Phoenix X er et af de mest populære ejerlejlighedskomplekser på Gulf Coast. Der er en grund til, at flere feriegæster bor på dette condo end nogen anden i Orange Beach.



Der er ikke et bedre sted at bo for dig og din familie end Phoenix X. Der er masser af aktiviteter, herunder et vægtrum, racquetballbane, sauna, indendørs pool, boblebad, tennisbaner og udendørs pool. Der er endda et dejligt lysthusområde at slappe af under, mens du grilla.



Dette er en Premium-enhed. Kom slap af på den rummelige balkon på 8. sal med en betagende udsigt over bugten eller sov på den store kingsize-seng i skibsføreren med adgang til balkon og bordplade i marmor i masterbadet! En dronning i 2. soveværelse og 2 dronning senge i 3. soveværelse. Denne enhed er blevet opgraderet til inkluderede nye møbler og nyt kabinet. Flisebelægning, rustfrit stål og apparater i granit i det fantastiske køkken. Vi er bekvemt beliggende ved siden af restauranter, købmandsforretninger og ikke langt fra forretningsmarkederne. Glem ikke, at vi er lige ved siden af Flora-Bama!

The view was amazing and check in was super easy. The rooms were as expected, my kids shared the room with two beds and it was very spacious for them. We liked being able to walk places. Since it was a winter trip, the heated pool, hot tub and racketball were great for us!

This was our annual girls trip and it was perfect. Condo is very nice and roomy. Beautiful views that make morning coffee more enjoyable. Will be back.

Great location right on beach. Large pool which we enjoyed. Only issue we ran into was minimal toilet paper left for guests to use in property & the freezer drawer bottom was gone so the ice spilled onto floor everytime freezer was opened. Host was very helpful and communicated well.

I have been staying at various Phoenix rentals over the past 15 years. This particular rental was less impressive than most of my previous stays. The balcony furniture is rusted and needs updating. There were 2 coffee pots - one of which did not work at all and the other’s pot was literally cracked and broken but put away in cabinet. The freezer drawer was missing so when you open the freezer the ice from the ice maker would fall onto the floor. Otherwise sleeping arrangements were nice and the condo was very roomy.

Orange Beach never disappoints

First time staying at Phoenix X. Have stayed previously with Phoenix VI and had a great time. Properties were almost identical including all of the amenities and access to the beach. Unit itself was fine. Could use a bit of updating/cleaning of the couches, rugs etc. but that did not negatively affect our stay. Cannot beat the location and the access to the beach. Views are amazing and it's close to everything Orange beach has to offer.

Vacation

Location was great, room was spacious. Shower curtain liner had mold on it, toilet would not flush, we had to manually flush it, stove worked but took a long time to heat up, some dishes were put away dirty, and there was no dumbbells in gym.

Great location, housekeeping lacking

I attempted to message the host several times before our trip and did not receive any replies. Pan in the cabinet had awful looking dried eggs on it, animal white hair on the patio and the nasty rug which needs to be removed. Master shower curtain was not clean and had issues with the cable service and as per owner directions had to call the provider myself, which was very odd. Best thing about condo is the location.

Ac filter was nearly black with dust. Old food on floor in pantry entire kitchen dining and living floor sticky. Old skippy cup found under bed. Pictures must be a little dated as as some Of the furniture is different. It was decent clean, I was afraid from other reviews here, but it was decent. We did find previous tenants items under beds. Couch is very uncomfortable. The master toilet doesn’t flush every time and seemed to just run on its own periodically….all night. Pillows in the master bedroom were as thick as pancakes. So flat and a little yuck. Kitchen was missing pot holders, dish rags, we were not given a starter of dish liquid, missing measuring cups and measuring spoons. They were pretty stingy on bath towels we received a total of 6. Great location and we had plenty of room for our 6 who stayed. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

