This Light and Bright condo is a great getaway. It offers the BEST breezes being it's on the 2nd floor and is Furnished with Shabby Chic Coastal design. One will enjoy the Bright White Kitchen Cabinetry, recessed lighting, Palm Paddle Ceiling Fans, BEAUTIFUL window treatments quality MAPLE laminate flooring in the Kitchen, Living and Bonus areas, carpet in the Master Bedroom, Plantation Shutters and a newer Bathroom vanity. Overnight Guest will feel at home in the Bonus area complete in their rarely used Murphy Bed. Bring your boat, kayak and favorite beverage and lounge year-round by the heated pool or take a stroll to the public beach. Includes Boat parking, Kayak racks, HEATED pool, fishing, and fish cleaning table. This waterfront Community is located on the bay side of Manasota Key, an ENCHANTED ISLAND with four inviting sunny public beaches, waterfront dining, outdoor entertainment, water sports, and so much more. Shark took adventure

We had a great stay!!! Bed was super comfy!! The only thing I really didn’t like was the laundry situation. Had to pay 2 per load to was and 2 per load to dry. At the beach you tend to do a lot of laundry especially when you’re there for 8 days. Overall it was a great place to stay though!!!

The property was clean and nice. The pictures were representative of the space. Check in/out was easy and seamless. I do wish that there were better guidance on how to walk to the beach from the condo. We were never able to find it but with the damage from the hurricane to the area, that was understandable that it wasn’t as visible. Luckily it is only a few minute drive to blind pass beach so we still had a great time.

Relaxing 25 Year Anniversary

Tim was a good host and we really enjoyed the condo. It was clean, well cared for and only a 5 minute walk to the beach. The bed was very comfortable and the kitchen well equipped. They had blankets, towels and a beach umbrella that made the stay much better. My wife and I had a great relaxing anniversary. There is a Catholic Church nearby and a Publix. The only reason we left Manasota Key. Many restaurants and bars on the key. Beautiful destination.

Short Getaway

Nicely decorated, quiet condo close to the Gulf! It fit the bill for a long relaxing weekend. The owner was super helpful when we had an issue accessing the laundry room, despite the fact that he was many miles away. Good restaurants nearby and absolutely breathtaking sunsets! Highly recommend!

Awesome

Great location! During my trip the A/C stopped working so I sent a message. They responded within minutes and had someone come out and it was fixed in just a few hours. This was on a Sunday. I really appreciate the fast response and will stay again.

Quiet and peaceful.

Not bad at all a car is a must do to being off the beaten path(which is much to my liking. 1 upgrade would be the laundry room(there is only 1 washer and dryer on the upper level the 1st floor machines are out of order.)

This was a wonderful condo between Lemon Bay and Manasota Key we will absolutely love to stay again and Tim was a wonderful host and communicated well if we needed anything

Family vacay

We had an amazing time in Manasota Key. The tiki condos were in the perfect spot to get to everything quickly and was the cutest little condo. My children loved our vacation!

Enjoyable time at the beach

Property location was great and just a short drive to beautiful beaches and restaurants. Pool very refreshing and condo had just about everything you'd need for a comfortable stay.

Wonderful Time

We had a great time. The condo was quiet but still close to everything. Easy access to the beach and just a few minute drive to the public beaches. The pool area was really nice. Perfect for what we needed. Would definitely stay here again.

Nice and Cozy Getaway

This was the perfect spot for our stay. The condo was comfortable and met all of our needs. We especially liked the access to the bay for fishing. Would definitely stay here again!

Awesome stay!

We loved the condo and how well it was stocked. It was so close to the beach and had alot of really cool places to eat. Grocery stores are really close and there is a Circle K less than 5 min away to get ice and other snack items. The pool was so nice and the prople who kept up the grounds we very sweet. We would love to stay here again.
