Beautiful three-bedroom apartment with a large terrace that has the sun from morning to sunset.

The apartment has a master suite with an en-suite, a king-size room and a single bedroom that can accommodate two full-size single beds.

The kitchen is fully equipped which is ideal for self-catering with the option of indoor or outdoor dining whilst enjoying the beautiful sunsets.
The apartment's main bathroom has a walk-in shower.
The apartment now has the latest fibre broadband.

A high standard is offered throughout this 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom property.
Situated only a 2 minutes walk to the golden beach of beautiful Puerto de Mogan. There is a vast selection of bars and restaurants which offer a range of local and international menus to suit every palate. The apartment is unique in that it offers a quiet rooftop heated pool, shared only within this small complex. Around the pool, there are sunbeds & parasols which are there for your enjoyment.

Perfect for Alfresco dining is the large terrace with bbq and seating for up to 6 people.

The terrace receives the sun from early morning to the beautiful sunset in the evening. You can enjoy the beautiful evening sunshine on the terrace and watch the sun go down.

Mirador Apartments:
The small complex is located on a quiet residential street just a 2-minute walk from the beach, restaurants, cafes and ice-cream cafes. Two excellent supermarkets are within a few minutes' walking distance. A further 1-minute walk takes you to the harbour/marina, known as 'Little Venice', with narrow pathways with Spanish arches overhead, dripping with tropical flowers.






Local Activities: Buggy Safari, yellow submarine, glass-bottom boat, market days, deep-sea fishing, scuba diving, canoeing, pedalos, bike hire, whale & dolphin watching trips.

    Lovely quiet residence near the Centre

    Very comfortable property with all amenities . For me the pool was a godsend which I had all to myself most of the time .Even with a mobility issue it was just a nice walk for my husband to the promenade with all its restaurants and bars . Lovely and quiet at night even though central .Met by Sue who showed us the ropes and was very helpful and good communications from Kelly

    Great Escape from Grey February

    Nice spacious appartment with good shared pool area and large terrace with great views. Perfectly situated with easy walkable access to nearby beach, restaurant/bars, marina and boulevard. Weather was great, like a perfect (but rare) English summer. If u fancy a sea trip, don't go on the big catamaran, but can recommend Blue M cruiser (12 people) and especially the Blue Dream sailing cruise - max 4 people, more expensive but absolutely worth it. Also the Discovery VIP van tour is a good day out. Bar Canaria 2 also highly recommended, and, if you can get in, La Casita for drinks.

    Great apartment!

    Very clean apartment (except the BBQ, which is up to the guests to clean and that wasn't done properly by others. But was lovely and clean after we had cleaned it before and after using!!) Lovely terrace, swimming pool clean with a nice area around it. Location nice and quiet but within a very short distance of the beach/restaurants and shops. Would definitely come back again. Could use some extra hooks/towel rails in the bathroom. Other than that a perfect stay.

    3 bed apartment with sun terrace

    Lovely apartment 2 double rooms, good size with 3rd room suitable for 2 children. The sun terrace is a good size and gets the sun even in march from 11am to 7pm. Nice roof top pool as well. Sue the manager is great and most helpful. Everything you want for an enjoyable time. The only improvements would be to update the ensuite and bathroom with larger shower encloses. All is great location and would stay again. Thanks.

    Very disappointing stay.

    Unable to use terrace. Absolutely needs an awning. Dead cockroaches in corridors not moved the length of the time we were there. Live cockroaches in apartment. Sue was very helpful and gives a good welcome. Very disappointing holiday due only being able to use terrace until the evening. And also having to look for cockroaches all the time. Would definitely not return. We have stayed numerous times in Mogan never had this problem.

    Thank you for leaving your review. We always like to hear how we can make improvements. I'm sorry to hear that you were disappointed with a couple of aspects of the apartment. We do our best to ensure each guest enjoys their stay. The terrace does receive an exceptional amount of sun all day from 11 am so I appreciate that it may have been too hot to sit out on, particularly in August. A canopy covers part of the terrace and a 3m sun shade is also provided. We have taken note of your feedback on the awning and will look into making this further improvement to the terrace. I am sorry to hear that you had a visitor in the apartment. This is highly unusual as you can see from our previous reviews. We continuously treat the apartment which is repeated after very guest, and the whole complex is treated on three times a year as I have requested the last date this was done. . We will now take extra measures to prevent this from occurring again in the future. Please accept our sincere apologies for any inconvenience caused. Unfortunately, due to the hot climate and being in Gran Canaria sometimes the odd cockroach may come into the apartment from outside if windows and doors are left open but we will try harder to prevent this from happening Sue is always more than happy to help if any issues arise. Sue is always able to assist with any issues and would have visited the apartment to rectify this. I will get in touch with the complex management services to highlight the issue with the corridors. Thank you for making me aware of this. I am saddened to hear that you will not return to our apartment as many of our guests come regularly each year to stay with us and leave a 5 star review. I hope you may reconsider this decision in the future once the improvement to the terrace is made and the other extra measures we have immediately put in place. Many thanks, Kelly

    Book it!

