En simpel fire minutters gang fra den overdådige Keawakapu strande vil finde dig i roen i vores fredelige ejerlejlighed. Vores rolige første sal enhed har en delvis havudsigt, hvor gæsterne kan nyde de levende farver i en Maui solnedgang ved lukning af dagen på terrassen. Nyrenoveret med smukke kirsebærtræ finish køkken og stuer er ekspansiv og designet for maksimal komfort, bekvemmelighed, og har den udsøgte kunstværker af premier Maui watercolorist Sherri Reeve. Stilfulde møbler giver mulighed for flere spisesteder og rekreative muligheder, der tilbyder tv, stereoanlæg og gratis trådløst internet.

De to soveværelser i vores enhed echo bløde farver og følelser gamle Hawaii med enkle, komfortable Hawaii dyner. Og med klimaanlæg i både soveværelser, køkken og stue, kan du nemt holde hovedet koldt før eller efter en nice ocean svømmetur i det spektakulære Keawakapu Strand. til rådighed for gæsterne også er badehåndklæder og stole til at rumme ture til mange dejlige strande på den sydlige side af Maui. Den renoverede og smukt detaljeret badeværelse komplimenter øen tema, så til stede i hele enheden med jordfarver og elegance. Nyligt
installerede trægulve i begge soveværelser tilføjer en nice finish, der hjælper med at holde soveværelserne cool.
For dine værdigenstande, har vi installeret en sikker-store nok til at rumme 2 bærbare computere.

Great Relaxing Stay

Great property, quiet, well maintained, well equipped kitchen with lots of extras. Really enjoyed the convenience of the beach chairs, umbrella, soft and hard cooler. Location is very convenient.

Visiting Maui

We stayed at MauiSnow in August 2010. I was very impressed with the condo. It was clean and had all the convenience of a home. It made our stay at Maui much more pleasant. It's located at a convenient location, close to the beach and stores. Thank you Sonia, we really enjoyed our stay.

Perfect location!

This little condo packs a big punch! All of the thoughtful extras were a pleasant surprise. From beach chairs and coolers to laundry detergent and extra towels. And my daughter loved the chocolate macadamia treat left for us. Thank you for a lovely stay! Being so close to the beach (easy walking distance) and restaurants was perfect for us! So much to see and do on Maui and this condo is right in the heart of it all!! And it doesn’t hurt that The Cinnamon Roll Place is also super close! Thank you Sonia!

You Won’t Regret It!

I couldn’t recommend this place more! Cozy (not a massive space) but for the three of us spending most of our time out and about, it was perfect. There is still a full kitchen & A/C units in every room though (if you are planning a long stay), with (most memorably in my opinion), an amazing view (and 5-minute walk to the water). These condos are an absolute find because you get so much more than you pay for. Also the host was very responsive and accommodating. We had no issues during our stay and would return anytime!

Everything we could have wanted for our first stay on Maui

Besides a little confusion about the check in time, owner's emails said 3PM, VRBO's emails said 4PM, our whole stay was wonderful. We had everything we needed for our week-long stay. Plenty of towels, beach towels, and other basics. Our only challenge was where to put our wet towels after a shower. With four of us staying there, there needed to be more than one towel bar. Perhaps a hook or two, or even a towel bar installed in the bedrooms would be helpful. We draped them over hangers in the closet, but then needed to keep the closet doors open to allow the towels to dry. No place to hang a hand towel, either. The towel situation would not deter us from staying there again, however. Sitting on the patio in the morning with coffee, listening to the birds, watching the wild chickens, catching a glimpse of the community cats, and spotting lizards was a highlight. There are a few beaches within a short walking distance and the other desirable beaches are a short 10 minute drive. I hope we get to visit Maui again someday and that we can stay in this same condo!

Sonia is a very sweet lady and was so nice when we arrived. She is a great individual I could tell right away. I recommend her. I however had a terrible couple of times due to the neighbors, very very rude. Hard to enjoy myself and family. We are good people and it’s a shame we had to deal with somebody that has a wicked attitude.

Maui Relaxation

I spent 5 quiet weeks. The residents and guests take noise seriously, which I like and needed. The location is less than 5 minute walk to the north end of the wailea beaches, making for some nice walks, sunsets and boogy boarding. The building is well shaded, and I almost never had to use the air conditioning. The condo is an adequate size for up to 4 people and tastefully decorated and well supplied. The kitchen cabinets appeared fairly new. I communicated with Sonia the owner a few times and found her very friendly and responsive. Parking is very close for one spot and only another 50 feet for a second vehicle. The unit is ground level. I considered the nightly rate an average value. I'm a frequent Maui visitor, and overall was pleased with the condition, location and cost in comparison to other condos in this area. I would recommend it.

Fabulous location!

You know the saying in real estate it's location, location, location, that applies to your vacation stay as well, this is the place you want to be! We loved that it is quiet after a full day at the beach, sightseeing and shopping. Great views, 5 minute walk to one of the most spectacular beaches on the island, walk a little bit further and you're at shops and restaurants. Owners went above and beyond to make sure that our stay was everything that we hoped it to be. We hope to be back in February 2017. Thank you Sonia!

Wonderful stay

Condo was as pictured, probably better. Roomy, clean, complete kitchen with all the needed utensils and appliances, condiments. Great location for South Kihei. A short walk to a great beach. Easy check in and check out. Nice view toward the gardens and a peekaboo ocean view in the distance. Great sunsets. Fairly quiet complex, some road noise during day and early evening. Hope to come back.

Wonderful Stay

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Beautiful unit is a short walk from Keawakapu Beach with paddle board and water gear rentals. Condo comes with great ammenities to make stay relaxing, including water toys, beach towels, beach chairs and coolers. Easy access to condo with parking space close to unit. Outside lanai is nice, quiet spot for morning coffee.

Great location

Very clean and welcoming condo. Everything was newer, kitchen counters, bathroom etc. The location was perfect, very easy to get up and walk in the morning to get coffee or go to breakfast in Kihei. The Keawakapu beach is certainly the best, did take us a bit to figure out how to get there though! As noted this is a residential area, so was very quiet past 8pm.

Amazing, Relaxing Trip!!

This was the most perfect condo we could have imagined!! The condo was very clean and had just about everything you could ever want or need. I would highly recommend this condo to anyone. Also the hotel across the street has an amazing beach and the best happy hour in maui. Cant wait to book again this fall

Great Location!

Just as the description indicates, it is just a short walk to a beautiful beach, and the sunset can even be viewed from the lanai. Two couples shared the condo for a long weekend, and found it very comfortable. We were able to fix some meals 'at home' to save a bit, and found the kitchen well equipped. Clean, comfortable, homey...just what we were looking for during our short stay on Maui.

With only 5-7 units on vacation rental, this unit is very quiet, set back from the road but a mere 4 minute walk to pristine Keawakapu Bch. and across the street to the Kihei Boat Harbor. Our unit is very well equipped from the kitchen to beach items. We have complimentary WIFI and Long Distance Calls to U.S. mainland and Canada. We have also installed a safe large enough to hold 2 laptop computers or any other personal items in the main bedroom closet.

We are full time Maui residents and can respond to your questions or needs promptly. We can give you suggestions on activities, places to visit, restaurants, etc.