It was spacious and well decorated! The bedroom with 2 full beds was perfect for 2 kids with us. They thought it was cool having their own beds! The balcony had a picture perfect view of the ocean and beach. We enjoyed seeing the beautiful view from inside the condo, too! Getting out to the beach was easy. On a rainy day, we used the indoor pool and kept the fun going! We ate in several nights using the grills provided on property by large outdoor pool. In the condo gym, we used the treadmills and weights while looking out at the beach and ocean!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I would like to first say that the representative from Phoenix Rentals was quick to respond and offer assistance. After speaking with this representative, I do believe that Phoenix rental associates are concerned about guest satisfaction. Moving forward I am hopeful that these issues will be rectified. Now to summarize my experience, I can say with confidence that cleanliness and deep cleaning processes and procedures did not seem to be top priority for this specific rental. I had to buy cleaning products to clean the room and rewashed the linens myself at arrival. I also bought four new pillows because the ones in the unit were stained, and beyond what cleaning can do. I believe that training housekeeping staff properly on daily cleaning and deep cleaning processes and procedures is a must. Money also needs to be spent on refreshing linens and pillows periodically. The lesson learned here is that I should have looked at past reviews before booking this property. I would suggest to all who are thinking about renting this property to call Phoenix rentals and question them to make sure that these issues have been resolved. I am sure they will do their best for the guests moving forward.

DO NOT RENT - FILTHY CONDO

The condo we rented was nothing like what was described on VRBO. It was in deplorable condition, with filthy floors and bathrooms. The shower curtain and corners of the bathroom had mold, the toilet seat was covered in black marks, and the lid was broken. There were only four towels for a condo that sleeps eight, one dish towel, and one dish cloth. There were only two rolls of toilet paper, which isn't typical from condos we've rented in the past, typically there are at least 2 rolls per bathroom to get you started with your week. The curtains were broken and dirty, and the rugs in the living room and master bedroom were so filthy we had to put down towels just to walk on them. The furniture was badly stained, so we had to cover it with blankets from the condo, which were also stained and dirty. We found hair in the bed, tons of hair stuck on the rugs, and on the small patio rug. The patio furniture was rusted, and the chairs were torn. We also found trash left behind by previous renters under the living room chair and food stuck between the bed and the nightstand. We were extremely dissatisfied with this rental and deeply disappointed. What was supposed to be a relaxing vacation turned into a stressful and uncomfortable experience, particularly because we couldn’t even relax on the furniture with it being so filthy.That said, the amenities at Phoenix X were wonderful, the location was great, and the beach was absolutely beautiful.Again, I WOULD NOT RENT THIS CONDO!

Reviewer Comments: showed up 10/18 no a/c completely broken made call to # on fridge for maintenence. no call back. next day called again..still no call. went to front desk. Our unit not a Brett R. unit but thru Vrbo...she got someone on phone. someone finally came ..they had to change out whole a/c unit on wall..glad it was october and cool. Second, main tub does not drain well and toilet hard to 's in small b/room are horrible...size of laptop screen and remotes to not work well. What really did not set well, was that 2 days before arrival was contacted that due to construction..could not use pool. Doubt this was not known a lot sooner..Would have cancelled and booked at another location. The picture shown for living area is not what is there...couches different, no ottoman, and rug is not the same. The place was clean but a good deep cleaning would be good to get allt the sand, spilled drinks under glass topped tables would be nice, lots of cookware...yet frying pans in awful shape. Did not have a horrible time but will surely investigate more if ever travel there again.

Property management was on point to answer all our questions when we arrived and gave us great insite on things to do in the area. We started the days watching the sun come up from the balcony. Kitchen was well stocked for making meals in the condo plus the grill area is large and has a prep area with a sink. Daughters and granddaughter had a blast on the beach and in the pool. Weather was perfect. It was really a family vacation to remember. Thank you all !!!

The cleaning company at best did a quick walkthrough as greasy fingerprints were still on the kitchen cabinets, smudged mirrors, and the tile floors were filthy.
