We are a group of 22 and having the space and private bathrooms is wonderful! We take advantage of all of the amenities at the Boardwalk as well as the location to Lake Michigan. If there is one thing that could be different, it would be an 11AM check out. 10AM is hard! Thanks.

Girl's Weekend SUCCESS!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This house was just wonderful. We had 18 ladies drive in from Chicago, through the snow storm and the house was so inviting. There was ample space for everyone to be in the living area for quality time filled with so much laughter. It was clean, well stocked with all cooking essentials. The house was a HIT, fairly sure we'll come back in the summer!

Nice house, great location

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a lovely time at this very spacious house that comfortably fit our party of 12 including two infants, three kids under 5, and seven adults. The addition of the guest house was nice for a retreat from the chaos of children. For those looking to travel with children, the sound does travel given the open nature of the floorplan, but this was not a dealbreaker for us. Our kids loved the amenities of the resort and even just driving around on the golf cart. The quick walk to Lake Michigan was also a nice perk. We felt that the kitchen was lacking, a few typical tools, including Tupperware, but otherwise things were well apportioned. We didn’t know that there were toys in the basement before arriving, but it was a nice surprise (though I would not call the toy collection extensive). We also could never find the king bed that was mentioned on the original listing, but there were queens in each bedroom (or twins if so listed). Overall, it was a great place to stay for our week of vacation.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We’ve stayed here a couple times and love it! The only thing I would ch age is adding a little more pots, skillets, etc for cooking and the pull out couch being repaired.

Catchin Some Rays and Ray Bans

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We like Beachwalk but had some disappointments. The floors were dirty so the children’s feet and legs of the babies got dirty. The rest of the home was cleaned nicely. The loft was so steep we could not use it for the younger children and even the adults didn’t like it. The sofa bed was broken so we didn’t have enough room for everyone. One couple left and stayed elsewhere. Ray Bans had a lot of ants in the kitchen. Garage fridge hadn’t been cleaned. The pool was cold - especially the small pool! Was advertised as heated?? The kitchen had everything we needed. Bedrooms and baths were very nice and clean. If we come back will probably try a different home.

Lots of space, but with flaws.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Large home, wonderful location but we had numerous small issues that just led to a less than stellar stay, especially for the price. From items being left unplugged, to rotting boards on the deck, to way too many switches, some that didn't work, including outlets that don't have power running to them. These things mixed with the smell/state of the garage area and having the wrong key for the for cart and having not one but two empty propane tanks too. We still enjoyed the area and everyone slept well, plenty of stuff to use in the kitchen and the screened in deck is awesome.

50th wedding anniversary surrounded by family

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was very clean and was impressed to see soaps at every sink. We were expecting to have two pull out sofas, but both were broken and there was a note telling us not to open them. One of the queen beds also had a broken frame. We had to scramble and get air mattresses. Using these for a week did not make for a rested stay for some. The owner just needs to fix these problems. For what was paid, we would have liked to have all the beds that were stated in the listing.

Family Fun in Beachwalk

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family of 15 loved staying at the main house and coach house. The main house is decorated so nicely and was perfect for our stay. It is a wonderful house for a large group. We wouldn’t hesitate to go back again. My only complaint is the Kitchen. It is getting very “dated”and could use new countertops and sink. Resort is fantastic - loved our visit.
