Puerto de Mogan is a beautiful place and having the apartment in a great location, near to the beach, shops, marina and restaurants certainly does mean a car is unnecessary if not exploring the island, Annie is very helpful indeed and always on hand and happy to help if required. Thank you for you kind review of our apartment. We are pleased you found the apartment to be well appointed and you enjoyed the large balcony with valley and sea views. It’s great that you also found the beds and bedding to be comfortable and having the ceiling fans certainly provides ample ventilation in both bedrooms. I’m sorry to hear you found some chipped plates and insides of drawers etc a little dirty. This area has now been deep cleaned and any chipped plates removed and replaced. There is always more than enough kitchenware, plates, bowls, cutlery etc for our guests to use during their stay and we strive to ensure you have everything you need to relax and enjoy holiday! Hi Jan, I am very happy that you thought it was a super apartment and I really appreciate your feedback. You are right in that "Google Maps" and other Sat Navs may not recognise number 21 Calle Rivera del Carmen as the apartment block is brand new. I believe this will be updated very soon. As you know, Number 29 is directly next door and directions shall be stated beforehand and the exact location of our apartment is also noted on the HomeAway website. However, following our telephone conversation I am glad I could calm your nerves and everything was ok. With regard to the apartment cleaning it is immaculately clean on arrival but there is also an option of mid-cleans "on request" and guests can either contact me or discuss this with Annie during check-in. There would be a small additional charge for any mid-cleans which is paid directly to Annie. Thank you very much for your review, we do appreciate your feedback. The curtains were a temporary issue as one had been slightly torn just before your arrival, so thanks for letting me know. This has now been fixed. The ceiling fan was working but intermittently. We therefore arranged for a floor standing fan to be delivered to you the following morning, however I have also now replaced the ceiling fan with a new ceiling fan. Again, I appreciate you letting me know. The apartment is generally cool as there is a natural breeze that runs throughout and the ceiling fans are generally ample for a good night sleep. However I do understand you arrived during a rare heat wave. I am in the process of adding air conditioning for these rare occasions that you experienced. The refuse is collected throughout the resort on some mornings from the streets. The bedrooms are at the rear of the apartment and if you close the bedroom terrace door and use the ceiling fan, then this would block any possible noise.
