We had a wonderful time at Casa Rosa al Pule. The host was very responsive with recommendations, and questions. The property was clean, convenient to vineyards, restaurants and attractions. We loved our visit to Valpolicella!

Wonderful week. A good base to explore lake Garda and Verona. Rooms are clean and spacious. Host replied to all our questions within minutes. The only downside is the villa sleeps 11 and there was only 2 sun lounges

I am very sorry about the sunbeds; some had been broken by previous guests. We had ordered new ones, but they didn't arrive in time. It is a shame you didn't appreciate our effort to accommodate you by immediately bringing you four deckchairs. On your next holiday at the hotel, you will find sunbeds for everyone.

We have just spent 5 glorious weeks at Casarose. The house was just perfect for us and our extended family who came to visit. Our dogs loved the gardens and going for walks round the beautiful vineyards that surrounded the property. We visited various places round the lake, and some of the lovely quaint villages up in the nearby mountains behind the house. We also visited a lovely swimming pool complex called Lido lei, which has 3 pools, children’s park and snack bar. You do need to wear swim caps if you go in the water, but there is plenty of shade and great for kids. Another recommendation which we got from Nico the pool maintenance man was a local winery and restaurant, it’s a very small one but the wine is absolutely amazing and Davide who owns it is a fountain of knowledge, it’s called El Pendola and is in Fumane, 10 minutes from the house.

Amazing location!

Anna was an amazing host. Great tips for food and activities. Wonderful location to go to Verona as well as Garda lake. We’ll be back!

Amazing Villa

This Villa was amazing! Location was just perfect, villa was spotless ja had all we need. Kitchen was well equpment and grill on outside was really nice. We enjoyed every second and would not be more happier❤️

Valpolicella farmhouse

We enjoyed our stay! The house was very clean but a bit rustica and the wi fi was intermittent. Location near the train tracks so there's some train noise at night. Our host was very accommodating and our overall stay was pleasant.

Lovely week in the middle of wineyards

Accommodation was very nice, spacious villa with good amount of bathrooms - suits well for families & group of friends. The location is calm & peaceful with lots of wineyards nearby. Hosts were very welcoming and helpful and helped us a lot in finding restaurants nearby, booking activities, how to move around, etc. Thanks a lot for the lovely week, we'd be happy to come here again later!

In the Heart of valpollicella area

Nice roomy property with small swimming pool. Short distance to wine tasting and cosy local restaurants. Property manager helpful in arranging taxi transport Chef making a very nice dinner in the house was a fantastic experience

Wonderful Holiday in a Beautiful Place

We had a great time in Italy. The house was lovely & being located in the middle of the Valpolicella wine region, its perfect for exploring Lake Garda, Verona, Venice & the Dolomites. The hosts were excellent in taking care of us & their communication was really good. We would definitely come again & can recommend staying here without hesitation. THANK YOU :-)

Perfect place

We ware one week in the house with oure 3 kids and partners. The house was perfect fore the hole familie. In the big room we place oure racebikes. From the house was it easy to go to Verona, the Laké and the valley. We had a perfect week there👌

Our stay was very enjoyable and comfortable. Anna was super.

There were six adults and we were very comfortable. The kitchen provided all we needed to cook occasional meals. The setting and grounds are just like in the photos. Anna is a great host. She provided tons of useful information. The villa is very well located. Fifteen minutes from Verona, the train station, and the airport.

Lovely characterful house in the heart of Valpolicella

We had a very comfortable stay in this lovely spacious and characterful house. It’s in a great location, close to the local village San Pietro in Cariano where we found some great restaurants, and equidistant (about 25 minutes) from Verona and Lake Garda. So plenty to see and do. Giada was most helpful and very communicative with plenty of local recommendations, all in all I would highly recommend this property. It was perfect for 4 friends each wanting their own bedroom, but being able to enjoy the communal spaces together, both inside, and out on the sunny terrace for breakfast. Thanks again Giada for everything

What a stunning house full of character surrounded by beautiful vineyards

We arrived quite late and Anna still took the time to great us and show us around the house, she also provided us with a little welcome basket which was really kind. Anna was always on the end of the phone if we needed help or advice. The house was spacious and never felt overcrowded even for the 7 of us. Thank you Anna for opening up your beautiful home to us all and given us the opportunity to view the delights and wonders of Lake Garda Becky and family

A Month at Casa Rosa

Casa Rosa provided a very comfortable and convenient place for our family to spend time together. It was very clean, spacious and peacefully decorated with pale colors and natural wood, always comforting and grounding to come home to after a day of adventuring. The kitchen was very accommodating, simple yet provided everything we needed. Bedrooms had comfortable beds, fans and nice professionally laundered linens and towels. Nice clean bathrooms and bath tub. Plenty of room for a family with children to gather and enjoy. Small swimming pool an added benefit. Casa Rosa was well maintained during our month long stay and our host Anna could not have been more accommodating and gracious. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Perfect for families, great location!

We spent a month at Casa Rosa al Pule and truly enjoyed the experience! The house has lots of character and plenty of space for families. It is located on a vineyard outside of town, so the atmosphere is very relaxing; we enjoyed dinner outside almost every evening. The pool was perfect for the kids, and they enjoyed the spacious playroom! Giada was a wonderful host; she always responded quickly and was happy to assist with whatever we needed. She even helped us arrange for a chef twice while we were there, and both meals far exceeded our expectations. We are still talking about the delicious tiramisu! We appreciated the proximity to Verona, Venice, and Lake Garda, and some of our favorite experiences were visiting the small, beautiful towns nearby (Borghetto and Soave were two of our favorites)! We are so glad that we chose Casa Rosa al Pule for our vacation, and we would happily stay there again.

Nice place, but a bit isolated and internet problems

We stayed with family from the Netherlands, Germany and Italy. Nice to be together but 4 km to the nearest palce for shupping.. Dangerous roads for walking in the neighbourhood. Furthermore we had no TV and very poor or no internet in the afternoons and evenings. Little problems with some things in the house but not worth mentioning.
