Great location. Friendly front desk staff. Host was easy to contact and checked on us after check in. We walked to Kam II beach almost daily and even saw a sea turtle there! Great stay.

Great location, clean, and perfect for our family of four!

This condo is exactly what we needed for our vacation. Great location, well appointed, roomy enough, and just all around comfortable! I would definitely book this condo again, should we return to Kihei.

The condo is nice and spacious, good value. A/C in every room and nicely equipped. Was nice to have all the beach necessities available in the lanai. John is a great host and made sure all was well. Great location and nice amenities, pool BBQ area, etc. We’ll be back again!

Great stay!

John was a great host! The location is perfect and a quick walk across the street to a great beach. Been to Maui a number of times and definitely would stay here again for our next visit. The property is quiet and very clean... everything was perfect!

Lovely beach 1/2 block away. Easy to carry your chair! Kitchen had everything we needed. Exceptional clean.

Perfect getaway

The checkin process is very easy. Communication was great. The condo was well stocked with all amenities, even the little thoughtful things like reef safe sunscreen, beach towls,cooler, beach chairs, and unbrella. Perfect place for a family.

Everything was great! Condo was clean and beautiful. Bed was comfy, kitchen was well stocked. Only complaint was the broken toaster! The space was lovely, the location can’t be beat. Could have used some boogie boards! Thank you!

The condo was very nice and comfortable. The grounds around condo very well maintained! Beach access ( right across the street) was great. Close by restaurants were great! Moose Mcgilliguttys has fantastic Maui Onion rings great drinks... recommend this location to all!!!

Beautiful Maui

We loved the condo and its location. The condo was clean and comfortable for our family of four. The host was very responsive and the property managers were helpful and friendly. The condo is located across the street from a great beach for families and snorkeling. It is also an easy walk to a number of restaurants. We would definitely recommend staying here.

81st birthday outing

êWe have stayed in Hawaii at least 2 times prior to this. I have been to 5 islands, and I think the islands are among the most beautiful places on earth. I had thought about retiring in Kauai.

Fantastic stay, great location and well stocked!

We had a great stay in John's condo. The supplies were very well stocked and the multiple fans and air conditioning were very welcome. We loved having the combo door lock which allowed us all to come and go with varying schedules very easily. The complex is great as well, we took full advantage of the pool, barbecues and tennis courts. The location can't be beat with 3 beaches, shopping and multiple restaurants with in walking distance. We would definitely stay here again! Thanks for a great vacation!

Close to everything

This place is perfectly located for day trips to Makena or Lahaina 15 min in to the city or 3 min drive to food land .This is the second time we stayed at John's place .It was impeccably clean with lots of extra linens,towels fully stocked kitchen.The beach Kam 2 is directly across the street Kam 1 and 3 are within walking distance

MAUI MAGIC

John was a wonderful host. We had an issue with a light in the bathrooms, and they were replaced the same day. It was great to have beach chairs for our use. We loved the location, just minutes walk from the beach and stores and restaurants! Loved our stay and very happy with our accommodations. Thank you John!

Ocen right across the street

This condo has everything you need for a great vacation stay. Right across the street is a beautiful beach. within walking distance is a restaurant with good food. Just minutes from shops and entertainment. Very quiet neighbors and great lanai to sit, covered with the shade of a plumeria tree. A new and up dated interior. A perfect place for a vacation. All the comforts of home Hawaiian style.

Great location

You can't get closer to the beach than this -- it was awesome to have the Kamaole beach parks right across the street for morning snorkeling. Kihei was a great place to stay to have the option of exploring the fancier resorts to the south but to have more affordable options near us. The unit itself is nothing fancy but clean and totally serviceable: there's A/C, washer & dryer, plenty of dishes and a dishwasher. We also appreciated being able to borrow the host's beach chairs. John was great about communication and gave us a very helpful list of recommendations. We would definitely stay here again.
