One will enjoy the Bright White Kitchen Cabinetry, recessed lighting, Palm Paddle Ceiling Fans, BEAUTIFUL window treatments quality MAPLE laminate flooring in the Kitchen, Living and Bonus areas, carpet in the Master Bedroom, Plantation Shutters and a newer Bathroom vanity. Overnight Guest will feel at home in the Bonus area complete in their rarely used Murphy Bed. Bring your boat, kayak and favorite beverage and lounge year-round by the heated pool or take a stroll to the public beach. Includes Boat parking, Kayak racks, HEATED pool, fishing, and fish cleaning table. This waterfront Community is located on the bay side of Manasota Key, an ENCHANTED ISLAND with four inviting sunny public beaches, waterfront dining, outdoor entertainment, water sports, and so much more. Had a great vacation at the spot. Super responsive host that was extremely accommodating to my schedule! I recommend this as a nice spot for a quiet get away. The space had everything I needed for an extended stay.

Everything was just as listed. The condo was clean, spacious and the kitchen had everything we needed and more. The location was in a beautiful setting between the gulf and the bay. We will definitely be back. Tim is an amazing host. Highly recommend this condo!!

we enjoyed our condo and our host was very helpful . we felt at home. loved our extended stay. they were pressure washing and painting, but did not affect our stay. glad they are recovering from the storms. we enjoy looking for shark teeth and it was so nice being so close to the beach. love the island.

Great experience staying at Tiki. Everything I needed to enjoy my stay. Full kitchen. Pool. Yoga on the beach. Located right across from the street but plenty of parking at the Englewood beach and no cost for parking.

The Tiki Condo was a great place to stay for a month. The room was clean and comfortable for the two of us. Everything was as shown in the pictures, and the kitchen had plenty of cookware and dishes. There was an issue with the A/C one day, but Tim was able to immediately respond and explain how to get it resolved. The neighbors were friendly and welcoming, the pool was clean and 87 degrees! We had hoped to be able to walk across the street to the beach, but the recent hurricanes washed away the sand and the ocean comes right up to the seawall rocks. The public beach at Blind Pass is only a mile north, and Stump Pass state park is just a couple miles south. Manasota Beach is further north, but much busier. Arrive early to secure parking!!! Tim was great to communicate with throughout the booking process all the way to checkout. All in all we were very pleased with our stay and would not hesitate to return.

Nice condo! Clean, comfortable, and cutely decorated! The pool was nice! Beach access was a bit tricky with lots of no trespassing signs across the street. Wish we could have stayed longer!!

We had a wonderful stay at this beach condo! The beds were cute, clean, and super comfortable, making it easy to relax after a day in the sun. The location couldn’t be better—just a one-minute drive to the beach and close to everything we needed. The host was very responsive and answered all of our questions quickly, which made the trip even smoother. The pool was a great bonus—nice, well-kept, and perfect for an afternoon swim. Overall, this condo was the ideal mix of comfort, convenience, and value. We’d definitely stay here again!
