A wonderful villa in a fantastic location for Papagayo beaches, marina & local shops & bars. Aircon & pool heating are a great bonus. Quiet, peaceful, everything we hoped for. All the kitchenware you could ever need, & welcome extras like inflatables, beach umbrella & chairs. Thanks Iain! You're a 5 star host!

Best villa we have ever stayed in. The outside space and pool was amazing and well worth paying extra to have it heated. Excellent communication with Iain and also Brett and Jodie. Everything you need is close by, the supermarket and also places to eat if you dont fancy a walk to the marina. We were also able to get takeout from Carpe Diem too. Can't wait to visit again. PS I LOVED THE FAIRYLIGHTS AND VIEW AT NIGHT.

Excellent communication. We had a late flight and Iain very kindly let us leave when it was time for the flight which was much appreciated. We appreciated the well stocked kitchen and utensils etc. The highlight for our stay was the pool - it was a fantastic size, modern and clean and enjoyed by our family. We really enjoyed our first stay in Playa Blanca and would definitely return.

Excellent location 5 minutes from a cluster of shops and restaurants, 15 minutes walk to the best beaches on the island, and 20 minutes from most of the wineries. Private pool is perfect for getting some sun and the beds/kitchen/TV areas are perfectly adequate. Host is responsive and helpful. Great stay

Fantastic private villa that has all that you need for a relaxing break away. Very spacious inside and out. Located in a quieter part of the resort but the local bus certainly makes getting to the resort much easier and quicker.Super communication with the host.Definitely will be returning.

Just back from a fantastic week at Iain's villa. If you're looking for a relaxing week or two in the sun then look no further. The private pool and patio were perfect. Hardly heard a sound apart from the birds all week. There are a few bars ,restaurants and a small supermarket along with a taxi rank 5 minutes walk from the villa.The marina is only a 20 minute walk along the front. Would also recommend making use of the transfer option. Brett was really helpful and friendly, he also gave some good recommendations for food etc. All in all a perfect week away, will absolutely be booking again.

Had a lovely 7 nights in February to get away from the grim UK weather.The Villa was perfect for our needs, spotlessly clean and very well appointed.Ideally situated in an extremely quiet area, just a short walk away from amenities.Host communications were prompt and informative.Hope to visit again next year.

Iain, the host, was excellent from the moment of booking and during our stay. He answered queries promptly and was particularly helpful regarding our later checkout. It felt throughout that he really did want us to enjoy our stay.The villa was spacious and spotlessly clean. The outside area was private with plenty of sunny places to relax throughout the day. The local supermarket was less than a 5 minute walk away, and there were many lovely walks nearby.

This is an excellent villa. Both the interior and exterior are beautifully maintained. It’s the best pool and patio area we have experienced in our last three trips. The kitchen had everything you could need including outdoor plastic glasses and plates. We were keen to stay nearer Papagayo this time and the location was perfect. The Pueblo shopping centre is just over the road, supermarket and several small bars and restaurants for when you don’t feel like the trip into town. It’s about a 20 minute walk to Marina rubicon along the beautiful sea front. There is a taxi rank just outside the complex as well. Communication with the owner was very easy and pleasant. I look forward to returning.

We had such a great time at this lovely villa, which has everything you need and more! Great location in a beautiful quiet area, with easy access to the marina and Playa Blanca town. We loved the pool and watching the sunset from the terrace...thank you for letting us stay 😊

This was our 2nd stay in Villa Caminantes. Everything you need is available & more. The villa is situated in a lovely quiet area of Las Colloradas. Communication between the owner, Iain, & site manager, Brett, is excellent. We had a small issue & Brett was with us within an hour of our call & sorted the issue. Local shops are a 2min walk away or the Marina & Playa Blanca town a short drive away. We hired a car so visited the Marina daily. We plan to stay again hopefully next year. Highly recommend this villa and this part of Lanzarote. Until next time.....

Brilliant Holiday

The Villa was a fantastic place to stay. We had a very relaxing holiday and enjoyed every minute. We have already booked to go next year! It was great to have our own pool and the villa was spotless. Jodie and Brett, the property managers were very helpful.

Highly Recommend

Villa was fantastic with great facilities both inside and outside. Location great, quiet but with lots of options within walking distance or short car drive away for restaurants, cafes or shops. Lots of beach options if preferred, but we loved the pool and outside space 😀 Would highly recommend
