Thank you for the review appreciating your stay in Lauterbrunnen . The autumn season has a different look with all the leaves yellow . Wish you all the best .

Thank you for appreciating our apartment with spectacular views and which is in the centre of the village and close to all facilities like post , restaurants, railway , mountain lifts, tourist office, super markets .. Some of the things you have mentioned could have been rectified if you had reported while you were there as we have cleaners and technicians who take action immediately. The cleaning team is a professional group who are also servicing a hotel in Interlaken . It is a pity that you did not report during the stay but only after your exit. If people look at the photos of our furniture , they will have different views . We noticed that the first thing you asked from us on arrival day is the key of the washing machine . We know that these people bring their linen from previous stays to be washed in Lauterbrunnen . We are only responsible for the linen used in Lauterbrunnen .We had given you instructions before arrival how to use the washing machine with the key. As you did not read those instns. We had to repeat them again several times but you took two days to to make it work . Our guests do not have to ask questions about it and they make it work without problems or questions. We can understand your disappointment , sorry about this . People who read your review will not take it as genuine one because they know why you are writing like this and they will will prefer to read other reviews to have an idea of our apt. So wish you all the best for the future.

Thank you Petra for writing that you liked and appreciated the apartment . Yes it is in the centre of the village and a little away from the traffic as it is a pedestrian road after the Jungfrau camping . The waterfall is an added attraction which is one the highest vertical waterfalls in Switzerland .

Thank you James for the note of appreciation of our apartment . It is well appreciated due to the double isolation and hence hot season it is cool and in winter it is rather warm . The view of the waterfall is impressive and we have famous writers and poets who written about it eg Joahn Goethe of 18h century and you can see it at the foot of the waterfa. Spirit Song Over the Waters By Johann Wolfgang von Goethe The soul of man Resembleth water: From heaven it cometh, To heaven it soareth. And then again To earth descendeth, Changing ever. Down from the lofty Rocky wall Streams the bright flood, Then spreadeth gently In cloudy billows O’er the smooth rock, And welcomed kindly, Veiling, on roams it, Soft murmuring, Tow’rd the abyss. Cliffs projecting Oppose its progress,– Angrily foams it Down to the bottom, Step by step. Now, in flat channel, Through the meadowland steals it, And in the polish’d lake Each constellation Joyously peepeth. Wind is the loving Wooer of waters; Wind blends together Billows all-foaming. Spirit of man, Thou art like unto water! Fortune of man, Thou art like unto wind!
