Det er den ultimative familie tilbagetog med en strålende udsigt over bugten på South Padre Island. For en udsigt over havet, slap af i fronten, eller gå en tur bagud og nyd den overdækkede udendørs opholdsstue, der imødekommer alle komfortabelt og fører til den tropiske anlagte baghaven private pool & opvarmet jacuzzi spa med overdækket udendørs grill - spiseplads. Gourmetkøkkenet er centreret omkring et unikt, kaste-på-sted, beton-toppet rundt bord til 12 køkkener, Vulcan gasområde og ekstra store kommercielle rustfrie apparater. Udendørs opholdsrum bugner på det brasilianske promenadedæk og det 2. niveau observationsdæk med våd bar. Gennemfør oplevelsen på havterrassen på tagterrassen med våd bar (fantastisk til at se Bay-fyrværkeri hver fredag aften om sommeren). 45 minutters kørsel til 2 Mexico grænse shopping og sightseeing områder.

Nyd årets bedste vejr her på South Padre Island i månederne september, oktober, november og december. Vandet er meget klarere og vandblåt med sandet og luften sprød og ren. Øen er mindre overfyldt med mange begivenheder at deltage i, og temperaturen spænder i 70-80'erne.

We had a wonderful time! Great location, beautiful house with lots of amenities, & fabulous hosts. The pool & hot tub were awesome and the big wraparound upper decks were perfect for our big group. Would definitely recommend.

Dos Suenos exceeded our expectations! We had a lovely stay and the house was perfect for our family. We had 3 grandbabies under 3 and being so close to the beach access was awesome and we could come right back, rinse off and jump in the pool. We have previously stayed in condos along the beach but with our growing family this worked out so much better for us. We will book again!!

We spent 5 nights and 4 days in this beautiful beach home! Even though it rained the first two days, we loved our stay! This home was spotless on arrival and the beach decor is perfect. Home was spacious and offers everything and more to make your stay enjoyable from filtered water to separate icemaker! Kitchen was one of our favorite spots - loved the large, round, concrete table top as well as counter tops, allowing all 5 adults and 5 children ample space! The location of the home to the beach couldn't be beat. It is so close that going back and forth is a breeze! The home supplies everything you would need for the beach, including multiple, nice beach chairs and a wagon, along with boogie boards and toys! Also had a great view of the fireworks in the rocking chairs on the deck! This house has spoiled us for future beach rentals, since it will be hard to beat! Bill and Linda were easy to reach and very accommodating. All in all, it was a perfect home for a perfect vacation at the beach! You can't go wrong staying at this home!

South Padre Vacation

This property was perfect for us. We took a family of 12 and this residence was perfect. Ages from 2-67!Location was absolutely perfect right across from beach. No transportation needed. Property had everything we needed to include a private swimming pool. Of special mention the huge kitchen table that offered a great talking space that bought the family together. Would definitely rent again.

Beautiful home and great location!

This was a beautiful home and so very close to the beach. My family and i loved staying here. Clean and comfortable and the hosts were amazing ro work with! We will 100% want to stay here in the future.

Family Spring Break

Unique property with a great location. Great for a larger family or group. The house had everything we needed and more. All the stuff for a great day at the beach was in the shed. We used the bikes a lot to get around and venture around the island. Location to beach was perfect and when done with the beach the pool area offered a nice alternative. The owners were great and very responsive if we needed anything. We had a wonderful time here with our family.

Simply amazing!

My family booked a last-minute getaway to South Padre Island over New Years and this house, and hosts were simply amazing! The house is beautifully decorated and setup with everything a group needs to be happy. The location is directly across the street from beach access, so getting to and from the beach is super easy. We've already asked to stay again next year!

Unbeatable location

Location was amazing. Literally across the street from the beach access. Owners have everything you would need for beaching it. Chairs, ice chest, toys. Pool was nice. House was amazing and accommodated all of our families needs. Will definitely be back!

Wonderful Summer Stay

We had a wonderful stay at Bill and Linda’s home. We had a large group, 2 families, with loads of kiddos in various age ranges and this house suited us all perfectly. This is by far the cleanest property we’ve stayed at on SPI and we have been coming annually for the past 6 years. It’s stocked with everything you need for a short term beach stay. It’s in an amazing location with an easy walk across the street to the beach. We actually found this walk easier than the walk from the condos we normally stay at. The pool was a saving grace for the kiddos when the jellies decided to come beachfront. The area is quiet and calm, very relaxing at all times of the day and night. There is a good view of the beach from the balconies that face it and the breeze is wonderful! We be returning!

