Villaen ligger på et afsondret grund med sin egen pool og have i den private badeby, Binisafua (undertiden stavet Binisafuller), Menorca. Great Villa Great Location

3 Villas made everything so easy and stress free. The villa wash lovely and in a great location. We enjoyed a very relaxing stay in this comfortable villa despite the weather 😄. We will book with 3 villas again!!

pretty house under an aerial corridor

although located a few dozen meters from the sea in an idyllic corner with a great restaurant, next to the house and a great swimming pool, the price of the house is much too high for a house, located under an air corridor. The planes pass every ten minutes some days we couldn't hear each other talk. We talk about that at the real estate, she says noone never talk about that !! I leave this comment in order to future people know this very ennoying. Except that the peuple were nice and the house very correct.

Nos alegra saber que encontraste agradable al equipo y que las instalaciones te resultaron correctas. Sin embargo, entendemos que el ruido pudo haber afectado tu disfrute durante la estancia. Not good value for money

Well-located and nice pool. However, the house is not 'good value for money' compared to other houses I've stayed at in the same area. The interior of the house is old, rusty, and dusty. To give some examples, the beds are old, creak, and make noise; the dishwasher is in the hallway (which is absurd); the kitchen equipment is very limited if you want to cook (missing dishes, basic cooking utensils, etc.); there is no water pressure in the main bathroom, there was no hot water in the upstairs bathrooms, and it's impossible to turn on the air conditioning and dishwasher at the same time because the power goes out. The water has been cut off, the barbecue is disgusting (and only two burners work), there's a constant smell of rotten eggs, etc. In short, it needs an update or a more reasonable price."

Limpieza: Tras recibir su queja el 26 de agosto, realizamos una limpieza adicional para asegurarnos de que la propiedad estuviera en las mejores condiciones posibles. Agua caliente y presión de agua: Hemos revisado el sistema de agua caliente y no hemos encontrado ningún problema. Sin embargo, continuaremos monitoreándolo para asegurarnos de que todo funcione correctamente durante futuras estancias. También hemos revisado la presión del agua en el baño principal para garantizar un funcionamiento adecuado. Corte de agua: El corte de agua que experimentó se debió a una avería que ocurrió el viernes pasado. Afortunadamente, fue reparada el mismo día por la tarde/noche, y el suministro de agua fue restablecido. Otros temas: Agradecemos sus comentarios sobre la distribución de la cocina y el equipamiento. Estamos tomando en cuenta su feedback para realizar mejoras y actualizaciones necesarias. Lamentamos cualquier inconveniente que haya tenido durante su estancia y agradecemos su paciencia. En dehors de l’emplacement proche d’une crique sympa et dans un environnement agréable, la villa était horrible. Tout est à refaire et c’est sale. Des coupures de courant dès que vous allumez 3 appareils ! Fenêtres pas étanche, fourmis dès que vous posez quelque chose dans la cuisine, un débit d’eau limite pour prendre une douche, la peinture qui tombe en lambeaux bref rien à conserver ! L’agence a été réactive à nos demandes (ils ont fait changer un robinet qui était dans un état catastrophique !) mais à ce prix on s’attend à avoir une villa au minimum propre. Je ne vous conseil pas de réserver c’est la pire villa que j’ai pu louer. Les avions ne sont pas un problème.

Dès que vous nous avez signalé les différents problèmes, notre équipe a pris les mesures nécessaires, notamment en faisant intervenir des techniciens et en assurant le suivi des questions liées à l’électricité et à l’eau. Nous vous avons également proposé une solution de relogement pendant votre séjour, que vous avez finalement refusée car elle ne correspondait pas à la localisation que vous souhaitiez. Nous sommes restés disponibles tout au long de votre séjour afin de rechercher des solutions. À la suite de votre séjour, et compte tenu des désagréments rencontrés, nous avons également convenu d’une compensation financière à titre commercial. Vos remarques ont par ailleurs été transmises au propriétaire afin que les différents points signalés soient examinés et que les améliorations nécessaires soient apportées. Nous regrettons que, malgré les mesures prises et l’attention portée à vos demandes, votre expérience reste négative. Maison bien placée mais vétuste

