The house was beautiful and we all enjoyed our stay. The beach was a simple walk across the street. There was also a pool on the property that we could use which came in handy. The owner was very responsive and lovely to deal with. We would definitely stay here again.

The house is beautiful and comfortable. Lots of room to spread out and privacy, perfect for 2 families sharing the unit. Unfortunately, we were there during a historic nor'easter storm; the property, driveway and road stayed dry, and we could watch the storm on the Ocean and the Bay from the comfort of the house. The townhouse has many steps, which are hazardous for my autistic grandson. The elevator was a great help. There are Baby gates available if needed.

The house was spacious for our whole family. Nice location for the beach just had to cross the highway to access the path. The weather was perfect and nice to have the pool so close. A negative was the grill. It was a little difficult to use the grill since it was kept in the garage. Also, it was easy to communicate with the owner. Thanks for a nice relaxing time.DK

This is our 5th stay in Salt Meadows. Good location across from the beach and rent is reasonable.

Family Beach Vacation

Had a lovely time with family from San Francisco, New Jersey, Maryland and Las Vegas. Loved the townhouse, beach and cabana area. Was wonderful!

Great vacation rental!

Great location across the street from the beach. Spacious home. Loved the quiet neighborhood dock to go crabbing and kayak (kayak included with rental)!

Great Family Vacation

Centrally located between OC, MD and Rehoboth, DE. Property is spacious and well appointed. Easy access to the community pool, and just across the road from the beach. Had a fantastic stay and would recommend highly.

Wonderful property for a beach get away

We very much enjoyed our stay at this property. The unit itself was clean, convenient, and had enough room for all of us in general and to spread out a bit. Loved the location and easy access to the bay and beach. The host was very responsive, friendly, and helpful. Would absolutely stay here again for another beach trip.

Excellent house. The condition of the house and the view from the house was very good. Our family reunion was a lot of fun and saying in this house certainly contributed to it.

Great Townhouse with easy beach access

This is a beautiful townhouse in a beautiful place!! You can see both the bay & the ocean from the townhouse (top floor for ocean)! We had a great time in Fenwick Island - very convenient to both Bethany Beach & Ocean City.

This is a beautiful property with great views of the ocean and bay. The private path to the beach right acrosd the highway was convenient, and the bay pavilion, dock, and chairs were great to watch the sunset. Our hostess was always available to help with questions.

We had a wonderful stay at this location in Fenwick Island. Very close to the bay with beautiful sunset views, and a short walk to the beach which was never crowded. The home is spacious and had everything we needed. The master suite mattress needs upgrading and a few minor things need fixing, but that would not stop us from giving it 5 stars. I would definitely recommend this property!

Amazing!

We loved our stay and this beautiful home. The house had everything we needed. It was clean and well equipped. Short walk to the beach! Our host sent us a recommendation for dinner and checked on our stay. We hope to stay again!!!!

Great Dtay

House was perfectly laid out for the 11 of us. It was clean and had everything we needed, including an outdoor grill. The kids loved the pool, and the walk to the beach was very short (even thought we had to walk across Coastal 1). Convenient to Ocean City & Rehoboth and lots of restaurants. Can’t wait to go back!

We love Salt Meadows.

Salt Meadows is the perfect location for a family getaway. The townhomes are spacious and have everything you need for multiple families. The property was in good condition. Could use a bit of a deeper cleaning, otherwise everything was great!

Beautiful Home and Great Location!!

My sisters and our families (with teens) vacation every summer together. This was, by far, the nicest of the properties we have stayed! The house is beautifully decorated, perfect size, layout & location for our families. We definitely felt like we had some privacy, but we were close to everything the teenagers, as well as the adults, wanted. The property is described & photographed perfectly. We definitely would love to vacation here again!!

Just What We Were Looking For

There were 9 of us staying there - all family. The house had the perfect setup for the different couples etc. The elevator was a real plus in moving in luggage and boxes. The weather was just getting warm and we enjoyed walking and the seafood restaurants around Fenwick Island. We have come to the beach for many years and this time the entire family came. Great location and wonderful house.

Labor Day vacation

We enjoyed our stay. We had plenty of room with 7 adults and 2 babies. Bedrooms were nice and had enough room for the pack 'n play. Short walk to the bay to enjoy the sunset and short walk to the beach with no problems crossing the road. We were able to enjoy a dip in the pool before dinner. Also enjoyed the view off of the balconies. We grilled several times. We definitely would love to come back.

Great Birthday Getaway

Thank you for renting us your lovely house. I was celebrating the big 50 with 4 close girlfriends and this worked perfectly. The weather that weekend was in the 80's so of course we hit the beach for 2 days... Kitchen was great for cooking and there was plenty of room for everyone to stretch out. Saw some great sunsets and ate a lot of good food!! Made for a lovely celebration !!
