Dear Guests, It was a real pleasure meeting you and sharing with you some insights into local customs, traditions, and cuisine. We live in a hilly area surrounded by vineyards and centuries-old olive groves, where tranquility reigns, yet strategically close to many beautiful places. My husband and I are so happy you enjoyed your stay in our little corner of paradise! Thank you for your wonderful comment, I hope to see you again: goodbye! Pierangela and Giuseppe👋👋

Dear family, my husband and I are truly grateful for the lovely comment you left: it fills our hearts with joy! Everything we do is sincere and spontaneous. We try to welcome our guests to the best of our ability to make them feel at home. Otherwise, it wouldn't make sense! It's always wonderful to exchange cultural experiences, stories, and anecdotes, and it's also wonderful to learn about different customs and ways of life. My husband and I are happy you enjoyed your stay so much: as always, we tried to accompany you and offer suggestions, since we live in the area and know the best places to eat! We personally select the restaurants and pizzerias... for us, it's a sacrifice... 🤣 but we're happy to do it so we can best recommend those who have placed so much trust in us! You asked us to help you order the cake for your daughter, and we had a blast. You were all smiling, especially the birthday girl. This was also a wonderful opportunity to spend time together and share a beautiful day, a bit like being with family! We wish everyone all the best! Best regards,

Dearest Danish family, Thank you for your wonderful comment. My husband and I love our beautiful Italy and try to advise, suggest, and share with our guests the places, atmospheres, traditions, and local cuisine, trying not to be intrusive. From the very beginning, we sensed your complete trust in us, a feeling that was confirmed and amplified upon your arrival. Your affability, kindness, and desire to learn, share information, and even offer valuable suggestions. Not to mention your spontaneous, friendly openness to jokes and quips: so many laughs! It was a real pleasure meeting you and spending some time together: truly, thank you! Warmest regards and best wishes to the whole beautiful family. Pierangela and Giuseppe

Dear Guests, in all hotels or accommodation facilities there is a time to access the pool for safety reasons as well as to have time to clean the pool, all the furniture and the surrounding area; in our case the opening hours of the swimming pool are from 9.00 in the morning until 7.30 in the evening. I find it very curious that you have hardly ever gone to the pool during the opening hours and complain of not having been able to enjoy the pool because it closed at 7.30 pm that is now at dusk. You arrived late in the evening and immediately mother and daughter had a fight screaming after 21.00 in the courtyard shared by the other condominiums but that was an acceptable time ... apart from the bad taste scene. The problem is that you continued to disturb the whole neighborhood by talking loudly and cackling until after one in the morning behind the house while the daughter was talking animatedly on the cell phone with the loudspeaker at full volume in the courtyard in front of the house. Even the next night you continued to talk loudly and chatter until past one and a half, disturbing the whole neighborhood again. For this reason, after two nights in a row in which you have disturbed the neighbors as well as we have asked you to try to please speak in a low voice at night and I think that this was not information to be given but a normal rule of good manners. , respect and civility to be observed at night when everyone is asleep. I read that I have been rude to some of you: it does not appear to me, on the contrary you have always addressed yourself in a very arrogant way both in writing messages and in speaking and you do not have the slightest respect for the rules and good manners: I could write a lot about it! I will limit myself to saying that you left at 4.30 in the morning without informing me, I asked you several times for your departure time which you finally answered at 22.53 the previous evening. I got up on purpose to greet you: you ALL came out passing me without saying anything, I waited for you to finish loading your luggage and ... I saw the cars leave. Luckily, in addition to all the dirt you left behind, I also found the house keys. Pierangela

Dear Guests, my husband and I are very happy that you enjoyed your holidays. In this small village of sixteenth century houses among centuries-old olive trees and vineyards we too always feel like we are on holiday! You are a beautiful family and we immediately clicked! You let yourself be guided by willingly accepting directions and suggestions that we always give to our guests to help them learn more about the area with customs, traditions and culinary specialties. Thank you for your beautiful comment and see you again! Tills vi ses igen! Pierangela and family

Dear Flemming, I'm speechless! I can only thank you from the bottom of my heart for your comment! Every time we welcome new guests, a new experience begins, and with each experience we try to learn and discover something new. We are Italians, we love our beautiful Italy, and we want to share it with our guests, making them feel at home. Warmest regards from my family and myself. Pierangela and family :):):)

Dear Guests, thank you for your detailed review of special and useful suggestions. My family and I love our beautiful country and we try to welcome our guests by giving them all the useful information to be able to better spend their holiday without unnecessary inconvenience but trying not to be intrusive. Upon your arrival we were greeted by your open and sincere smile and giving you our support was simple and natural. Two weeks have gone by but good memories of the shared time remain. Best wishes and goodbye! Pierangela and family

Dear Family, that is indeed correct—the house dates back to the 16th century. It is nestled among rolling hills, surrounded by centuries-old olive trees and vineyards, and offers a wonderful panoramic view—especially at sunset, which often leaves one speechless. My husband and I are delighted to have shared our little corner of paradise with you, and we are so glad you enjoyed it. Warm regards,

