SPI Rental team is the greatest

We loved this house and the service from SPI Rentals was excellent. The one problem I had was that the doors were really hard to open, specifically the front door. Other than that it was a perfect stay. Relaxing and awesome. The SPI Rental team is the greatest, that is why I always choose to rent through them.

The house was lovely. I do recommend cleaning or throwing iron in master bedroom. It was staining clothes with orange stains. I would also recommend putting trash bags in the kitchen. Overall we had a pleasant stay and would recommend.

Perfect for Large Family

We enjoyed our time at the house on Georgia Ruth We didn’t quite realize the downstairs room was detached from the rest of the house, and off of the garage - but it did not stop us from enjoying the property. The space was perfect for our party of 10 (all adults). Access to the beach was super easy and quick.

The house is conveniently located near the beach and offers plenty of space for a large group. The highlight was the large, well-maintained pool, which was easily our favorite feature.Unfortunately, working through the management company rather than directly with the owner required significant extra time and effort. Booking, check-in, checkout, and getting questions answered were all more difficult than expected. Although our four in-person interactions were pleasant, communication by text was consistently frustrating. We contacted management 24 hours before arrival to confirm the grill had propane and were assured the tank was full. When we were ready to cook, it was empty, and we had to wait about an hour for a replacement. Also, the checkout instructions said to place trash in the bin at the front of the house, but the bin was missing. It took multiple texts before management believed us.The home also appeared older than the photos suggested. There were very few plastic dishes for use by the pool, the kitchen knives were dull, and having only two showers was limiting for a large group.Overall, the house was comfortable, spacious, and well located, and we enjoyed the pool. However, considering the management issues, condition of the property, and lack of some basic conveniences, we did not feel it offered good value for the price.

Thank you for taking the time to share your detailed feedback. We're glad to hear your group enjoyed the home's spacious layout, convenient location near the beach, and especially the large pool. We're sorry to hear that parts of your experience did not meet your expectations. We apologize for the inconvenience of the empty propane tank and appreciate your patience while our team delivered a replacement. We also regret the confusion regarding the missing trash bin and understand how that could be frustrating. Your comments about the kitchen items, shower configuration, and the home's appearance are appreciated as well. Regarding communication, we're sorry to hear our text support fell short of the level of service we strive to provide. We always aim to respond promptly and make the process as smooth as possible, so we appreciate you sharing your experience. Thank you again for your feedback and for choosing SPI Rentals. We appreciate your comments and hope to have the opportunity to provide you with a better experience in the future.
