SOMMER SPECIAL: $ 10k / måned for juni, juli eller august. Fem minutters gang til den smukke hvide sand Gulf Beach via hævet adgang og brug vores strand buggy, stole og parasoller. Nyd kajaksejlads (medbring din egen) og fiskeri fra kajen. Du vil elske vores hjem på grund af de avancerede møbler, teaterrum, det afskærmede poolområde med boblebad og Jenn-Air-grill, hundreder af duftende blomstrende blomster blandt 70+ palmer, udsigten, se solopgangen over bugten , og se på delfinernes daglige rejse. Vores hjem er perfekt til par, solo-eventyrere, forretningsrejsende eller familier med masser af privatliv og plads med fire-plus en-suite soveværelser, syv badeværelser, gourmet køkken, screenet Lanai, udendørs bruser og dock.

This is one of the most perfect places that we have stayed. The house is well-kept, clean and spacious, and the amenities make it feel just like home. The lanai is fantastic, overlooking the pool and providing a great view of the bay - stretching far in every direction. The pool and pool area is very nice, with plenty of space for shade or sun. it is an easy walk to the beach, and the beach is everything that you can hope for - nice sand, shells, and extending far in both directions. Rick was friendly and easy to communicate with, and there were no issues with the home during our stay. would definitely return and would highly recommend to others.

Great Place to relax and enjoy your vacation.

This was one of our favorite vacation stays. House and pool facilities are top notch. The location is quite and has great views - and access to the beach, shopping , and restaurants within walking distance. The best of both aspects of Fort Myers Beach.

This house was very clean and large. All the bedrooms had full baths.

Great house. Clean. Location was a bit of a walk to the beach so we had to drive due to so much beach stuff. Check in was easy and check out was easy.

This is our second stay at this property in as many years, and it was just as enjoyable! Communication with the property manager is always outstanding, the home is impeccably maintained, and this vacation home more than lives up to its billing. First rate all the way!

Time to relax and enjoy this home and all it has to offer

Cant say enough about Rick and his beautiful home, we had 9 adults and 1 child in our getaway group (ages 5-70) and everyone loved the property and are already asking when we will go back! The Home is beautiful both inside and out, there are 4 very spacious bedrooms all with on suite full bathrooms and a 5th bedroom that is more of an office with its own full bathroom.The Kitchen is huge and has about every appliance, bowl, dish, utensil and etc that you can ask for. There is also a bar/kitchen area on the pool level with a fridge and microwave, and there is also a pull out sofa and half bath in this area also. Big living room area with 2 couches an 2 leather chairs that is overlooked by the kitchen. Big Tvs in every room and also outside by the pool. Very nice deck with table for 8 and also a Pub style table with chair for 4 overlooking both the pool area and boat dock and water. The Theater room was a real treat also, it was playoff NBA and NHL games were awesome to watch on the big screen and you could easily fall asleep in the plush reclining chairs. The house sits in a nice and peaceful neighborhood and is just about a 5 min walk to the beach. Resturants and the Times Square area are just a 10 drive away and for anyone looking for the best beaches in the area, Sanible Island is just a 30 min drive away. A few small hiccups arose and Rick took care of them as soon as we contacted him and that keep our vacation going smooth, excellent communication with Rick and he had no problem answering any questions we had, he was a great host! As an added bonus, I had mentioned to Rick a few places we were planning on visiting and he had fantastic recommendations on places to eat and visit. If you are looking for the perfect balance between quite and relaxing and also great beaches and restaurants to eat at, this is the house for you.

Excellent stay

The property is actually better than the pictures. We have four teenagers and this property was absolutely perferct. We spent hours in the pool, enjoyed games of bags, and walking to the beach to swim and catch the sunsets. There are plenty of things to do in the area and it was fun to come home to a quiet neighborhood. We also saw lots of dolphins right off the dock. Would highly recommend this property!

Wonderful Vacation Home!

We had an excellent stay and would book this property again in a heartbeat. We loved all of the amenities and location this property has to offer. We had a large group and there was ample sleeping space and space in the house that we never felt crowded. I would highly recommend this property to anyone.

Fabulous home and highly recommend.

It was our first time renting a home and was a little hesitant on doing so. But there was no need to worry. Owner was kind and helpful. The property manager was great and only spoke with him when we checked in. There was absolutely no issues with the home. It is well maintained and spotless! It was everything as advertised. Three families with a total of 10 people and we had plenty of room. Stayed Xmas day to New Year’s Day. We will return again!!

Outstanding property with amazing location!

My family (11 people) completely enjoyed our stay at this amazing property. The house is 100% as advertised. Check in was a breeze and we had no need to contact the propertymanager during our stay. Lush and manicured landscaping provides plenty of privacy and a feeling of seclusion. The house looks out into the bay and wetlands. Beautiful sunrises from the lanai and master bedroom were amazing. All of the bedrooms were more than spacious (they look smaller in the pictures) and the bathrooms were very clean and updated. The great room / kitchen area on the main floor is huge and had more than enough space for the entire family to spend time together in the mornings and at night. We spent most of our time enjoying the pool, hot tub and dock. We saw dolphins throughout the day each day we were there. We had a few encounters with dolphins swimming around the dock. and even a few manatees. It’s an easy walk to the beach, however we really enjoyed just sitting out on the large dock and enjoying the tranquil environment. The house had everything we needed for our week long stay. The bathrooms had plenty of towels, the kitchen was fully stocked with appliances, silverware, cooking utensils; glasses, plates etc…. We only needed to buy food! This is the best property and experience we have had with VRBO. I highly recommend it!

Fort Myers Beach

If more than 5 stars were available, this home would certainly warrant it. What a fabulous week we spent here. There aren’t enough words for the house itself and the location. Our family of 5 had one of our best vacations yet. It was so private and so enjoyable that we’re already planning a return. From the house, with the pool and theater room and beautiful views, to the close proximity to the oceanfront, this place has everything you could possibly want. In addition to the beautiful house, working with Rick was an absolute pleasure! He was very responsive and communication was a breeze. He even reached out to us during a brief storm to offer locations for some indoor activities for the family. The property manager Bruce was just as pleasant to work with. So kind and friendly and met us with a smile to walk through the house even though we ended up getting in later than anticipated. This is really a first class property with owners to match!

Clean and Quiet

My extended family and I have rented several beach houses over the years, and this was the cleanest one yet. The kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, utensils and small appliances. We absolutely loved the lanai. We were able to enjoy sitting outside without any bugs attacking us. The screen also kept the pool incredibly clean. We didn't have to skim it at all. The house is a pretty good walk from the beach, but is manageable. My 9 year old was able to keep up with us on the walk. The house is on a quiet no outlet street, which was wonderful. The people who lived near the house were nice and always said hello. The boat dock was great and we enjoyed fishing from it and checking out the local wildlife. We rented a boat one day and were able to pull right up to the dock to pick up the rest of our group so that everyone didn't have to drive down to the marina. Rick was great with communication and, Bruce, the caretaker, was awesome and made sure we were all set up at the house before he left. He showed us around and answered all of our questions. We had a wonderful stay and enjoyed it immensely.

Adult spring break

It was nice that each couple had their own bedroom and bath. The heater for pool and spa was hard to figure out. Beach was a half mile away which is where you needed to be to see a sunset but was great being away from the crowded public area. Would go back again if I had the time.

Gorgeous and so comfortable!

This house is really pretty perfect. The theater room was so nice to relax and watch a movie every night. The entire house is IMMACULATE. It is a very well furnished and stocked house. The views are simply amazing.
