We have updated in the Welcome Book with easy instructions on how to access Netflix. Once again thank you for your suggestions & look forward to seeing you on your next visit to Orlando Florida!

Thank you for your review! Truly appreciated! My wife Christine & I strive for customer satisfaction to assure that all of our guests have a positive, favorable, & memorable experience! You and your family were fantastic guests! You left the home in great condition at checkout & that is truly appreciated! Before your review, VRBO allows "owners/property managers" to rate our guests, & we gave you all 5 Stars for the rating on all categories! With over 118 bookings, who have been guests of our home that were booked through VRBO since 2017, we are very proud to have over 90 Five Star Reviews & our goal is to earn & reach 100 Five Star Reviews by year end. Also, we are very proud of the fact that over 30% of past guests have stayed at the home multiple times! The water in the Reunion Resort Community is public water. We have never received a complaint from past guests about any water smell. We loved your idea & took your recommendation on installing a water filtration system for the home which has already been installed on the home within the last week. Please refer to the last photo on this VRBO listing to show the home water filtration installed. Our Current Kitchen Houseware Inventory accommodates 12 Guests. 12+ (of all sizes) Plates, Bowls, Glasses, & Coffee Cups, 2 Sets of Silverware, all utensils, a full set of Pots & Pans, etc... Please refer to the last 3 photos in this VRBO listing of our complete Kitchen Houseware Inventory. (2 Photos taken July 2023). Through our communications during your stay, you never mentioned anything about the Kitchen Inventory. If I had been made aware of any items needed, I would have resolved it immediately. For it has always been our policy, that if there are any kitchen item(s) that we did not have that a Guest requests, we purchase and deliver on the same day of request. We are also taking your recommendation for all future stays of adding new salt/pepper shakers as one of our pre-arrival starter supplies.