    The location of this apartment is excellent, very short walking distance to the beach, supermarket and restaurants. Also the host, Sue, gave us a very warm welcome in the middle of the night and was always quick back if we had any questions. The apartment is big and the outdoor area/balcony was also big and had great sun from 11 and all day/night. It is not a noisy area at all. The swimming pool was perfect for our kids, not too cold and we had it almost to ourselves. The village is supercozy, best experience so far at Gran Canaria. Our daughter left her loved teddy bear in the apartment and Sue posted it back to our home country without any expenses. That is a lovely thing to do and excellent service. Our daughter was so happy to get it back. Thanks for a wonderful stay and don’t hesitate to book this apartment. Much more for the money and better location than for instance Radisson hotel in the area. We are super happy and hopefully we get the chance to go back in the future.

    Wunderschöne,große Wohnung mit Pool. Nette Begleitung duch Sue. Leider war während unseres Aufenthaltes eine Fiesta und der Festplatz direkt vor der Appartmentanlage.     Spacious well equipped good location

    Lovely apartment ideal for us 2 adults and 2 teenage girls so a bathroom each. Pool area really good and well maintained complex. Communications with owner kelly prior to holiday good and sue met us and was really helpful. We have been to PDM several times and one of the best apartments we have stayed in

    Spacious holiday home, minutes from everything

    We had a fantastic stay in the El Mirador apartment. Puerto Mogan is a lovely little town with lots of great restaurants, beach and shopping. The apartment is very easy walking distance to everything. Kelly & Sue were great hosts and couldn't have been more helpful. The apartment was very clean, with a lovely balcony and fully equipped kitchen, the pool was a great size and we pretty much had it to ourselves the whole week, much to our children's delight! The rooms all had new ceiling fans which were welcome, but there is no AC if you were looking for that. Overall we loved our stay and our kids are already asking when we are going back to the holiday house :-)

    Excellent apartment in good location

    This apartment was perfect for my friend and me, as it has 2 large bedrooms with a lot of storage space and 2 bathrooms. We didn’t use the 3rd bedroom which was very small. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed, including dishwasher and washing machine. Sue welcomed us on arrival and had even put some water, wine and milk into the fridge for us. She’s very friendly and helpful, and we could contact her via WhatsApp. As there were not any guests expected on our departure day, we could stay in the apartment a few hours longer which was great. We enjoyed the large terrace very much and also the pool area which we had to ourselves most of the time we were there. The only complaint we have was the bad WiFi. The signal was so bad most of the time that it was impossible to work online. The apartment is in a quiet road very close to the Mogan beach. Many restaurants and shops are in walking distance. Free parking on the street was available at any time. We highly recommend this place.

    Centrally located but on a lovely quiet street. Sunny terrace and bbq was a really appreciated. Communication was excellent as was cleanliness. We very much hope to stay again.

    Prachtig appartement met groot terras

    Op een rustige locatie en overal dichtbij. Nabij strand, restaurants, taxi en busstation en supermarkt. Heel schoon. En snelle communicatie. Puerto de Mogan is een mooi vakantiedorp! We komen zeker terug.

    Superb Location in Puerto Mogan

    This is a fantastic, clean flat on the sunny side of Puerto Mogan. Sun sets on the patio for our holiday at 7pm having started at 10am. Bonus was a bbq and heated pool. All in all excellent week

    Super apartment, convenient location

    We were a family of two adults, two infants and two grandparents. This apartment was suitable and safe for all ages. Well appointed, all appliances in good order although no British TV to watch the Rugby World Cup. (We had to go to the local bar - how awful!!!) Very convenient location, only 300 paces down to the beach (very slight hill), similar distance to kiddies play park, restaurants and supermarket. Living room was a bit small for us all, but by moving the furniture around a bit was more than ample. Pool was brilliant, great water temperature and usually very quiet, we were often the only ones in it. The distant sea horizon is only just visible from the apartment, higher would have been better, but being on a cul-de-sac meant that it was nice and quiet, even with windows open at night. We are experienced renters and we particularly appreciated the efficiency and cooperation of local contact.

    Wonderful Stay

    A real gem. From the genuinely warm greeting from Sueright to the end of our 2 week holiday in Puerto de Mogan, we had a wonderful stay. The apartments location was perfect.     Lovely apartment with everything you need

    Lovely apartment with good facilities. Large terrace with sea views which are fab! Its located on a quiet road with easy access to shops, beach and harbour. Heated pool and sun bathing area is great and very private. Kelly and Sue are great making your stay a real treat. Very relaxing town with nice harbour and beach area. Mogan is a gem as its more grown up than some of the other resorts! We have booked again!!!
