This property's in a good location. There are shops and places to eat nearby. You can also get to a small beach that is lovely. The villa itself is nice and you have everything you need for a comfortable stay. Will come next year definitely. X

Great peaceful location. The villa has all you need, spacious both inside and outside with a nice pool. Contact with the property management company before & during the stay was great. The small fee for the early check-in was well worth the money. There are a few restaurants, bars & shops within a 2-minute walk.

The villas in this Residencial are with great location - near to the supermaket, near to the beach; and the same time are in very relaxed area. Fully equipment, you can decide on your own either to feel like at home, or to go out to eat in near-by restaurants. The pool is private, depending on the weather is even heated! Highly reccomend the villas!

Villa Valentina - Great location , close to supermarket, bar and restaurants. Nearby beautiful promenade that leads to the marina where there are many restaurants, cafes,, shops and further to Playa Blanca center. Beautiful walk. We had own parking space. The kitchen was sufficiently equipped, we did not lack anything. We had two bathrooms with toilets and three bedrooms. The beds were comfortable. Great was swimming pool. Although the equipment of the villa is older, it fulfilled its function and there was no problem with anything

The villa was in very poor state of repair with peeling paint and black mould ., we had water in through the ceiling and it made the bed damp and it had to be replaced , there was peeling paint on the floor and this was not cleaned up.the curtains in all the rooms were hanging of and wouldnt cover the windows, the kitchen had no storage for any food so it all had to be left on the work surfaces.no spare bags for recycling and the bins in the bathrooms.toilets had brushes in them but thesse were dirty and covered with feacle matter and full of water which was dirtythe drains in the ensuite bathroom smelt at all times and whilst we complained about this nothing was done.the entrance to the villa was dirty and dusty and the security camera was flashing all the time and couldnt be switched off

Dear Guest, Thank you for your detailed feedback. However, we must firmly clarify that your comments do not accurately reflect the exceptional circumstances that occurred during your stay. At the time of your visit, the island was under an official **severe weather alert**, with unprecedented levels of rainfall. The water ingress you mention was a direct consequence of this extraordinary situation — something that affected not only our property, but many others across the area, including well-maintained homes. It is therefore misleading to present this as a general state of disrepair. Regarding the rest of your remarks, we find them exaggerated and not consistent with the usual condition and standards of the villa, which is regularly maintained and inspected. Cleanliness and functionality are priorities for us, and had these issues been as described under normal circumstances, they would have been addressed immediately. It is also important to note that extreme weather conditions can temporarily impact elements such as humidity, drainage smells, and outdoor cleanliness, all of which were directly linked to the storm and not to neglect or lack of maintenance. We regret that your experience was affected by such an unusual and uncontrollable event, but we believe your review overlooks this key factor and therefore does not provide a fair representation. Kind regards,

Haus okay , Service null
