Placeret lige ved 30A lige overfor adgang til stranden (kun to minutters gang til sandet - vent aldrig på sporvognen igen!) og den store pool ved Seacrest ligger kun få skridt væk.

Dette store, rummelige hjem med 4 soveværelser / 4 badeværelser har masser af naturligt sollys og er for nylig opdateret med høje endeindretning og professionelt dekoreret med et klassisk kyst elegance design. Nyd den vidunderlige havudsigt fra det store åbne dæk på 3. sal med behagelig udendørs siddepladser og våd bar på øverste etage. Se solopgangen med kaffe i sengen fra soveværelset på tredje sal - tilbring derefter happy hour (r) på øverste etages dæk og nipper til cocktails og nyd solnedgangen efter en dag på stranden.

Hjemmet sover 10 i senge med tre konge soveværelser (to med ekstra liggestole) og et dronning soveværelse. Perfect location - close to everything !! We could easily walk to beach and resort pool ,Alys and Rosemary in just a 5 minute walk!!! Bikes being included along with beach chairs was very nice also. We had a wonderful stay.

We had the best time! This is the second time we have stayed at this property and it does not disappoint. The communication with Ryan (host) was great. The property is super clean and beautifully decorated. The location can't be beat with so many amazing shops and restaurants in walking distance. We will look to book again next year (or sooner)! Thanks Ryan for an amazing stay!

We stayed here for Spring Break with our family! The space was great for a family of 6, bedrooms had plenty of space! We were disappointed in the condition of the main living space, the main level had broken tile in several spots that were covered up with area rugs that were curled up and a tripping hazard. The home is situated on the walkway to the beach and backed to a busy street and the noise made it difficult for the grandkids to sleep! The house did not come with any beach chairs and only had 5 beach towels! Seemed odd that a beach house didn’t really have any basic beach supplies! The outdoor spaces were furnished with very comfy furniture and loved the primary bedroom upstairs with a coffee bar!

We’re so glad your family enjoyed the spacious layout, comfortable outdoor spaces, and the upstairs primary suite and coffee bar and we’re sorry to hear parts of your stay didn’t meet expectations. We did want to clarify a few items for future guests: our home is located within a private neighborhood on 30A and is the closest to the beach, but during peak beach weeks there can certainly be more car and foot traffic along the road and beach access path. Regarding beach amenities, we do provide beach chairs, umbrellas, and additional beach towels for guest use. We’re sorry these weren’t easier to locate during your stay, and we always encourage guests to reach out during their stay—we’re happy to help point guests to anything in the home. We also appreciate the feedback on the rugs and tile areas and have ensured no more rug curling and that everything feels comfortable and safe for future visitors. Thank you again for staying with us, and we’re happy to hear your family made some great Spring Break memories at the beach.

This house is in an ideal location for the beach and pool. Easy to walk/bike to Rosemary Beach and Alys Beach however it is part of Seacrest Beach. You receive wrist bands for "private" beach access to Seacrest Beach which is right across the street. This is hands down the most stunning beach I have ever been to (powder white sand and crystal clear water) that being said, I have NEVER seen so many people on a beach in my life. Public or private. We were there during spring break so I am sure that's when it's busiest but most beachgoers seemed to be equally as stunned as we were. The third day at 6:15am I went to the beach with two chairs and was able to snag the last spot near the water, which was nice, however getting through the throngs of people was like a very challenging game of tetris.The four bikes at the house were great for bopping from place to place- that was a huge bonus as not all houses come with bikes. There were also plenty of beach chairs and umbrellas to use which was helpful. The house has some very thin turkish beach towels and also about four beach towels that appear to have been left behind from previous travelers. If you prefer a thicker beach towel I would suggest bringing them along or purchasing at Walmart.The kitchen/grill was nice to have and we were able to make some meals at home but it's worth noting that it's minimally stocked. They have the basics but nothing "extra"- no tongs, extra baking sheets, etc. Bring your own if you plan to cook.

