Great location on the Royal Mile

We had a great time staying at this flat in Edinburgh! The location is great for those visiting as the flat is on the Royal Mile and near Arthur’s Seat, Edinburgh Castle, Princes Street, etc. The flat was very clean, had plenty of space, and made our travel very easy. We’d recommend this to others looking to stay in Edinburgh.

Perfect 2 bedroom apartment perfect for a weekend getaway or vacation with that special someone or friends to go and exp : Property is situated in a prime location on Royal Mile. Walking distance to all the major attractions cites, cafes, bakery’s and many restaurants. It is about 5 flights of stairs which can be a bit tiring. However this is easily over looked due to its location.

Spacious and great location. While the place has been updated and is comfortable, it's not the best remodel or cleanest.....bathroom sink did not drain well and TV remote needed batteries. Loved the proximity to everything, but be prepared for the walk up the stairs. Overall, still a good deal.

Fantastic spot! : We were blown away with this complete gem! Couldn't ask for a better location. 84 steps up. Spacious yet cosy, very comfortable beds, everything we needed (and much more, as we only stayed 2 nights) was there. Particularly clean, and the shower was fab. The check-in/out process was great. The IBIS also let us store luggage for £3 a piece for the last days sightseeing, which was extra convenient! Staff there all very helpful and friendly.

Amazing Location

Location was perfect for Old Town. So convenient. Apartment is quite spacious. Up 5 flights of stairs but was not a problem. Very quiet. It was hard to find address for the key near. If they could have told us to pick up at the Ibis Hotel it would have been much easier to find. We went up and down hills using map and carrying luggage. I would definitely stay here again.

The location is great because it is in the middle of the Royal Mile stretch -- 10-minute walk to the Edinburgh Castle, and 10-minute walk the other direction to the Holyroodhouse. You are right in the middle of everything - plenty of restaurants, shops, and other local establishments. Plenty of public transportation, and right next to the Waverley Train Station. Service leading up to our arrival and checkout was phenomenal. There are two spacious bedrooms, and the living room and kitchen are very spacious. The apartment was very clean and updated. We had four adults and truly enjoyed our stay here.

Appartement très spacieux et extrêmement bien situé dans la Old Town. Il est proche de tout ! Il est

Appartement très spacieux et extrêmement bien situé dans la Old Town. Il est proche de tout ! Il est propre et lumineux, les chambres très agréables et le salon confortable. Par rapport aux photos, les propriétaires ont aussi ajouté une table haute avec 4 chaises ce qui est un plus. La literie est bonne et les linges au niveau prestation d'hôtel. Au niveau de l’escalier et des 4 étages, il se monte facilement et je doute que les ascenseurs soient légions dans la vieille ville . De fait, la vue de l’appartement est dégagée sur le fameux W de St James Quarter et sur Calton Hill. Côté salon on a une belle vue sur la tour de Tron Kirk Market. Quelques bémols toutefois : il faudrait une table basse, la vaisselle est limitée. Et pour l’accès internet, c’est une box avec un débit très très bas (1,5 Mbps), du coup on restait en 4G sur les téléphones.

Amazing location and comfy beds

The property is it a fantastic location right on the Royal Mile, just minutes away from the castle and right in the centre of the Old Town with wonderful shops and restaurants all around. If you wanted to go further afield there are buses very close that are easy to navigate. The beds and sofa are really comfy and you have everything you would need to make a quick snack or a meal if you wanted to eat in rather than out. The apartment is on the 4th floor up some stone steps, so definitely only suitable for people without accessibility issues! Couple of concerns re cleanliness but nothing that was enough to spoil the apartment or the trip.
