Everything was perfect. We have been going to Orlando for more than 30 years and this is the best home we have rented. The photos were all accurate. The house is clearly well maintained - which isn't often the case. And everything was in good working order. We had everything we needed and even some things we didn't know we needed until we had them.We have already recommended this home to others and we really hope it's available for our next trip.

We had a great time. Tom is a great host and very responsive. Very clean house with all the amenities you would need. The game/theater room was really cool to have and the pool was awesome. Lots to do nearby within short distance. If you are into classic cars make sure you take the hour drive to Lake Mary to gateway classics, it's a huge warehouse full of classic cars for sale. We had a rainy day so took advantage of the escape room nearby Margaritaville and had lizzie's BBQ for lunch that made for a great day. Thanks, Tom, for making our vacation awesome we will definitely be back.

Ideal place for a great Orlando vacation

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a lovely 2 weeks at our MDM Villa. There was 6 adults and there was plenty of room for all of us. The property is reasonably well maintained, and nice and spacious. Beds are comfortable, but single beds that adults can't push together is maybe something for people to think about if a larger bed is preferred. We had a few maintenance issues here and there however the team was quick to respond and had the issues sorted out before we were home the same day. Tom, the owner is brilliant. Happy to be in touch both before and during the stay with any questions we had. If I was being picky, I would say a few things: The main and usable areas of the property are fine, however, under the beds and furniture could do with a good clean and dusting between a few rentals (discovered when a few things dropped underneath). Loud lawn mowing and leaf blowers right outside the bedroom window at 7:00am is not ideal- especially if having a rest day. All in all, this a is a great place, with good facilities and part of a nice community. We would book again without question.

This was a perfect stay for our first time as a family in the US. Tom was a fantastic host and responded very quickly. The house was just what we were hoping for - we loved the pool and hot tub which we used every day, and the theatre was a big hit with the kids. The ice machine was very popular and now we have requests to get one at home...towels were plentiful, as were kitchen supplies. We were very sad to leave!

Great location near all the parks. Nice home and community for my family to stay in. For 5 adult aged folks and one preteen, the rooms / bathrooms were on the smaller side but other wise the house was is good shape and clean.

Best Location !

We have stayed in Windsor Hills several times, and it is the most convenient location to the Disney Parks unless you stay at a hotel on the monorail. The unit was very clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. The game room was extremely impressive. I would definitely stay here again!

Fantastic Disney Rental!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We spent almost a week at the house for a Disney trip. We had two families, four adults and five kids. The house was exactly what we needed! Everything about the property was spot on, including comfortable beds and very easy access to the Parks. We also really enjoyed having a swimming pool right out the back door. The house sits about 10 minutes from the front door to all the Disney parks. Access was extremely easy. Tom, the owner, was fantastic to work with. He is very friendly and great to work with throughout the process. I would highly recommend this property for anyone looking for a place to stay for a Disney visit.