The location was convenient to everything we wanted - great shops and restaurants. Loved the crepe shop and the candy shop. Lots of places to sit outside and enjoy the sun and fresh air. Little chilly but it was December. Considering a trip back when it is warmer. :-)Would recommend to anyone wanting to get away.

Such a beautiful house and a great location! Our family of 6 loved staying here for our summer vacation! We were so close to the pool and beach, and our daughters loved the bikes. The house was large and clean and had everything we needed. We would love to stay here again one day!

The house was in a great location, and was the perfect space for our group. Beds were comfortable and had everything been working/available as advertised I’d highly recommend it. Unfortunately, the wifi was out, which they did fix as quickly as they could. And extremely unfortunate, the pool was closed for renovations and this was not disclosed to us at all. We loved this place but were really bummed to not have the pool as expected.

We’re sorry for the frustration caused by the brief WiFi outage and the temporary community pool closure. The pool closure was due to an emergency repair initiated by the HOA, which was unfortunately outside of our control and communicated to us after your arrival. The community did provide access to an alternative pool within the neighborhood, though it was a bit farther from the house. We appreciate your understanding and hope to welcome you back for a future stay when all amenities are fully available.

Great location. Close to beach, pool, and town center. House could use some tlc but beautifully furnished. Plenty of beach gear. Lots of stairs if that is an issue. Beautiful rooftop for morning coffee and sunset. Beach area gets crowded but other options nearby. Pool is large and fun for young kids.

Great location. Close to beach.

The house was the closest to the beach and it was only a two minute walk. Three stories which was terrific to see all the fireworks along the beach from the second and top balconies. Each bedroom had its own bathroom. The complex pools were close as well. Wonderful time.

Perfect location ….

This is a lovely house and in a perfect location. It is very well equipped with beach chairs, umbrellas and bikes. The pool is gorgeous and beach access super close and easy. It is a perfect spot to bring teenagers and have family time. Will definitely visit again!!!

Great Experience

Outstanding and spacious home in an excellent central location. It is 5-10 minutes walk of any notable sight, shop, restaurant, or beach in Alys or Rosemary Beach. It is also within 2 minutes walk from the pool, which we didn’t get to use in our short stay of a few days, but looked great.We will be back whenever we visit the area again

First time beach goers

The stay was perfect for my elderly parents, this was their first trip to Florida and definitely will not be their last! The house is conveniently located so it made it easy for them to walk and get breakfast and lunches, they loved how easy it was to get to the beach access. This home and location was perfect! Our Family at Seacrest Beach

Totally enjoyed our stay. Lots of fun at the beach, pool and riding bikes. The house was very nice except for the rugs. They were "disgusting". We did not want to get on the floor to play with our furbabies because they were so dirty. So, get rid of the rugs!

Great Location and Owner Communications

The property was perfect for our family of seven adults and three children. There are many amenities including a large number of beach chairs, umbrellas, and toys for the children. The roof top deck was a real plus for relaxing family gatherings in the evening. It’s perfectly located for quick and easy walks to the beach, pool, restaurants, and surrounding area shops. You can also take the tram to the beach but it’s not necessary. Owner communicates were quick and informative. Overall, we were pleased with the home, the owners, and the amenities. There were so many extras what wasn’t to enjoy! We loved everything about our vacation.

Perfect Location for Family Vacation

We spent the week for my father’s 80th birthday. Each room has their own bathroom which made it comfortable for each guest. The home is nicely decorated with plenty of kitchen equipment for us to even cook a thanksgiving meal. I would highly recommend this home for a family vacation.

We bought our home in Seacrest as a place to relax and spend time with family within walking distance to the beach, pool and activities. We often walk or bike to Alys for morning donuts and coffee with our girls, spend the day on the beach or huge resort-style pool and then enjoy a cocktail or two on the green courtyards at Rosemary at dusk. We have already created so many wonderful memories in our handful of vacations down there.

Seacrest Beach is an awesome place for families! Our kids love the large resort-style pool and green space to play after a day at the beach. Our home in Seacrest Beach is nestled between Alys and Rosemary and easily walkable to both and the wonderful shops, restaurants and activities. This community truly is a wonderful find!
