Enjoy breathtaking views of this penthouse condo on the Gulf! The condo is beautifully decorated with coastal influences and has two bedrooms and two full baths. The master bedroom houses a king size bed, en suite bathroom with double vanity, a soaking tub and stand alone shower. The guest room houses a full bed, twin bed, and a full bath. This condo features 10 ft. ceilings with floor to ceiling windows and sliding glass doors in the living room, dining room and kitchen. The living room has plenty of seating with a queen sleeper sofa, loveseat, club chair and recliner. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances, beautiful quartz counter tops, and a glass backsplash that is as beautiful as the Gulf! The kitchen is equip with all necessities to prepare a wonderful meal. The dining room has a spacious table with seating for six. The breakfast bar has four bar height stools for extra seating. All rooms have flat screen TV's. There is a stackable washer and dryer in the condo for your convenience.

Open the sliding glass doors to an expansive balcony where you can enjoy your morning coffee soaking up the spectacular views of the Gulf. In the evening sit and listen to the relaxing waves as they wash upon the sugar white sands. Unit 1510 is well appointed with everything you will need to enjoy a vacation of a lifetime!

The Tides condominium has a large pool, kiddie pool, tennis court, pickelball courts, shuffleboard court and basketball court to access while you here! The resort has many amenities which include a beach side pool, beach side restaurant/bar, hot tub, beach chair rental service and resort security. The resort has 600 feet of private beach access. Beach chair rental service is available March - October.

OPTIONAL: The Tops'l Tennis Club and Fitness Center amenities are available to our guests for an additional $45 per day (3 day minimum). This fee gives all guests in the condo the rights to enjoy the use of the 12 tennis courts, racquetball court, state of the art fitness center, exercise and yoga classes, indoor pool, sauna and steam room, and mini golf. Please let us know in advance of your stay if you want to use the club and we will make arrangements for you with the Club staff.

Please know that If you are only interested in enjoying the beach and swimming pools, you do NOT need to purchase the club membership. Your reservation already includes access to the 500 feet of private beach, the Tide's pool, and the gulf front pool.

Tops'l Beach and Racquet Resort is conveniently located in Miramar Beach 10 miles east of Destin. There are plenty of shops and restaurants nearby.

This resort does not allow renters under 25. College groups are not allowed. This is a gated neighborhood and security staff check's ID's. A guest list is required and adults cannot check in anyone under 25 into the home and leave the premises.

In lieu of requiring a damage deposit, we charge $85.00 for a damage insurance policy. This policy covers the guest against property damage up to $1500. This fee is noted in your quote as an administrative fee. Please let us know of any damage to the condo so we can make a claim.
