Rummeligt 2 soveværelser, 2 bad opdateret 1960s stil strand sommerhus i hjertet af Topsail Beach. Sovepladser 4-6 med futon i ryggen. Nem gåtur til stranden adgang, butikker, restauranter, pub, fiskeri mole, minigolf, rulleskøjteløb og lyd adgang også. Lyse, åbne værelser med masser af vinduer giver dig mulighed for at sprede sig og nyde din ferie. 6 sovepladser med en kingsize seng, dronning seng og en fuld størrelse futon i ryggen den. Masser af dæk, grill, strandstole og et tagterrasse for at nyde den smukke lydudsigt og solnedgange. Stor indhegnet gård for hvalpene at strække deres ben, gated veranda og hund venlige strande. This was our 2nd time renting. We stayed for the Autumn Festival and it was the perfect location. We had a wonderful time.

Wonderful property. Fenced yard so our pupwas happy running around. Walked to beach, channel and restaurants. Many opportunities to shop as well as go fishing. The home offered a den with futon and bathroom so worked well for 4th family member. Enjoyed our stay.

We loved our stay here. The house was in the perfect location we had a very short walk to the beach. We loved the crows nest deck up top. When we return we will be booking this adorable house again.

The cottage was perfectly suited my dog and me. Loved the upper deck. Well maintaining and very comfortable. Conveniently located in town, walking distance to everything. Will definitely book again.

Quick weekend trip

Came down for a few days for a friends retirement. Didn’t spend much time in the house, but wish I stayed longer so I could. Real nice place, clean, and quiet neighborhood. Will keep this place in mind for my next trip. Thank you!

Surpassed Expectations

Our stay was incredible! The property was very clean with plenty of towels, blankets and washcloths. The location was perfect as we were in town for our wedding at the Historical Society building. The host was always reachable for all our needs. I highly recommend a stay here!

Doggie Happy at the Beach

Fenced backyard is the main reason for our choosing this place... made life so much easier than having to go up and down steps with them on a leash. My only somewhat of a complaint... the yard/grass really needed attention. If I would have had access to a mower I would have mowed it the tall grass when we first arrived. By the end of our week it was in desperate need of a cutting. (even my dogs avoided parts of the yard due to the tall/thick grass) Enuf said about that... Otherwise... We plan to reserve again and again. Thank You!

Fun Topsail House

Overall, enjoyed the stay. It's close to the beach, has a fenced-in yard, decently-equipped kitchen, lots of sitting areas, fast internet, and a cool roof deck. Surrounding area was a bit unsightly, but not a big deal.

Great for dogs

We really enjoyed our stay here. The fenced in backyard was perfect for our dogs. We usually stay a bit closer to the beach, but the location was nice and quiet and not having to walk the dogs every time they needed to go out certainly made up for the fact that we had to walk 2 blocks to the beach. We will likely be back next year.

Cute & Convenient Cottage

I chose this property because of the character of it and the beachy feel it has. It did not disappoint. It is all one level so easy to move around it. It is well maintained and very clean. It is very well stocked with whatever utensils and such you might need. Paper products were provided. it is more spacious than it looks. 2 bedrooms and a futon in the family room . 2 bathrooms. Also, within walking distance to all restaurants, shops, and the beach in Topsail which was real nice. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the Myers Cottage and will plan to stay there again in the future. I highly recommend this cottage for your next vacay. You won't be disappointed!

Quiet Retreat

The house is located close to everything. It is a very nice quiet location. The roller-skating rink is a throwback to years gone by and we had a great time playing Bingo! We hope to make it back in the near future.

Great place

Overall stay was great. The place is older but still decorated very cutely. I didn’t feel it was the cleanest it could be. Dust and dirt in corners around baseboards dust on ceiling fans, toilets could have been cleaner. All the kitchen essentials were also older and some of the spatulas and kitchen utensils could use an update but other than that there’s really no complaints. Owners answered any questions we had. Loved how we could walk to coffee shops, restaurants, ice cream places and the beach access is super close. Rooftop porch had a wonderful view we loved sitting up there in the evenings. It’s also a quiet area at night so we could sleep. Would definitely stay again!

Beach Stay

We loved the property- it had everything you need and extra of everything. Having access to the laundry units made for a clean and sand-free trip home. This was the first vacation rental we've had where we didnt have to clean the entire property plus pay a hefty cleaning fee. Very easy check-in and check-out process. The walk to the beach, food, coffee and/or night entertainment all under 5 minutes.

Perfect Vacay with Dogs

Relaxing Getaway

We had so much fun during our week at the Myers Cottage! We love the location as it is a very short walking distance from The Breezeway Restaurant, The Assembly Building (where we had fun playing Bingo on Thursday night), and Four Cousins Ice Cream (where we had delicious ice cream each night :) It is a short walking distance to the public access, but it is also very easy to drive and park (for free) in parking spaces right by the public beach access. We loved sitting on the deck in the evenings to watch the sunset. The home had everything that we needed and it was a very comfortable stay. We don't have any dogs now, but we know that our dear dogs of the past would have enjoyed their stay, including the fenced-in yard. Communication was excellent!

Just Perfect

The location of the cottage is perfect. It’s in short walking distance to everything. We were right in the middle of all the fun stuff. We loved the bay views and watching the sunset from the top deck. The kids loved that all the fun activities were in all sides of the cottage in walking distance. The beach was not crowded at all and it was such a short walk. We loved that the house is set up to accommodate dogs. We never had to worry about them getting loose. Such a nice neighborhood to walk them in. We would definitely stay again!!

Keith and I are full time residents of Topsail Beach and active in the community. We feel passionate about all this island has to offer during every season. I am a licensed Realtor and property manager, and have been selling real estate for the past 30 years. If you are looking for real estate in our area, I am happy to help you find your own happy place.

Keith is active in the Topsail Beach community, as well as sits on town boards, and enjoys boating & fishing. Our sons have been active in the Topsail Beach fire department and live close by with their families on the mainland.

My two passions are enjoying the salt air & sand with a beautiful day on the beach with friends and my chihuahuas Lily & Tinsel, and riding & showing my walking horses in gaited dressage. Combining the two for a beach horseback ride during the off-season (October to March) is what makes this island so special to me. Coming up over the dune on my horse for a south-end beach ride with friends never gets old. If we are not on the island, we are probably at the farm on the mainland. Topsail Island is an amazing place, from the sound to the ocean, it is my happy place and I hope it becomes yours too.

Keith grew up coming to the area as a small child and introduced me to the island. I have loved our little beach cottage, and the location in the middle of town, from the day we found it. We were able to visit often enough that we made many good friends and new "family" here and watched our children grow up with other children who visited and lived on the island. Keith and I have always had dogs, and bringing them on our vacations is part of our lifestyle. We wanted to share that opportunity with others, since so many people have fur babies that are an important part of their lives.

Derfor er dette overnatningssted unikt

Pet friendly! We travel with our dogs, from horse shows nationally, to New Orleans, to the Florida Keys, our chihuahuas come with us. Finding safe, pet friendly, affordable places to stay is always part of our planning and not always easy to find. I wanted to share that opportunity with other responsible pet owners so that they can bring their dogs with them on vacation. Having finished up our first vacation rental season 2017, I have to say that pet guests are the best! I couldn't have asked for nicer, more caring guests in our cottage, and I hope you all come back in 2018.