Maison vétuste (surtout salles de bains) qui aurait bien besoin d'être rénovée. Demandez à voir des photos des salles de bain et des laves linges et vaisselles avant de louer pour vous faire une idée. dommage car bien placée. cher pour le prix

Damp, dated and scruffy. Not as it appears

unfortunately thre are a number of aspects about villa Delfin that were disappointing. There was broken glass from a smashed lantern in the garden that had not been cleared up. The garden in places was extremely overgrown and had not been tended to ( the door from the bedroom onto the patio was inaccessible). But the main complaint was the terribly damp state of the villa. There really is a major damp problem in the property. The walls are discoloured and peeling in places. Light fittings and fixtures are rusty. The laminate floor is damp underfoot and lifting in places. Bed linen and furniture feels damp as a result. The house smells damp, as do our clothes having been hanging in it for a week. Although the pool area was very nice and the look of the villa very attractive the inside is very dated, in need of attention and the level of damp really did affect our enjoyment. Adding to the problem is the fact that many of the doors and windows are ill fitting with gaps letting drafts and cool air into the house. I don't mind staying somewhere with a rustic feel and character but I'm afraid to say villa Delfin is dated and in need of attention. I'm also struck by the potential danger of the glazing to the lounge, a big expanse of glass that literally wobbles to the touch and represents a real hazard. The glass must be decades old and to be safe ought to be replaced with toughened, double glazing. Im surprised you are willing to list this property. The price we have paid based on the standard of the accommodation does seem high and much as we enjoyed Menorca and particularly the location of the villa, we really couldn't recommend villa Delfin to anyone I'm sorry to say. Para disfrutar de la familia, casa muy acogedora

la villa es muy bonita. Estuvimos muy a gusto en familia de 3 parejas (cada una con su espacio, 3 cuartos de baño) La piscina es muy agradable.El entorno precioso.

Ein schönes Haus auf einer schönen Insel

Das Haus überzeugt mit einer wunderbaren Lage. Es gibt verschiedene Sitzecken für jede Wind- und Sonnensituation. Zum Meer sind es nur wenige Schritte und auch der Ort ist in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen. Das Grundstück und der Pool sind super. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, Töpfe und Pfannen sind neu. Das absolute Highlight war allerdings der Gasgrill auf der Terasse. Ein Wort zur Betreuung vor Ort: Sobald eine Frage oder ein technisches Problem auftrat, war Toni per Whatsapp behilflich oder sorgte für Hilfe

We hope you have lots of laughter and fun times during your vacation! However, we’d really appreciate it if you’re mindful and keep noise to a minimum during nighttime hours. Parties are absolutely forbidden during the whole stay.

Three bedrooms - two doubles (both en-suite) and one twin-bedded – all with air-conditioning. There is an additional bathroom adjacent to the twin-bedded room.
Lounge, furnished to a high standard, with sofa-bed, TV, DVD player with home cinema “surround-sound” system plus Sky satellite (feel free to bring your own Sky Card). A picture window overlooks the pool and open-plan to dining area and kitchen.
Dining area and fully equipped kitchen, with full range of domestic appliances, including dishwasher and washing machine, and also has a new log-burning fire.
Beside the pool, we have built a new patio, which is part covered. This is dual purpose, with sun-beds available for those who wish to bake themselves, and a waterproof gazebo and outdoor lounge for shade. The large dining table seats eight comfortably for outdoor dining in the balmy evenings

Binisafua is a residential area located in a privileged place, just 800 meters from the famous fishing village of Binibeca and only 600 meters from Binisafua beach. Despite touching the sea, this area moves away from the hustle and bustle of large resorts allowing its guests a relaxing holiday. In spite of them, it has the advantage of the proximity of restaurants or supermarkets.
