We are very sorry for your review. We would like to underline that, as per law, air conditioning is not allowed in the month of May but only in the summer months. The guests never contacted us during their stay to expose the problem or to request a refund. They went away saying that everything was fine. If they had contacted us we would have provided with fans that were available to guests in the apartment. As far as the noises of the city are concerned, for the next time I recommend you to choose an accommodation not in the historic center as it is normal for there to be some noises as our apartment is located in one of the central areas of Siena. However, I would like to underline that our apartment is located in one of the oldest areas of the city and therefore residential and not noisy. The only noises are coming from the public garden below as there are no pubs or restaurants under the windows. We are sorry that you did not appreciate the uniqueness and prestige of our apartment but above all that you did not contact us during your three days of stay. We would like to underline that the 3 guests used all the linen of the house (not included in the price) for a total of 9 people, they left the house very dirty and were waited for more than an hour and a half from the agreed time of check in.
