Vores 4 soveværelser / 4 bad ski-in / ski-out condo (Edelweiss 17) har et helt nyt interiør; massive kerne døre, alt nyt træværk, smukt refinished hickory gulve, ny maling, tæppe, belysningsarmaturer, loft fans, VVS inventar og rustfrit apparater. Alle badeværelser har brugerdefinerede fliser, state of the art glasbruser døre og gulvvarme! Møblerne er helt nye fra vinter 2017!

Nye senge, sengetøj, sengetøj og køkkenudstyr! Hyggeligt op til stuen pejs med brugerdefineret stablet sten og rummelig ild. Store ski skabe med brugerdefinerede træ døre og hånd smedet hardware holde alle udvej legetøj gemt væk. Det store soveværelse (King) er på hovedplan med to soveværelser suiter (King og Queen) ovenpå og et rummeligt trille seng værelse (4 tvillinger) med vedhæftet bad for alle de yngre rejsende på lavere niveau. Børneværelset har også et tv og en XBox.

Det lavere niveau har også et stort vaskerum med fuld størrelse vaskemaskine / tørretumbler, og vi har også en pakke / play krybbe også.

Nyd Needles udsigt, Purgatory's underskrift bjergkæde på 14.000 fod toppe, fra stuen, spisestue eller privat dæk. Resort parkering er en præmie og dette Condo har en 2 bil carport og ekstra parkering til 2 flere biler tandem.

So let me start up by saying I go to the same archery shoot and stay in condos on this mountain every year and I ski there also. When it comes to this property, the location was good and it had a nice appearance on the outside.However, when we walked in, someone had left the fireplace flute open and ashes were everywhere on the main floor. She did not have AC which is common in this area. However, this particular unit did not have screens on some of the windows so if you open the windows on both sides to get good breeze coming through, you got a ton of mosquitoes and flies, which was not ideal. The bathroom for the downstairs bedroom was not functioning properly and was turned off and we were not notified about it. This property was very lacking on cooking utensils and supplies. Like I say I stay at a lot of these places on this mountain that run in the same price range and the other ones are a lot better bargain for the money.. I will not be staying at this property again

Nice house

We enjoyed this property. Kitchen could use more dishes and silverware and more linens in bathrooms. Otherwise great stay!

Great Stay!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The location was good and a quick step across to the slopes for immediate ski access. The only thing we would have really expected was the walk across to the slopes to be cleared for those who have to walk to them. They snow was plied up and not cleared for our area and had to walk down to the end of the complex to access the slopes.

Nice stay

The place is in a great location on the mountain. It didn’t seem like some spaces were cleaned but the management had someone come out quickly to clean. We really appreciated that. It definitely has some wear and tear but it was nice every room had a bathroom.

This property has excellent sleeping 😴 quarters that sleeps 10 but the living room and kitchen was way too small for the amount of people that had to stay here. Very disappointed with living area….table way too small to accommodate the guest

No pool

We had a great time on our trip. The condo wasn’t as clean as we thought it should be - dog hair on bedding and furniture, film on all the dishes, blinds missing, and light bulbs out.

We have brought it to the attention of our housekeeping staff. This is not consistent with our normal standards and especially in light of COVID where we have our housekeeping teams taking extra precautions. There is hard water in the entire area so we supply a bottom of Lemishine to help combat the hard water stains (they are clean!). Please call us and we are happy to replace bulbs if needed, we just didn't know they were out. Thank you so much for staying with us! Perfect Purgatory Condo

We stayed for 10 days in the summer and had plenty of room to eat and gather as a family and plenty of room to enjoy time alone. The condo is clean and nicely decorated. The kitchen is well equipped. We were just a short walk from the Purgatory shops and summer activities. Premier Vacation Rentals took great care of us.

Purgatory Resort

We had a great time here and enjoyed the proximity to the chair lift. We arrived pretty late our first night and the check in instructions didn't include our unit number which prolonged us getting situated, otherwise fine. I'm sure we will be back, we loved the area! Pro tip: Purgatory is 40 minutes from a grocery store be sure to load up in Durango before heading out. You likely won't want to make that trip too many times. There is a small market right here near the resort for anything you may have forgotten.

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Condo was as described, but in need of maintenance. Bunk beds were broken, sky lite was leaking, toilet for lower bedroom was running water.

Great location, condo was ok

The wifi was not working and all the network names and passwords provided did not exist and didn't work. I finally called the support number that was provided and they provided a 4th password to try. After I rewired the modem and router I finally got it to work. One of the toilets wasn't flushed when we arrived and the condo is not very clean. The kitchen is lacking a few items that would have been nice to have, like foil, grilling tools, a strainer and spices. Overall it was ok and the location is amazing.

Amazing Views!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This townhouse was very spacious, clean and comfortable. It had everything we needed and the unit location was great. Loved that we had our own driveway and parking spots. The management company was great and responded quickly to our needs. Purgatory mountain has family friendly activities and unit is within a 2 min walk. Not very many grocery stores nor restaurants close by, so will need to drive into Durango for those. Old Schoolhouse Cafe has great pizza! Would definitely stay here again. I do recommend to other visitors as well.

A good ski-in ski-out location.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Condo was the size for our group. We enjoyed the views and the proximity to the lift. We had a couple of issues but VRC was very responsive and helped out quickly. The downstairs trundle bed was pretty broken down and needs repair. One pillow had a big stain on it and should be thrown away for professionalism sake. Mattresses were just ok and probably need replacing soon. Upstairs bedframe needs attention. Overall we had a good stay.
