ISLAND with four inviting sunny public beaches, waterfront dining, outdoor entertainment, water sports, and so much more. Before school vacation!

The property was close by to multiple beaches and the property owner was always quick to respond to any questions or concerns.

Perfect spot

Condo was clean and roomy and steps to the beach! Owner was responsive and helpful. Overall great trip and we hope to go back soon!

Nice condo! Clean, comfortable, and cutely decorated! The pool was nice! Beach access was a bit tricky with lots of no trespassing signs across the street. Wish we could have stayed longer!!

Check-in was easy. Plenty of information was given ahead of time. Parking was great as the condos were not full but boat (trailer) parking would be a problem if the resort was full. Overall experience was great.

Baseball vacation

We had a great week at the beach, condo was cleaned well and beds were super comfortable (my son slept on the Murphy bed). The location is great and the beach was easily accessible by a short path right across from the condo along the privacy fence. Laundry is located in the room next door…it is coin operated but if you know that prior to arrival, just bring a roll of quarters to use when needed. The pool was nice as well but we are beach lovers so only used the pool once. Overall very pleased and a great value, we will definitely book again if back in the area!

Shark took adventure

We had a great stay!!! Bed was super comfy!! The only thing I really didn’t like was the laundry situation. Had to pay 2 per load to was and 2 per load to dry. At the beach you tend to do a lot of laundry especially when you’re there for 8 days. Overall it was a great place to stay though!!!

The property was clean and nice. The pictures were representative of the space. Check in/out was easy and seamless. I do wish that there were better guidance on how to walk to the beach from the condo. We were never able to find it but with the damage from the hurricane to the area, that was understandable that it wasn’t as visible. Luckily it is only a few minute drive to blind pass beach so we still had a great time.

Relaxing 25 Year Anniversary

Tim was a good host and we really enjoyed the condo. It was clean, well cared for and only a 5 minute walk to the beach. The bed was very comfortable and the kitchen well equipped. They had blankets, towels and a beach umbrella that made the stay much better. My wife and I had a great relaxing anniversary. There is a Catholic Church nearby and a Publix. The only reason we left Manasota Key. Many restaurants and bars on the key. Beautiful destination.

Short Getaway

Nicely decorated, quiet condo close to the Gulf! It fit the bill for a long relaxing weekend. The owner was super helpful when we had an issue accessing the laundry room, despite the fact that he was many miles away. Good restaurants nearby and absolutely breathtaking sunsets! Highly recommend!

Family vacay

We had an amazing time in Manasota Key. The tiki condos were in the perfect spot to get to everything quickly and was the cutest little condo. My children loved our vacation!

Great Condo

This was a wonderful condo between Lemon Bay and Manasota Key we will absolutely love to stay again and Tim was a wonderful host and communicated well if we needed anything

Enjoyable time at the beach

Property location was great and just a short drive to beautiful beaches and restaurants. Pool very refreshing and condo had just about everything you'd need for a comfortable stay.

Nice and Cozy Getaway

This was the perfect spot for our stay. The condo was comfortable and met all of our needs. We especially liked the access to the bay for fishing. Would definitely stay here again!

Awesome

Great location! During my trip the A/C stopped working so I sent a message. They responded within minutes and had someone come out and it was fixed in just a few hours. This was on a Sunday. I really appreciate the fast response and will stay again.
