Dette smukt indrettede hjem på 3200 m² har en stor åben grundplan og sidder på en kanal med en privat båd dock. Mursten og mørtel Nyd din morgenkaffe i et solstue med fuld sæson, fuldt udstyret med aircondition til de varmere sommerdage. Med 2 master suiter og 3 ekstra soveværelser er det perfekt til storfamilier og to-familieferier. Børnene vil elske køje rum, komplet med Foosball og Playstation 3-spil. Vi har endda et bordtennisbord til familieturneringer. Beliggende i samfundet Cape Windsor vil din familie kunne nyde en livbeskyttet pool og legeplads. Hjemmet har sengetøj og håndklæder, så alt hvad du skal medbringe er dine foretrukne badehåndklæder.
Vi er kun 3 km fra Freeman Stage, og vores gæster kan nyde golf i verdensklasse på Bayside Resort Golf Club. Perfekt til mænds fiskeri eller golfferie. Tæt på skattefri shopping og mange restauranter. Sid på bagdækket og fisk, krabber eller bare slap af!

The host followed up on more than one occasion checking in making sure we were satisfied. Home was extremely clean and well organized. We will be staying there again.

Nice spot for family gathering.

We enjoyed our brief stay while attending a family wedding. Kate was responsive, helpful and pleasant to deal with. Check in was easy and although we did not utilize them, the kitchen was well stock. The place was clean and well organized.

Kate was wonderful to work with. The house was clean was large enough for all 14 of us to enjoy. Close to restaurants and Game World where we all played laser tag!

This property is absolutely perfect! House is beautiful! Owners were accommodating, friendly and helpful! Great location to the beach and bay! The home was well stocked and clean. There are beach supplies and bikes to use. Loved the ping pong table and kids room. Garage fridge was handy. Definitely will rent again!

Good stay during the fall

We had a great time in this house! There were so many activities to do. The house itself was clean and beautiful. We loved this home!

Thank you to our host and hostess for sharing their beautiful home with our family of 12! It is immaculate, spacious and just the right location...away from the hustle and bustle of Ocean City but still close enough if that’s your thing. You literally need only bring your food, beverages (the extra fridge in the garage was a blessing) luggage and beach towels, everything else is there. We highly recommend this property, and appreciated the great communication. Thank you!

Bayside escape!

We really enjoyed our stay! Traveled with my parents and our two toddlers. The house was very clean. The garage was full of beach items, bicycles, and ping pong table. The community pool was a bonus! The master bedroom upstairs was a treat. Beautiful views of the water from multiple areas in the home. Owner so easy to talk with. We will definately look into renting again here in the future!

Amazing Amazing Amazing

The property was everything we could ask for. Kids really enjoyed the bunk bed room and kept themselves entertained (but most of all out of trouble). We were able to use the provided chairs and wagon from the garage when we went to the beach. Fishing right outside the backyard was so convenient and at night we enjoyed family time at the fire pit. Kate is an extremely helpful host during booking and even during our stay. Our family had such a great time and will certainly come back and stay at this property.

The Perfect Vacation House

Amazing location, amazing home.

We really enjoyed so much about this property! To start, it comfortably housed our family of 11, and had so many great amenities. The dock was a great space to gather, and there are kayaks, fishing gear and a paddleboard. Beautiful home inside and out, the kitchen was great for gathering, kids room with bunk beds made a great hangout spot, and every room has a TV + PS3. Master bedroom was definitely a highlight as well as the sunroom. Lastly, the hosts were extremely accommodating, and we appreciate you allowing us to have a great vacation here!

Simply wonderful

We decided to do a last-minute Easter getaway (2 - families of 5 and Grandmom). Kate was extremely responsive, helpful and organized. Upon arrival, the home was sparkling clean and ready for guests. The house/property is well stocked and well cared for. Our children loved the board games, ping-pong table, and foosball table (and the upstairs double bunk room, of course). Weather was a bit chilly during out stay, but the kids enjoyed the basketball net and playground in the community. We hope to visit again so we can enjoy the water activities and more outdoor fun. Absolutely a 5 star experience!

