Vær en af de første til at nyde denne smukke renoverede i 2015 3 BR-lejlighed i Phoenix VII. Phoenix VII er et af de bedste condo-komplekser i Golfen! Du kan nyde en spektakulær udsigt over bugten fra stuen eller soveværelset balkon. Med over 1500 m² er enheden meget rummelig.



Når du kommer ind i denne condo vil du indse, hvorfor det er unikt fra enhver anden 3br ved Phoenix VII. Rummelig grundplan med utrolige 10'ft. lofter !! Udsigten er forbløffende fra denne lejlighed i 1. sal placeret nede fra pool-skrivebordet, så du har den store placering og ikke støj. En dejlig condo at tage i den store udsigt over stranden fra hjørnet wrap omkring balkonen! Der er også en kingsize-seng i soveværelset, en dronning i 2. soveværelse, to dronninger i 3. soveværelse. Der er en 50 '' HDTV i stuen, en 50 'i soveværelset og en 40' 'HDTV i det tredje soveværelse. Vi har installeret alle nye senge, stue møbler, granit bordplader og brugerdefinerede skabe !!!!



Der er en stor udendørs pool med en kiddy pool, opvarmet indendørs swimmingpool, to jacuzzier, saunaer, et fitnesscenter og oplyste tennisbaner.



Der er en 25 år gammel minimumsalder for at reservere enheden, der håndhæves uden refusion for overtrædelse.



Din ferie vil være komplet ved Phoenix VII med alle de bekvemmeligheder, stranden og luksuriøs indkvartering.

We liked that it was on the ground floor for parking, unloading/loading. My only complaints were 1. the shower head in the hall bathroom was odd. There was no way to adjust the direction in any way. It actually looked like the head was missing. 2. The hall bathroom door was dragging on the floor, making it hard to open or close and even lock. Also, it is a LONG walk to the beach. Overall though, everything was good.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved our stay. The condo is in a perfect location. You wouldn’t expect such a great view on a first floor condo but you have a wonderful view of the gulf, both pools and even some palm trees! The condo is beautifully decorated and well equipped. My only complaint would be that the master bedroom could use some room darkening blinds- the light from the parking lot shines in all night and the room is never truly dark. Also, the bed is kind of hard and I ended up with a back ache most of the week. But if you like hard mattresses you will like it. And although it’s something I know can not be helped, there was a lot of construction happening in surrounding condos and it was so loud. We couldn’t sleep in any day because the concrete saw started right at 8 am. So be prepared for that because I’m sure it can happen in any condo. We will definitely be booking again!

Great place to stay

Great location, it’s on the 1st floor and very convenient to park and access condo. Easy access to beach also. Enjoyed beach, indoor pool; outdoor pool not heated. Also used racket ball court, pickle ball and shuffle board! Plenty to do! A must see is the National Naval Museum in Pensacola, Main bathroom is quite small. We would stay again.

The pool is great and there is an indoor pool and hot tubs too. The condo was spotless, the bed’s very comfortable. We loved the walk in shower in the master bedroom. Being on the first floor was so nice. I highly recommend staying in this condo.

Nice but could have been better.

The unit was semi clean. We found dirt, kids toys, dirty closes, and dust bunnies left under beds and couch cushions. Three of the ceiling fans didn't work. Called and left a message, but to this day, no one has called back. Refrigerator, a white one painted gray to look stainless, had broken shelves and door compartments but the icemaker worked fine. Washer, dryer, A/C worked good. One of the sliding doors was stuck cracked open about an inch that allowed the place to fill up with gnats. Fixed that ourselves. Great plus was the unit was right by the parking lot, no elevator required.

Our stay was great, except for witnessing of FHA discrimination violation

Our stay was excellent until We witnessed a lady, whom never identified herself but acted as if she was the Manager of the complex, approached a Vietnamese group of tenants, and in a demeaning and degrading fashion, told them this was their third warning about their music being too loud, that they were to turn it off, and if they turned it on again, they would be confined to their condos. As information, 2 nights previously there was a group of white tenants in the same area of the pool, at a later time than the Asian group, blasting their music and there was no such reprimand. As someone who studied FHA discrimination for more than 30 years, that Manager needs training on handling such issues in a consistent and nondiscriminitory manner.

Nice condo and well stocked kitchen. Resort is a bit ill designed to get to the pool easily.

No issues, ill designed resort for easy access to the pool if you want to go through the building versus walk around. Beds comfortable and nicely decorated. Living room furniture is not comfortable. Great patio and seating, nice view. We prefer a place that is a shorter walk to the beach for quick runs to the room. First time in Orange Beach, family friendly and no loud partiers.

Beautiful, clean and private

We had a great time staying in this condo. Nicely decorated and being an end unit made it private and very quiet. We found the condo to be perfectly clean and comfortable. We had a nice view of the water from the balcony and even enjoyed the sunrise a few mornings! The Phoenix complex has lots of amenities and we felt very safe with the guarded entry to the parking lot.

Great Location and Beautiful Condo but Buggy

The condo and location to beach and parking is fantastic. The condo has everything you could possibly need. It is beautifully decorated and on the 1st floor so no need to deal with the elevators!!! My only complaints are there were a ton of gnats or fruit flies in the condo when we arrived. The cleaning service (which was running about 45 minutes late) left some spray but that never got rid of them. I spoke with the owner on the day we arrived to let him know, he said he would get an exterminator there on Monday but one never showed up and never heard from him again. Overall I would rent this condo again if the bug issue was taken care of.
