We arrived at the Penthouse and found everything to be as advertised. The unit was clean and had all the necessary items for a comfortable stay. The location is excellent with convenient access to shopping, restaurants and all the activities Breckenridge has to offer.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great spot to stay. Best location in town. Great amenities with the gym and pool. Rooms are nice, but could use a refresh. Unfortunately the TV decided to give up on us during our visit, but the management company quickly provided a new one. We have stayed in this same condo many times and will be back.

Bright and convenient

We really enjoyed staying here for our skiing vacation. This unit is comfortable, great windows, and it is very convenient. It's just a few steps from the lift and easy access to Main St.

Spring skiing

We have stayed in the village many times in many different units. We booked this unit because of the great price, location and size of the condo. We had a nice stay. The condo is dated but is comfortable and was fine for our purposes. It also had a nice large outdoor patio with a view of town. The exercise room and pool/hot tubs have been renovated and were awesome. It’s a great location and I’d stay there again.

Perfect Location

We loved staying at the property. It is a perfect location for families with kids; the slopes are right outside your door. Will definitely be staying again!

Great Breck Condo for 4 or More

Excellent location just steps from the Quicksilver chairlift and town. Spacious and well-appointed and comfortable. All appliances and cookware you'll need. Great views in 2 directions.Property management staff is very responsive and helpful over text. The Village App is a nice plus to have a fully virtual check-in process and avoid having to pick up and return physical key cards. We would certainly stay there again.

Ideal place

The place was close to everything. The room and amenities where good. Had an awesome time. Everything fell in place. Definitely coming back sooner than later.

Family Get-Away

Check in instructions were very detailed and easy to follow. The property was nice, the kitchen had everything we needed and the views were incredible.

Best location in Breckenridge

Located in the center of all Breck activities. We parked the car in the garage and didn’t touch it again the entire stay. Everything was a quick walk away. The penthouse was huge! Very clean and comfortable. Great views from the multiple balconies. We will be back!

A wonderful weekend

This was our last weekend on the slopes, and it couldn't be more that it actually was. The apartment was just perfect. 70 yard from the lift, same distance from Main street. Hopefully we will stay there again next year.

Location, Location, Location

The location of this property was wonderful and overall made this a great trip. There was some hiccups (washer/dryer App wasn't working, parking pass was not where we were told it was, internet went out, locked out of room due to keys not working) but the property managers were always there to help and fix every situation. As I mentioned, the location was wonderful and property managers were always kind and there to help so we would definitely stay here again.

Great Location & Views

Great location. Excellent views (2 balconies). Easy check in process. Convenient parking. Don't need a car at all to enjoy all that surrounds you. Only negative was the screen door to the main balcony was off the rails a bit. Totally nit-picking here... Hard to beat! Definitely hope to return!

If only location was everything...

This property was in a very convient location which made slope time so much more plentiful. The check in process is quite poorly managed. There is a front desk at this location which is staffed with friendly knowledgeable people. The glitch, not all properties in the building are managed by these representatives. I would stay in location again but would book directly through Summit Mountain Rentals. This condo is in desperate need of new carpet. The space had an odd odor and the furnishings were quite dated.

Furnishings inside are nice (outdoor "furniture" is two cheap chairs and no table). It's a little outdated but functional and very comfortable. Washer and Dryer shared in hallway but no working change machine on the property. Garage parking next to the elevator a big plus. As long as you aren't looking for a "luxury" condo and just want a central location with comfortable furnishing, this place will fit the bill.

The Village units are showing their age, however, and this unit is a good example.GOOD* Couches and dining furniture are comfortable and in good shape.* Kitchen and appliances are very good and the area is clean.* Corner location is perfect and has great views.NEUTRAL* The cable and Internet does work well, but Tech (TV's, etc.) are very dated and could use replacement. Bring your own streaming device.NEEDS* Overall the unit needs some refresh, especially with regard to bedding and carpeting. * Bathrooms are old and the fixtures in poor condition (Master bath tub/shower needs a new fixture and the water constantly alternates from Hot to cold)* Bedding/mattresses are in desperate need of replacement.* Carpeting showing age and needs updating.* Advise owners to include at least a small toolkit (screwdriver, etc) so guests can address very small issues if they are not going to update)Overall a decent choice, just know it's an older unit and there are issues as a result.

Disapponted in several ways

The penthouse condo 3704 had several issues that were disappointing and dirty. The second bedroom electric heat did not work, the 2nd bdrm tub/ shower had loose tile so could not use (both issues reported to mgmnt. There was evidence if previous pot (thc) use with pot trash on indoor window sill and patio. In the main bedrm, there was trash under bed and the tub/shower had mold on tiles and moldy shower curtain.

Fantastic for ski trip

Stayed here 1/4-8/22. Property is just awesome for a ski trip as it is maybe 120 yds from the Quicksilver chair lift. Property is on 7th floor (top floor) of the Wetterhorn building in the Village complex. Decor of this condo unit was a bit dated, HOWEVER, everything has been well kept and does not have that “worn out” feel you get from some properties that have a dated look. Showers worked great as you have instant hot water, beds were very comfortable. Great floor plan that has the 2nd bedroom with the two beds having its own bathroom. View from the patio looks North out over the town of Breck. Rental company was easy to work with as they have a pretty good process for things - can tell that they have experience in property mgmt. parking garage is underground with elevator access from parking. Elevator is quick and we never had to wait more than 30-60 seconds for the elevator. For skiers, there is no ski locker at building entry, so all gear needs to be carried up and down each day - which isn’t bad considering it’s proximity to the Maggie where you can rent a locker and have direct access to Quicksilver. Everything was as advertised for this property and I wouldn’t hesitate at renting it again for a ski trip with the family. Thanks!