Best Family Trip

This is by far the best family trip ever. Everyone was having a great time here. Beside the beach, we spent most of the time in the house, on the dock, biking in the neighborhood. And the most fun part is crabbing right off the dock in the back of the house. Kids had a blast crabbing and kayaking. The house is super clean and has everything you need. Kitchen is fully stocked with lots of pots and pans. We love the cute plates and bowls they have. The house feels very homey. Owner Kate and Dave are super nice. We love that every light swith is labelled and the instructions for everything is all very clear. We definitely will come back again!

Everything and Then Some!

My wife and I have used VRBO, both for domestic and international stays, for several years now and Kate is the best owner we have ever had the pleasure to work with. She was very accessible and helpful before our stay answering our questions about the house, equipment, and local restaurants. She called shortly after our arrival to be sure we were comfortable and to answer any questions we might have had. The house was very nice, clean, well-maintained, and well-stocked with all the essentials and a lot of great extras like a foosball game, ping-pong table, bikes, beach toys, kayaks, etc., etc.. The home was exactly as advertised, pictured, and described. Great location and convenient to local attractions and great restaurants. This home has it all and then some!

Fabulous House

What an amazing vacation! This house has everything you could possibly want. We were a family of 6 adults and 4 kids ranging in age from 7-17. The house was perfect for us. The kids enjoyed crabbing off the dock, riding the bicycles and especially the bunk room with the game table. The owners have thought of everything. The house is decorated beautifully with modern designs yet very comfortable. The community pool was a real bonus. We could go to the beach in the morning and lounge at the pool in the late afternoon. Perfect Family Getaway

After a wedding in Philly our family decided to book a vacation to the Delaware shore. There were 13 of us total including 9 adults and 4 kids (12, 4, 3, and 1). The house is exactly as described and everyone loved it. My 3 year old and I went kayaking most mornings and fished/crabbed off the dock which he loved. Everything is close including the beach, water park, go karts, shopping, and great restaurants. The host was extremely responsive and helped us quickly with minor issues upon arrival. The community pool and playground were a nice amenity to have. I would only point out that the crib mattress in the master bedroom upstairs is a bit flimsy so I would recommend bringing your own travel crib. We would consider booking this property again!

Home away from home!

Long story short.....LOVED IT! The location, the amenities and the homeowners are great. Having so much provided by the homeowners - kayaks, life jackets, bikes, beach chairs, cart and umbrellas, crib, pack-n-play, stroller, high chair, etc, etc etc, - is a HUGE plus since you don't have to bring any of it from home. Everything is of good, solid quality. The location is ideal; you have the quietness of a neighborhood but are only 5 minutes away from all-things beach. We loved getting up in the morning and walking out the back door for some early kayaking to take in all the wildlife right there in the bay. There are a couple of crabbing cages on the dock so we got to have some fun with the kids. Kate is so easy to work with and very accessible. They've definitely put this home together to make it not only functional, but completely comfortable. It's beautifully decorated and welcoming at the same time. We had 6 adults and 2 kids in our party and everyone had their own space but we were comfortably together. This home set the bar pretty high for future vacations but this would definitely be our go-to for Fenwick Island!! Thank you, Kate!!

With multiple master bedrooms and several cozy hangout areas, each family can spread out and feel at home. The first-floor master is perfect for guests who prefer to avoid stairs, and the fenced dock area gives peace of mind for those with curious toddlers.

The Cleveland Beach Pad is ideally located just 1 mile from the beach and all the excitement of Ocean City, MD, close enough to enjoy the boardwalk, shopping, restaurants, and entertainment, but far enough to retreat to your own peaceful oasis at the end of the day.
After a fun-filled day, unwind with a quiet moment on the dock as the sun sets over the water. For those days when you want a break from the beach, take a dip in the community’s life-guarded pool (open Memorial Day to Labor Day), or spend time fishing or crabbing right off the private dock. Then, bring your fresh catch into our fully equipped kitchen and enjoy a relaxed dinner at home.