Memorable and Epic

This home and location was absolutely incredible. The Cherry on top was watching the Space X launch right from the top deck! We can’t thank Linda and Bill enough for all their hospitality, and blessed home! We will absolutely be back! So thankful for the prime location and the filtered water was a wonderful surprise!

Good for large gatherings

We had a nice time with friends and family. The bunk bed room works great for kids. The location is right across from the beach, and I especially appreciated the reverse osmosis water filter, making the tap water taste great.

The place was absolutely great and made for family. Everything was so clean and you were provided with everything you needed. The only problem we had was that we didn’t stay long enough! We definitely will be back again!

Beach Getaway

Awesome vacation rental experience! We were a family of eight. 6 Adults, 9yo & 15yo. Upon first getting to the house the location was perfect being just steps from the sand then a few more to the beach! This allowed for a beautiful view of the sunrise & a beautiful view of the ocean from the second floor deck. The house is beautifully decorated with the beach vibes everywhere. It was exceptionally clean & stayed cooled the whole stay. The main living area/kitchen area are very open & welcoming to having family socializing as you prep/cook meals. If you choose to cook your own meals the amazing oven is a treat along with a ginormous fridge for all you grub! The host have ensured the kitchen is truly well stocked with everything you need to make a delicious meal. And as others have mentioned the ice machine is a lifesaver. We also used the outdoor grill which worked great. The beds were perfect for all 6 adults, comfortable & plenty of pillows. And the bunks were spot on for the kids. The pool was just the right size & I loved the decor they chose for the pool. The bathrooms were perfect! TVs in every bedroom/living area were a plus. Internet service worked with no problems. Plenty of outdoor eating, sitting & just lounging spaces. Plenty of towels, pool/beach toys, boogie boards & a durable wagon to take those extras to the beach. Bill & Linda we’re superb host. They provided all the info I needed prior to the trip & were prompt to answer any questions I had via text, phone or email. They were very accessible. My whole family truly enjoyed this very cozy & welcoming home. The kids especially loved the pool for late night quiet swims. Thank you to Bill & Linda for allowing us to enjoy it. Felicia

Specious house, good location, but lack of privacy

The house was big and spacious and in a perfect location right across from the beach access. It is equipped with ample items for the beach and for your stay. Although the listings pictures do seem to be outdated as there is a new house right across the street that blocks 2/3 of the beach view. We would have given it a higher rating review if it had not been for the privacy issues the last night of our stay, the jacuzzi jets not working and the swimming pool being somewhat murky. The Host has a neighbor friend reporting every person/car coming and going of guests and they have cameras surrounding the entire property that were not disclosed in the listing as per VRBO policy. We were given prior approval to have additional family members over for dinner and to hangout by the pool (never stayed the night) but was cut short at 9pm due to the hosts bombarding us with calls to say they were watching us and we would have to make everyone leave or they were calling the cops. Little to our surprise when we were escorting our family out there were cops sitting outside. Nothing was said as there was no loud noise or party going on, it was a family gathering for dinner by the pool.

The Getaway

The week was enhanced with beautiful weather. The property owners were very attentive to our needs and willingness to respond to any concerns. The property was unique. For us older family members we enjoyed the deck and Oceanview. The younger crowd enjoyed the pool and outside deck with a large sitting area. The location was just perfect for either walking or driving to sitesee. Would recommend highly.

Wonderful Stay!

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The house is equipped really well and is in a very convenient location. Our kids really enjoyed the pool as well as all of the provided beach toys.

Plenty of room and beautiful ocean views. The owner is very responsive to any questions we had during our stay. We stayed over a busy holiday week and really enjoyed the privacy of the shaded pool and back yard during busy beach times. Our kids ages 9 and 12 loved swimming in the pool and enjoyed all the beach toys and boogie boards. The adults loved the easy beach access and lovely balconies with views. The house had great space for everyone to spread out and have privacy. We loved cooking in the kitchen for most of our meals and the ice maker and extra beverage fridge were added bonuses. Bill and Linda were very attentive throughout the booking process and helpful with a few questions we had during our stay. We will definitely return here on our next visit to SPI!
