The apartment in Las Palmas de Gran Canaria is a large common space with a double bed with privileged views of the sea and the whole city. It also has 1 separate bedroom with another double bed, for a total capacity of 4 people.

The apartment is a penthouse (23rd floor) of an emblematic building in Las Palmas located on a hill that raises it even more to provide the best views of the whole city. It is a beautiful and modern apartment of 80 m² recently reformed (December 2019), with the most modern comforts.

It is located in the quiet and well-shelved neighbourhood of La Minilla, 3 minutes walk from its terraces and its shopping centre. There is also a Spar supermarket in the adjoining building. Parking is immediate, on the opposite street 50 meters from the building's entrance, you can park for free and there are always spaces, at any time of the day or night. It is also one of the best neighbourhoods in Las Palmas. From the apartment we can see the Playa de las Canteras, the port and practically the whole city, the "Wow" effect is guaranteed.

All the windows of the apartment have a store system integrated into the window which allows the apartment to be completely darkened to guarantee rest and good naps.

The apartment also has high speed internet (600Mb fiber optic), a projector and a sound bar connected to Google Chromecast. So that after a hard day at the beach or in the mountains you can lie down on the chaisse-long and, from your own mobile phone, PC or tablet, you can project your favourite entertainment programmes on the big screen.

The kitchenette has a ceramic hob and is equipped with a fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, crockery/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee machine and toaster. Furthermore the apartment has an iron, a dryer and a normal TV set. The building has two elevators that will take you to the 22nd floor and then you will have to climb an additional floor by the stairs, which are wide and safe.

Excellent place and great area to stay in.

Although the apartment does not look to be very easy to have small children running around. The area where the apartment is located is good and safe area to bring the kids to. And as long as you tire them out so that they rest or fall asleep it is more than manageable. The Windows were really dirty we managed to clean somewhat the two that were safe to clean. We wish it was possible to have them cleaned before we came in, maybe you should charge a small fee for window cleaning

Unrivaled Stay

I recently had the privilege of staying in this truly exceptional apartment in Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, and it was an experience that exceeded all expectations. This penthouse, perched on the 23rd floor of an iconic building, offers panoramic views that are nothing short of breathtaking. Waking up to the sigh of the sea and the entire city made my stay feel like a dream. Located in the quiet neighborhood, it's a short walk to supermarkets, terraces and the shopping center. The apartment itself has a minimalistic, modern style has High-speed internet, a projector, and a soundbar, ideal for a home cinema experience and the kitchen has all the necessary appliances that you need. Access to the penthouse is easy, with elevators to the 22nd floor and a short, staircase climb. Don't miss the chance to experience the "Wow" effect of Las Palmas from this exceptional penthouse.

The projector is a nice touch. Loved the shower. Lovely and clean. Loads of towels Labels under all the light switches. Haha but just kidding

A spectacular birdseye view.

Apartment was modern and had good facilities. The view was spectacular both during the day and at night. When our arrival was delayed there was good communication and we appreciate the representative meeting us on the Sunday night with the key. A kettle would be good.