Dear Guests, The listing for this house is complete with photos and a floor plan. The description is supported by numerous photos, including the swimming pool, which is built of brick, 9 meters in diameter and 1.2 meters deep. This year, given the exceptional heat, we purchased a pole fan. You asked me for an extra sofa (which, as I said, I don't have) so you could all watch television together (you brought your own). If you had asked for another fan, I would have gladly bought it. You booked 10 months ago, and you asked me for photos and information several times: always in Italian, to which I always responded. You also spoke to me in Italian during your stay. With this heat and drought, the water pressure has also decreased. You booked a stay for five people. Later, you decided to move up your stay: the calendar was free, so I accommodated you. In reality, you were a group of six. You complained that you weren't allowed to host another daughter of yours, along with a grandson, along with a man. No one said anything to me, so I didn't allow or prevent nobody, since I knew nothing! I am required to register everyone I host at the police station: as I regularly do, I registered all six people. To be on the safe side, I also took out insurance for a number of people equal to the number of beds provided...no more! During your stay, you harassed all my neighbors. On the one hand, the three people, unknown to me, repeatedly parked in the neighbors' private parking lot. On the other, you put your garbage in other people's bins on the neighbors' property. Upon your arrival, I explained to you to separate your waste and place it outside your front door so that I could dispose of your waste myself. In any case, this information was also included in the house information memo. When you left, I found and photographed the broken closet shelf. Good luck!

Dear Family, Thank you for your kind words. My family and I are happy to have met you and for a few days to have shared our little paradise with you. We wish the whole family a fruitful return to their respective activities and a good continuation. Best regards Pierangela and family

Good morning Dear Guests, Thank you for your nice comment. Unfortunately you had only a few days available. If you want to come back it will be a pleasure to meet you again and you can make other interesting excursions: Lake Garda, Monti Lessini, (also called Piccole Dolomiti), Mantua, Ferrara and many other beautiful destinations in less than an hour's drive from the house. A warm greeting Pierangela and Family

Pierangela und Familie Dear Guests, Thank you so much for your beautiful comment! I am glad that you enjoyed your stay, albeit a short one. Your time available was limited and there are still many places to visit, Venetian specialties to savor while sipping the excellent local wines... so see you soon! Pierangela and family

Ein herzlicher Gruß aus Italien Pierangela und Familie Dear Guests, Thank you for your comment so clear and detailed. Glad you enjoyed the house, the pool, the location and my directions. It was a pleasure to meet you and have you with us. A cordial greeting from Italy Pierangela and family

Dear Guests, the house dates back to the sixteenth century, is located in the historic center and is subject to cultural and environmental constraints such that we cannot make major changes to it. The perimeter walls of the house are even over 45 cm thick but, with the very high temperatures that are sometimes reached during the summer, the air conditioning is a real help. This also applies to the swimming pool which is round with a diameter of 9 meters positioned among flowers, ancient olive trees and in a very quiet area Thank you for your helpful, very detailed comment and appreciation; you are people used to travel and very well organized therefore your opinion is very important. Best wishes for a good continuation to the whole family. Pierangela and family

Pierangela et sa famille Dear Guests, my family and I try to welcome our guests as if they were at home. We give everyone advice on possible trips, the best routes or restaurants/pizzerias... trying not to be intrusive because we love our beautiful Italy. We are lucky because with our Guests we learn and get to know many small pieces of information, customs and traditions from their country of origin. Thanks for your nice comment...so see you soon! Pierangela and family

I'm so thankful for your awesome comment! In fact, last year's incident delayed our meeting. The wait was long but it was worth it because my family and I met a beautiful family, kind and always smiling, blessed by a little nephew who is a treasure, always smiling too, a real treasure. Even if your holiday was short it was a great opportunity to get to know us and if you decide to come back it will be a great pleasure to see you all again. Lots of cuddles to the Prince of the house and a warm greeting to all of you Pierangela and family

Dear Guests, sometimes, in trying not to be intrusive, I omit to tell the guests some details about the house: some information that enhances the house where you have stayed even more. The house is from the sixteenth century, with 50 cm thick walls to better insulate it from heat and cold as well as the windows are smaller than usual just to disperse less heat in winter and keep it cooler in summer. I also want to add that this house is of ancient origins because it is part of a complex of 3 houses that are the first to arise in this ancient village, therefore they are in the historic center and subject to environmental assets that do not authorize any changes to them. I still have a lot more to tell you but I don't want to bore you. However, I would like to thank you for your very detailed and gratifying comment. My family and I try to welcome all our guests to the best of our ability, trying to give information, advice and help with simplicity, spontaneity and discretion to make you feel at home but free to have your own experiences. We are very happy if we have succeeded in making you spend your holidays well. A warm greeting from us ... maybe even a goodbye if you want to come back and visit us. Pierangela and family
