The host was very responsive to situations present during our stay. The power shades had issues resulting in a temporary fix that worked adequately. The amenities available to us at the resort were excellent.

The host is a delight to work with, the unit is beautiful and the location can't be beat!! You are just a hop, skip and jump from main street. Also loved using the rec room facilities near by - sauna, steam room, hot tubs and workout equipment. 5 stars for sure!!! X0

This was an amazing unit that totally suited our family needs. The kitchen was well-stocked with all the necessary cooking utensils as we opted to dine-in a few of the nights. Check-in was seamless and efficient as the digital key made for easy and stress free access.

Great place and great location

We stayed at this property during the shoulder season and had a great time. The owner stocks the place with everything you would need. Great location easy access to downtown.

Family Winter Wonderland

This is the 2nd time we’ve stayed here and it was just as fabulous. The location is the most convenient to take kids to ski school. Being on the first floor was great for kids to play in the snow in the backyard. The game room and pool/hot tub are always a fav after a day of skiing. We were able to walk to delicious restaurants. Highly recommend.

Five Star Gathering Point

Our family just spent a wonderful week at The Gathering Point and had a great time. The condo was very clean, beautifully furnished and supplied with everything we could ask for. It was so nice to have plenty of glasses, utensils, and small appliances etc. to make our stay comfortable and stress free. The location is perfect, a short walk to the shops and restaurants in town, and easy access to the Quicksilver Lift. The pool and hot tub are a short walk and became a daily ritual. Jackie is great owner and was very attentive to any questions we had. We have been vacationing in Breckenridge for over 20 years and The Gathering Point is up there with the best accommodation available. We would definitely stay there again and highly recommend to anyone looking for first class accommodation in Breckenridge.

Fantastic Ski-In, Ski-Out Stay in Breckenridge!

We had a wonderful stay at this ski-in, ski-out condo over Presidents’ Day weekend! The home was clean, welcoming and well-maintained, with a warm and inviting atmosphere that made it easy to settle in and relax. The beds were very comfortable, and the layout was great for our group.The kitchen was impressively well-stocked with quality cookware and appliances, making it easy to prepare meals after a day on the slopes. We also appreciated the ample storage space for our ski gear—it was well thought out and made organizing everything a breeze. The amenities really made it fun for the kids and adults: multiple hot tubs, sauna, indoor/outdoor connected pool, free arcade, pool table, and movie room.The location couldn’t be better and was the biggest highlight for us. Just steps from both the Quicksilver lift, and Breck village gave us the perfect mix of convenience and easy access to restaurants and shops.The owner was fantastic to work with—very responsive and helpful, even assisting with additional parking needs. Check-in and check-out were a breeze, thanks to the clear and detailed instructions.Overall, this was a fantastic home base for our Breckenridge trip, and we’d love to stay here again!

Village at Breckenridge property

This property is beautiful, homely and well equipped. Lots of personal touches (like owner recommended where to eat and what to do guides, makeup wipes and makeup towels) were appreciated). I don’t think we could have gotten closer to the Quicksilver Chairlift if we tried! A very quick flat walk, less than 5 minutes, and you are at the chairlift. The property is also well positioned and close to the Village and other amenities. Entry to the home and other complex amenities is electronic via a phone app. Details to access and download are issued before you arrive. As there is a fair bit of set up information to get through and action, I recommend doing this as early as possible to smooth out any initial hiccups and make arrival stress free. Once electronic access is set up it’s very easy for all occupants to review. We would stay at this property again in a heartbeat.

Beautiful condo for big group!

It was my third time staying at Village at Breck and this condo was absolutely perfect in so many ways. It accommodated our large group of 9 (family & friends), was tastefully decorated and fully stocked! We wanted for nothing in this place. The beds were comfortable, there was plenty of extra bedding and all of the comforts of home in decor and functionality. As annual vacationers to Breck, we will definitely be back to stay here. Thanks for sharing your beautiful ski home with us!

Ski Getaway

We lived this condo. The space was great for our group. First floor access is so convenient! Jackie was super helpful and gave us great recommendations for restaurants and other places around town. The condo was just as pictured. I loved the kitchen - it has everything you need to prepare wonderful meals with lots of spices and pantry staples. We will look here first the next time we come to Breckenridge!

Family Ski Vacation

5-Stars isn’t enough! Our stay at the Gathering Pointe was absolutely fantastic! It far exceeded our expectations, and our host, Jackie, was terrific! A Perfect Stay!

Our family had a wonderful stay at The Gathering Pointe during the holidays! The location was perfect. We had both skiers and non-skiers in our party and the condo was well suited for both. It is steps away from the Quicksilver lift and ski school as well as easy walking access to the historic downtown with wonderful shopping and restaurants. The underground heated parking was great and an easy elevator ride up to the condo. We loved the designated gear locker to store our ski gear in the hall right outside the condo. As soon as we stepped inside the condo we felt at home! It was so clean, beautifully decorated and beyond well-stocked with everything we needed for a delightful and memorable stay. We loved being able to make a fire in the woodburning fireplace and the Christmas decorations were such a wonderful addition that we appreciated so much. Jackie is a very responsive host and thinks of every detail to help ensure her guests have a great experience. We would absolutely stay again on our next trip to Breckinridge!

Beautiful condo and great location!

We really enjoyed our stay and the Christmas decorations were such a nice touch! The condo is beautifully decorated and well stocked with everything you need. The location is so convenient to the lift and to Main Street. The only negative is that the key app doesn’t work well and we sometimes had to use all of our phones to finally unlock the door to the condo and storage room. It seemed to be a problem for others that were staying there as well.

Beautiful home and Perfect place to stay!

Perfect place to stay for playing in the snow or going downtown! Stayed a full week and couldn’t have picked a better place. Walk right out the door to the slopes or to Main Street for shopping and dinning. Owner gave us all we needed to know for our first trip to Breck and was very responsive, even though we didn’t need a thing. Would definitely recommend staying here.

My husband and I grew up in Nebraska and spent some time traveling with our jobs and living in both Kansas City & Chicago along the way. We have since moved back to Nebraska and are raising 4 children ranging in age from 18 to 28 years old. We are always on the go with the kids and enjoy a variety of activities. We love the outdoors whether it takes us to the lake or to the mountains. We've named our mountain retreat 'The Gathering Pointe'. . . a place where family, friends, and our guests can kick-back, relax and enjoy all the comforts of home! We have a large extended family and whether it be at the lake in the summertime or the mountains throughout the year, we see this retreat as being another extension of all the fun times we've had making memories together. Our Faith, Family, Friends about sums it up for us!

Hands Down - LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION and the historic charm of Breckenridge is what caught our attention! This property has it all with it ski in, ski out venue at the base of peak 9, only 1 block to Main Street. We saw it as the perfect spot whether our visitors had a large family with small children, or families with young adults wanting to explore the night life. It's the perfect setting for a couples weekend, holidays and/or Gals or Guys weekend. The highlights for us are its awesome access to the ski slopes, Quicksilver Super 6 lift, and the ski school just steps from your front door. Breckenridge is known for it's world class skiing and fishing, it's quaint and authentic mountain mining town, great shopping and nightlife. Also, the fact that you are walking distance from everything makes it ideal. No car necessary as there are shuttles from Denver International airport into Breckenridge that will bring you right to our front door.
