Really nice property in a central location. It is on a main street corner so there is quite a bit of street noise but to be expected in a big city. You do have a really nice view of the historical square where Julius Caesar was executed so some cool history right at your doorstep. The apartment was light and bright with modern accommodations. It's very walkable to a lot of great restaurants and historical sites. Generally a really nice stay. One thing to note, you will have to have euros on hand to pay the city tax upon check-in. I don't love that you have to exchange cash - I wish VRBO would handle that directly. Other than that, it was a comfortable stay for a family of 9. A standard kitchen and a washer was helpful to have with a family. The biggest draw back was being right on a busy corner but the overall location was super convenient. The communication with the host was great.

Great Rome Property!

We really enjoyed our stay at this apartment! It was in the perfect location as it was close to many attractions. The accomodations were perfect - it was clean and had all the amenities we needed. The property manager was very responsive and helpful as well. I would definitely stay there again!

Fantastic rental for big group

We stayed at this property on our summer vacation - two families 4 adults and 4 teenagers. The manager proactivly sent information about the place and was available for any questions or needs we had. Very clean, spacious, and comfortable. Location was perfect! Walking distance to so many things. Excellent experience!

When in Rome

Wonderful place, great location.Taxi station right across the street. The beds were very comfortable. My only suggestion would be to have more towels for people staying longer than a few days.

thank you for your stay in one of your property. If you only let us know that you need more towels, we would provide them without any fee. Were happy to hear from our guests what they need during their stay to make it memorable. To our future guests let us know in advance what you need and were always happy to help :)

LOVED this property

This property was perfect for our group of 8. There was plenty of room and it was VERY clean! Great location, and the attentiveness from the moment we booked to checking out was amazing. They made reservations for us saving us money on the golf car tour and transfers. The experience was seamless and the memories were priceless! Thank you!

This place was so centrally located that we literally walked to almost every attraction. Although the washing machine was broken, they did offer to wash our clothes in their office; but the laundromat was literally a 3 minute walk and there were shops to visit while waiting! We will definitely stay in another property managed by Alex and Ruel when we return!

Lovely home base for a family reunion in Rome

Charming.apartment in a fabulous location for our holiday family reunion in Roma. Clean. Quiet (except for the ambulances), and utterly quaint. Central location. Walkable to everything we wanted to see. My only suggestion would be for fluffier pillows. My husband and I and our adult children had an amazing time here!

Excellent apartment in Rome

Very nice apartment - clean and plenty of space for our family of 6. Having A/C was a BIG plus, as Rome was very warm during our stay. Property manager was very friendly and helpful. Location was terrific - we could walk to all the sites within Rome. Plenty of great restaurants within a 10-15 minute walk. Would stay at this place again.

Great apartment in great location

The apartment is very nice - just like the pictures - but the best part of our stay was that we were in the middle of everything. Besides being a short walk to the Pantheon and only slightly longer walk to the Colosseum and Forum, the neighborhood has lots of great restaurants, a bakery, a gelateria, and a nice overall vibe. It felt like being close to the tourism hotspots but also in a real neighborhood. Highly recommended.

Great start to our trip

This apartment was at a central location to get to everything easily. Our family of 7 had plenty of room and a great gathering room to recap and share our day that over looked some amazing ruins. It was bright and spacious. The people who ran the vrbo were helpful and kind. The only thing I would have others know when staying here is it sits in a busy piazza so you can hear all the excitement outside!

Great stay in the middle of Rome

Our stay was great. The property is well located, the A/C worked great, and there was plenty of space for our group. We were very comfortable and had everything we needed. Minor things to note were the check in process was manual and because our flight was delayed, we ended up checking in later than planned causing some churn. Additionally, I think the pillows could be softer but everyone else in the group thought they were fine.

Great place close to sites

Easy to walk to most sites in city. Colosseum only about 15 min. Trevi and Pantheon 10-15. Very clean and great AC while hot. Owner met at apartment and went over everything. View of ruins outside. Safe neighborhood. Walked at night with no issues. Would definitely stay again. Beds were comfortable. Good Wi-Fi.
