Huset er meget rummeligt og komfortabelt, ideelt til familier eller vennegrupper. Denne storslåede lejlighed ligger på 3. sal med elevator, har et areal på 240 kvadratmeter og består af en dobbelt stue med smuk marmor pejs (dekorative), fresker på vægge og døre, 4 store soveværelser, et med hems med eget badeværelse, spisestue og separat fuldt udstyret køkken med to køleskabe. Alle senge er queen size (190x160cm) eller king size (200x170cm), undtagen i loftet hvor der er en fransk queen size sovesofa nedenunder og en fransk queen size seng (190x140cm) ovenpå og undtagen i tvilling. Alle værelser er oplyst af store vinduer og har højt til loftet, der er karakteristisk for romerske gamle bygninger. Møblerne er luksuriøse og huset er unikt, med en vidunderlig udsigt og meget stille. Air condition, centralvarme, gratis wifi internetadgang, TV Lcd Bang & Olufsen.
For vores yngste gæster tilbyder vi en barneseng (1-4 år gammel).
Lejligheden er beliggende i en smuk bygning med indgang fra Piazzale Flaminio. Placeringen af ​​huset er fantastisk, lige i centrum, der støder op til Piazza del Popolo og en fem minutters gang fra Spansketrappen og Via Condotti. Metrostationen "Flaminio" ligger kun 20 meter fra bygningen.

This place is perfect location and great for large families.

I didn't realize just how close this was to everything. Walking distance to a ton of things (trevi fountain, Spanish steps, pantheon, colleseum). Check in was great. We arrived early, and were able to drop off our bags and explore while they got the place ready.

Great place to stay!

We had a wonderful stay at this property in Rome! It was conveniently located near public transportation, cafes, shopping, and historic sites, making it easy to explore the city. The living space was beautifully decorated and perfect for late-night family gatherings. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the kitchen was well-stocked with essentials. A great place to stay—we would definitely return!

The apartment was spacious and quite nice. The rooms are also spacious, with plenty of closet space to unpack your suitcase. The property manager was great. They reached out about arranging car service to and from airport, and also helped us get car service to Tivoli for a day trip. They also promptly responded when there was a slight leak in one of the bathrooms. The only downside is the showers are not great (one is a bath tub with half wall, and the second had a half broken shower head). But given location and all the other pluses, this is overall a great place.

Perfect place!

Our stay was wonderful - beautiful apartment with incredible architecture, clean, great location with lots of shops and restaurants nearby and local transportation. Plenty of space for our family of 7. I would definitely stay here again and recommend to others.

Perfect place for a family vacation

Six members of our family stayed here and tons of space! Host could not have been better with his communication. Great location - walkable to many “places of interest” and cafe and convenience store across the street.

What a great place in an amazing location. We were 2 families of 4 and this place was so spacious and beautiful. The location was amazing - we were able to get to all of the main places on foot. Wish we had more time here and I’ll definitely be back!

Great place to stay in Rome

This was our second time staying in this beautiful apartment. It is so convenient to all major attractions and it is so spacious and light. Check-in was easy and Allan explained everything we needed to know. Sadly we only had 3 nights this time but would love to return.

Fantastic !!!

We absolutely loved our visit. Brought our 97 year old mother-in-law and everything was so wonderful - it made her trip. The flower cart on the corner made the most beautiful arrangement we enjoyed in the kitchen our entire stay. The views and location are perfect. The unit is a piece of art. True WINNER.

Great Apartment

If you are looking for a convenient location in Rome this is the place! So easy to access all tourist destinations. Easy to grab a taxi from Piazza. Plenty of restaurants within walking distance. Allan and Fidia were very accommodating. Highly recommend!

When our family of seven were looking for a place to stay in Rome, we found the Piazza del Popolo apartment. The listing said 'close to everything,' and they were 100% correct. It was an amazing roomy apartment, filled with history and European comforts. We often stood in the front windows, to look over the neighborhood. Working with Fidia was easy - her assistant Allen was very helpful and answered any questions we had. We even booked our Vatican tour with Fidia's recommendation. Not only were we 5-10 minutes from must see tourism sights, we were only a 30 minute walk to the Vatican. If you like to walk (and we do) it was so convenient. There were amazing restaurants in the Piazza, a great little grocery store and cafe right across the street. Cabs and Uber were easy to catch. After looking a lot of locations - being able to have a group sitting area - three in fact - to sit and talk about our day - was perfect. It was the first time in Rome for half of our party, so this was a fabulous place to stay. And... honestly - after leaving Rome to a resort in Lake Como, and a hotel in Munich, this location had by far the most comfortable beds. That might seem a little thing, but 17 days on the road, it ended up being a big thing. :) Thank you Fidia for just adding to our memorable trip.

Great Layout In A Great Location

The layout of the rental is very good with the rooms in a row and the bathrooms across the hall from them in a row. The little half bath was nice to have in the mornings for those not showering to use. The decor and furnishings were different (in a good way) with old world style about them. The location across from the Piazza Popola is nice too.

Piazza del Popolo Palace

Enormous apartment with beautiful views and great light. Large living and dining areas and well equipped kitchen. 3 large bedrooms and 1 smaller bedroom, 2.5 baths. Easy work to Borghese Gardens and most major tourist attractions.

Great central apartment!

We loved this apartment! Its location was an easy walk to several attractions including Trevor fountain, Spanish Steps and the Pantheon as well as being right next to a Metro station. The apartment was very comfortable for our party of 6 adults. Each bedroom had air conditioning and the front rooms were great for everyone to gather and relax. Our host, Allan, was wonderful and helped us arrange transport from the airport as well as providing some great restaurant recommendations! We would highly recommend this apartment to anyone wanting a comfortable, central location!

Nice Apartment

Easy process checking in. Arrived early and was able to leave luggage at apartment while they cleaned. Booked transportation to and from port and airport with Fidia, the manager/owner. She was very accommodating with all of our requests.

Almost perfect

Based on the rating system, I can’t help but give a 5 star rating. We loved our stay and the huge, beautiful apartment. The only issue we had was an occasional bad sewer smell and the showers are abysmal. There is a lot of minerals in the water, so they are probably just clogged. Again, I’m rating this 5 star, because we had a wonderful time and loved the place.

A fabulous apartment and stellar host!

I secured this apartment for a month in Rome to introduce my teenage children to the eternal city. Some friends visited over the course of our visit, so we went from fully occupied at nine people to just the kids and me enjoying the space. it was clean, spacious and comfortable for even a full house! The location just across from the northern gate and the Borghese gardens was perfect. A 15 minute walk to the Trevi fountain or to the Spanish steps or to the Pantheon put you in the sea of visitors. That’s fun, but it’s really fun to then retreat to the quiter side of the old city and relax! The Piazza del Popolo was a stone’s throw away. Our hosts were delightful, too, making everything so easy- even arranging for transport from the airport and loading us up with excellent restaurant and touring suggestions. Truly first class! I’ve only been home two days but can’t wait to go back!
