Denne rummelige lejlighed i Gulf-fronten har uhindret udsigt over det turkisblå vand i Miramar Beach, som du kan se fra balkonen, stuen og soveværelset. Den stilfulde opholdsstue har moderne opdateringer, såsom bordplader af granit og flisegulve i hele enheden. Andre faciliteter inkluderer fladskærms-tv i stuen og begge soveværelser, komfortable havemøbler og opgraderede sengetøj. Tidevand ved Tops'l har en række rekreative aktiviteter, herunder tennis- og basketballbaner, minigolf og shuffleboard ... for ikke at nævne de to smukke puljer, der er tilgængelige for besøgende med et Beachfront Eatery og Sandbar Emporium & Market! Tops'l er en rolig strand og racket-udvej og er et øverste valg for tennisferier i det nordvestlige Florida. Det tilbyder roen ved en placering med en "off alfarvej", mens den stadig har bekvemmelighederne ved byens attraktioner. Der er en række børneaktiviteter på resortet samt alle de spændende vandsport og aktiviteter, som Destin har at byde på.

Best Place on the Beach

We love to stay at Tides 202! It’s clean, spacious, has comfortable beds and the location cannot be beat. We have stayed here a few times and will be back!

Great Stay

Great property, clean, updated, everything you need is there, great location to the pool and beach, with it being on the second floor just one thing of stairs don’t have to use the elevator, stairs located just steps from the condo door, great view to the pool and ocean, we went in November and pool was heated and warm. The master bath was beautiful up to date. Couches and beds comfortable. Renter was great, will come back!

We loved everything about our stay here!! Beautiful and well-kept condo with amazingly beautiful views and super easy access to the pools and beach. We enjoyed all of the amenities the resort provided as well.

Wonderful Vacation Spot

Couldn't have been any better. The unit was spotless and well equipped with cookware. The views were amazing. The balcony was our favorite hangout spot the majority of our trip. The beach was a short walk. The pools and other amenities were top-notch. Joe was a wonderful host and we hope to stay again in the future.

Great location and view

The owners were great communicators, let us know when condo was clean so we could check in early, The pictures are accurate! Easy access to pool/beach via stairs or elevators. Plenty of carts to unload/load luggage/groceries. Beach chairs/umbrella available for rent-first come first serve

Paradise on the Beach

Our stay was a fun filled week of sun and fun. Everything from great beds, beautiful views of the patio, coffee pods, seasonings, plenty of starter essentials. We loved the location because it was so close to the pool. The onweners were super helpful.

Wonderful Family Vacation!

Loved our vacation! The ocean front views were amazing. Loved the convenience of being on the 2nd floor. Enjoyed playing on the newly surfaced tennis courts. We also enjoyed playing on new PickleBall courts. The on site restaurant was great, too. The owner was great to work with. Five stars!

The best fall break trip

We absolutely loved our stay at this condo. We have been to Tops’l several times and this unit has been the best we’ve stayed in. Extremely clean, comfy beds, perfect view of the pool and beach with an easy walk down the stairs right to the pool entrance. Many rental units have bare minimum supplies in the kitchen. Here it was not the case. Had everything we needed and then some. Loved the porch furniture as well. As always we enjoyed the sports courts and putt putt. Communication with owner was top notch. Will be our new go to rental at this resort.

wonderful view of the emerald green ocean

This was better than we could have asked for. Very convenient with just one flight of stairs to the pool. Lovely decor with comfortable quarters. The balcony overlooks the pool and ocean and provided respite from the sun. I hope to return soon.

Wonderful

Great Condo. Location was awesome. View was beautiful. Beach was wonderful. Pool was clean and fun. Joe was super sweet, great communicator, and made the process super easy. Condo was well stocked. Clean. The door had a deadbolt which is amazing when you have small children. Loved that.

Excellent Unit/Excellent Property Owner

I couldn't have been more pleased with the unit itself, the cleanliness of the unit, location, view, the supplies in the unit, communication with the property manager, etc. In 25 years of coming down here, this unit is probably my favorite. Nothing negative to say!

Paradise @ Miramar beach

We had such a wonderful time!! The unit was very clean and well maintained. The owners of or unit (Joe and Susan) were so nice, helpful and friendly. The unit was clean, well decorated, and had everything we needed. The property was well kept. The pool was always clean, and the beach service was great as well. The food at the poolside bar was excellent. They have awesome coconut shrimp, fresh red snapper and peel and eat shrimp...oh, and the best key lime pie. We will definitely be staying at this property again! Thank you Joe and Susan Stone!!

Quick beach and pool access

Tides 202 may be a lower floor but the view is still gorgeous overlooking the pool and beach. The pool/beach access is on the 1st floor (not ground) so it's really fast to take the stairs and not have to use the elevators on the other side of the complex. We had a few maintenance issues but they came immediately and fixed the problems quickly. Some of the furniture and bedding was older but overall it was a decent place to stay and the Owner was amazing with communication before/during/after our visit.

Not Clean

The check in process was easy and the location is great but the property needed A LOT of maintenance. The kitchen was fully stocked but nothing was clean. I was hesitant to use anything in the kitchen. It appears that the property is very poorly maintained and visibly dirty in most areas. It was very disappointing because the location was great but we actually left a day early because the property was so dirty.

Wonderful condo- perfect for families

This condo is adorable and everything you want in a vacation home! The second floor— allows you to see the beach and pool clearly. Kids can swim while you cook dinner and monitor from balcony! Love this condo— you will too!

10/10 great place!

Awesome place. I’ve stayed in a few different places over the years and now I won’t stay anywhere else for the years to come. Beautiful updated place. Couldn’t ask for a better location right off the stairs you can be in the pool or the sand in seconds! Super comfy beds and everything you could ever need in the kitchen.
