Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We're very sorry to hear about the issues you experienced during your stay — that’s certainly not the experience we aim to provide. Regarding the supplies, the listing does mention that we provide a starter kit that includes limited paper products, soaps, and towels to get guests through the first day or two. We apologize if that wasn’t clear or didn’t meet your expectations. We'll be sure to relay your comments to our housekeeping and operations teams to help improve future guest experiences. We also appreciate you pointing out the concerns with cleanliness, the number of bikes, and the surround sound system. We're reviewing the listing and property details to ensure accuracy and clarity moving forward. Thank you again for bringing this to our attention. We hope to have the opportunity to provide a much better experience in the future.

Thank you for bringing these matters to our attention, and we hope to have the opportunity to host you again in the future with an improved experience.

Erin, what's more, exciting than receiving a 5-star review from a 5-star guest? Thank you for entrusting us to provide you and your family with an exceptional beach vacation. Also, as our website states, we only provide guests with a starter kit of home necessities and require guests to bring or purchase additional if needed. Nevertheless, we were honored to host you and your amazing family in this impeccable, meticulously kept 4-bedroom house. Sincerely, Benchmark Management!
